Last Chance

"Why did you have to ruin everything by doing this" asked Tehreem gritting her teeth

"I don't need her concern, or her stupid advice" said Tehreem, she let go of Haider with power.

He was standing near the bed, He lost balance and tripped towards the bed. He held onto Tehreem before falling making her also fall, she fell on top of him. She looked at him with her angry eyes and she tried getting up.

"Sorry I didn't see anything" both heard Sarah scream running away.

Haider looked at Tehreem apologetically, she stood up from there and straightened her hair while Haider got up. Tehreem rolled her eyes at him and walked away; He went behind her calling her name asking to stop

"What!?" asked Tehreem and Haider gave an apologetic look

"I'm sorry but you needed to hear her out for once, at least hear her sorry and When she asked me so desperately, I couldn't say no, and I had to do it" said Haider and Tehreem rolled her eyes

"Just tell me one thing, if someone stabs and say sorry, does it do anything? Does the injury disappear into thin air? Does it? Her sorry is equivalent to that" said Tehreem and Haider was silent, he could not say anything to that.

" You think so much of Areeka and does what she says right" said Tehreem and Haider was silent

"Then why didn't you listen to her telling you to back off and stay away from her, you didn't and guess we are so why selective listening like this, huh?" asked Tehreem and Haider was silent. She was right but he had a soft spot her and seeing her broken like that made him do this.

"You think so highly of her requests and all right? So why do not we consider and fulfil her advice" said Tehreem walking towards him, they were close to each other's face.

"Tehreem I-" said Haider but was cut off by Tehreem

"Do you know what her super smart advice was, I'll tell it and let's follow" said Tehreem and he could clearly hear the sarcasm and anger in her voice

He did something not right to her, but he was frustrated, He looked straight into her eyes. HE kept his hand on her mouth and she was silent, he swiftly pinned her against the wall, and she looked at him surprised, he slowly took off his hand and closed her between his arms.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?" asked Tehreem with burning anger in her eyes

"Tehreem, give me a second to at least tell what I want to say, I keep on hearing you but you but me off when try to say" said Haider looking straight int her eyes

"Then tell me what you want to say," said Tehreem

"Tehreem there is no denial that I have a soft corner for Areeka, she would always be in my heart even if I have hated for her, seeing her that desperate to talk to you awakened the soft spot in my heart and I had to do that" said Haider and Tehreem rolled her eyes

"You weren't the one who had to talk to her, it was me and it should've been my decision," said Tehreem

"Her super smart Advice when we talked was which you would think highly of is that we should forget everything and make love to each other, just simply fall in love and f*ck with each other is her solution" said Tehreem clenching her jaws, Haider stood there speechless

"Now you're silent, just tell me that why don't we follow her advice" said Tehreem moving closer to his face. The argument was getting heated.

"Why don't we f*ck till dawn and hopefully fall in love following her great advice" said Tehreem bluntly.

Tehreem was standing close to him and there was only inches distance from each other's face, Tehreem back off after her argument. Haider removes his hand which was caging her between his, He walks away.

"Why the f*ck don't you understand that she hurt me bad enough that I hate her more than I hated you, she had thrown away the sisterhood we had for so many years just like that hearing your words even though she knew that you might be after her" said Tehreem screaming at Haider, Haider stopped at his tracks

"Why can't you understand that we both are stuck, and we have hope to get out if we have some peace between us and you are destroying by doing this? Now what are you going to do? Follow her two paise advice? Tell me?" said Tehreem and Haider was speechless

Haider walked away and Tehreem stood there trying to make sense of everything. She stormed into the room and decided to sleep her anger away. She did hear Haider sleeping next to her a bit later, but she was consumed by her sleep soon enough.

The sunlight hit Tehreem in the eyes, and she kept her head under the blanket away from the light. Tehreem offed her Alarm and went to the washroom. She came outside to find Haider still sleeping and she let him be.

Tehreem went with her day; she avoided Haider all day and Haider was out for a while making it easier for her. She was in her room, Seeing a show and chilling. The sun was setting and Tehreem head to the balcony to chill.

She was looking at the different hues in the sky, she was looking for the sky and walking. Her body hit with Haider's body, and she lost balance. She did not touch the floor instead she was resting in Haider arms.

Haider's eyes were locked with Tehreem's, Tehreem was holding Haider's shirt hard as reflex. Haider slowly let her make her stand on her feet. She looked at him with questioning anger filled eyes.

"Sorry" said Haider and pulled out a red glazed rose heart pendant, Tehreem kept on having a cold expression on her face.

"Jewellery doesn't always work on me, I let you off the first time just like that and that doesn't happen either, this time what you've done isn't that forgivable, you should have respected my decision of ignoring her" said Tehreem and Turned her back on him

"What can I do to show I'm sorry" asked Haider

"That's not my call," said Tehreem

Haider turned Tehreem towards him pulling her hand. Her hand rested on his torso while she looked at him in surprise. He cupped her face, and her eyes did not have that anger in it but confusion.

"I'm really sorry Tehreem, it wasn't my decision to make, and I overstepped my boundaries, I shouldn't have done that because it wasn't between me and Areeka but you and her," said Haider

"Please forgive me and give me another chance, like you said we are stuck and it's better if we both together find a way out, can we be friends again? This time I will try my best to not screw up," said Haider

"You said the same thing last time" said Tehreem rolling her eyes

"Please" said Haider

"Last chance," said Tehreem

"I'll make it worth it" said Haider..................
