Chapter 2
Sebastian was in the kitchen preparing his masters morning breakfast when Mey-Rin entered. "Good morning, Sebastian!" She stated loudly. "Making the young masters breakfast I see! Looks delicious!" Sebastian finished setting everything on a cart and dusted off his overcoat. "Yes, Mey-Rin, I will be waking the young lord now." He stated before taking a hold of the cart. Though before he could begin walking, Ciel entered. He knew something was a bit off this morning. "Good morning, young master. Why up so early?" He questioned. "I can't get this case off of my mind for some reason. I'm taking a seat in the dining area now." Sebastian followed him in with the cart. "I've made you a scone and some tea to accompany." Sebastian stated, setting down the plate after Ciel was seated.

Walking around the market, Ciel kept his eyes peeled to spot a store that was selling at least one of the bright vivid dresses made by the famous (Y/N) (L/N). "There." He stated, immediatly turning to enter. Ciel looked around, spotting the owner at the counter.
"Hello, my name is Ciel Phantomhive, I am here as the Queen's guard dog, investigating the mysterious death's around London. I would like to ask you a few questions." The store owner was shocked for a moment before nervously coming around the counter. "Well, of course come right this way Lord Phantomhive." The lady opened up a small door, holding it open for two, leading them to a part hidden from the rest of the store. "I've heard of the deaths, but what part do I play in all this?" She lead them to a seat while she took her own. "I have some photographs here, take a look." Ciel handed the photo's over to her. "I don't see anything in particular."
"Take a look at the clothing worn by all the victims. Do you see anything that stands out?"
"Now that you point it out, I do see that though the clothes do seem to be a bright color through the black and white."
"Therefore we must narrow down the suspects using this lead, they seem to all be made by the same person, none other than (Y/N) (L/N). Through further investigation we found that the victims were in fact wearing the products made by her. Our next step is to find where she is residing to question her and figure out if she is our prime suspect and if so, how is she going about these murders. We would like to ask you, how do you recive the products?"
"Well, I like to find clothing from the most popular vendors of the time, with her colors so bright and vivid, everyone is crazy for her clothes so they can stand out at parties or be the center of attention in a crowd, I do say so myself she is the most popular of all these days. I like to contact my sources directly. I will write down her address on a post card so you may get in contact with her." Ciel was pleased with her answer. She got up from her chair and went through the door where they entered to retrieve a post card from the front counter. She soon returned and grabbed a pen from the table centered in the room. She scribbled down the information and handed the card to Sebastian who then gave it to Ciel. Ciel read the address. "London, it seems it is time to make our way there, I knew we would have to eventually." Ciel stood. "Thank you for your services, we will be on our way now." The lady bowed nervously. "Anytime, Lord Phantomhive." She moved quickly to reach the door and held it open for them, following the out to the shopping center of the store. The two then exited the store and made their way back to the carriage.
"We should make our way back to the manor first." "Yes, master." Replied Sebastian, closing the carriage door and making his way to the front.
-
Ciel decided they would arrive unannounced. After changing his clothes and packing some to be in London for a while, they made their way back to the carriage. "Be sure to keep the manor in tact while we are gone." Instructed Sebastian to the other servants. "Yes, Sir!" Shouted the enthousiastic three. "Goodbye, master! We'll miss you!" Mey-Rin shouted lastly. Sebastian then made his way behind Ciel and opened the carriage door for him. With that they left the manor.
-
Ciel admired the scene as they made their way through the various towns to reach London. Meanwhile thinking about what connections (Y/N) may have to the murders. Did she do the murders? Did someone she know use her to commit the murders? Or was it complete coincident they all connected to her through her clothing. Though it seemed odd, it was the only sort of lead he could gather at the moment. He had to trust his gut. Not to mention it's not like he hasn't dealt with anything just as odd.
They arrived at the London home. Sebastian set up Ciel's things, interested in what he would find next with these murders. He had a small incling he new where this would lead. Sebastian dusted off his coat and made his way to the small living area where his master awaited, announcing he had finished and for time convience it would be in the best interested that they head to (L/N)'s manor. "I think I'd like to stay here and get some rest, maybe see if I can find any other leads. Go to the manor and gather information from her yourself and report back to me when you return." Sebastian nodded his head, "Yes, my lord." He bowed his head with his hand on his chest and turned to leave.
