Ty's P.O.V

I head inside Crystal's house and don't see her anywhere.

"Crys?!"

"Ty? What are you doing here?" Crystal pops out of her room and looks at me, surprised.

"Hey, um," Crystal crosses her arms.

"Everything alright?" She asks. I shake my head.

"Christine called me earlier. She said that she was visiting mom, but she's not doing so good." I say and look at the ground. Crystal's eyes widen.

"What happened?" She asks worriedly. I take a deep breath.

"Christine said that mom had a heart attack in her sleep. It wasn't really serious, but she's in critical condition." I explain. Crystal gasps.

"Oh my god. We are going up there this weekend to visit." She says. I nod.

"Ok. I'll let Christine know. Is Seto going with us?" I ask. Crystal nods.

"He should."

"Wait, but what about your's and Mitch's vacation this week?"

"We'll go but we'll come home Thursday instead of Sunday. The rest can wait another time." She replies. I nod.

"Alright. I'm going to go let Seto know. See ya later!" I say and head out the door.

"Bye!" Crystal exclaims.
