Chapter 1
*This is before the first season, hope you guys enjoy this, I've tried to think this out as much as possible
Sebastian made his way into his young masters office with fresh Earl Grey on a cart. Upon entering he noticed a look of boredom on the lords face. "Good morning, young master, would you care for any tea?" Ciel glanced up, setting the paperwork he was currently looking at on his desk with a sigh. "Yes, any idea what's on the agenda for the day?" Sebastian set a cup of tea near the boy, standing up straight before answering the question. "You seem to have quite the day ahead of you, young master, starting with dance practices at 8, lunch with Lady Elizabeth at 12, then a meeting with the Scotland Yard at 2 and with that you will most likely be caught up with whatever your meeting consists of for the rest of the day." Rubbing his eyes before taking a long sip of his tea, Ciel stands and brushes off his coat. "Lets get started then shall we."
Ciel started his dance practices determined to do well this time. With Sebastian standing at the top of the staircase he began playing the violin, letting a hired dance teacher take the position of teaching Ciel the dance he'd been having a difficult time getting right. Though through observations Sebastian could point out a few flaws with the teachers moves as well. He watched the pair move along the floor, playing a beautiful tune effortlessly whilst thinking about what he would make for dinner or even when they would return for dinner. Hoping the meeting wouldn't take as long as they expect it to be. He had heard of a few mysterious deaths and dare he say he could just solve it himself and save the trouble of wasted time, though it was interesting to him to watch the struggle of their misjudgments, almost like watching a play. After two hours of Ciel's practice it was time to prepare for lunch with Lady Elizabeth.
Ciel waited in his quarters for Sebastian to return with his clothes after having a bath. While waiting he was only dreading hearing Lady Elizabeth's high pitched voice. "Master are you ready to be dressed?" Startled by Sebastian's silent entrance he turns around and nods his head with a roll of his eyes. "Of course." Came his reply. After he was dressed the two made their way outside to a ready carriage. Opening the door for his young master, Sebastian waited for him to get situated before closing the door and taking a seat himself at the front to navigate the horses himself.
Arriving at Lady Elizabeth's manor, they were making their way to the door when they hear her loud voice. "Cieeel!!" Ciel braced himself for her bone crushing hug. After finally making their way inside whilst listening to Elizabeth's rambling they were led to the dining table where they took a seat. "Sebastian, help Paula finish the preparation for the food." With a nod of his head Sebastian was about to step out of the room. "No, he doesn't have to Ciel, you probably work him to death!" Came Elizabeth's denial. "Please, Elizabeth, I insist." Ciel tried to argue. "I say no." Elizabeth demanded. Ciel only sighed, not wanting it to go any further. "Anyways Ciel, have you heard of all of the deaths around London lately? No one knows how they are dying, it's such a scary thing!" Ciel thought about what she was saying, guessing this was what the meeting with the Scotland Yard was going to be about. "They say there isn't any evidence that it could be a serial killer, maybe there's an incurable disease going around, oh I'm so scared just thinking about it!"
After hearing Elizabeth rant on for a few more moment's Paula finally arrived with the food. "Sorry for the late arrival everyone, I just could not get the plating right." Rushing to the table to set the plates in front of the two, Sebastian came over to take her place, dismissing her to the side. "It seems today you will be served nicely prepared Cassoulet and Quiche originated from France." Tasting the dishes the young master and misstress both sighed in content. "Very well done, Paula." Ciel complemented. "Thank you, Lord Phantomhive." Replied Paula with gratefulness. After eating Elizabeth insisted on Ciel staying in which he reluctantly agreed to. "Young master maybe you shouldn't act so sad when spending time with your fiance." "Sebastian I didn't ask for your opinion." Sitting back Sebastian only smiled coyly at his reply.
"Ciel I want to show you the new clothes I got yesterday at the market. There's a new designer with amazing style, I'm just in love with her work." Running up to her quarters she grabs a handful of the new dresses she bought and tosses them onto her bed, followed by Paula who was excited to fix her up nicely. After a few more adjustments Elizabeth ran down the stairs and spun around showing Ciel the details. "Just look at this color! Isn't it the most brightly colored Pink you've ever seen?" Ciel could hardly look at the color with the brightness of the material though he had to admit the dress was magnificent. "It looks amazing. Elizabeth." Replied Ciel. "If only I knew what material this was it's so soft yet flows elegantly! I must get in contact with this (Y/N) (L/N)! She has to be my new designer!" "Lady Elizabeth, don't you think that would be a hassle getting in contact with her and all, she probably has thousands of resident's wanting her to be their personal designers." "That's why we need to contact her as soon as possible!" Came Elizabeths quick reply. Paula gave a short chuckle of defeat. "Don't worry Ciel, she does mens clothing as well! I bought you something!" Ciel's eyes widen in fear. "Actually Elizabeth, I should be on my way, my meeting is in less than 30 minutes." "Awww! But Cieeeeel!" "I apologize, but the young master is correct we really should be on our way." Elizabeth bowed her head sadly. "Alright then, can we please do this another time though, it was so much fun! I still have many dresses to show you!" Elizabeth asked hopefully. "Of course we can Elizabeth, now is just not the time." "Yaayy!" She immediatly brightened up once again, following them out the door after giving Ciel another long hug. "Bye Ciel!!"
After taking a seat in the carriage Ciel was finally able to relax for a short while.
~ In the meeting ~
"We meet here today to disscuss the many mysterious deaths across London, that are seemingly nothing more than mere health difficulties. Though some new eveidence shows that it is more than it seems." So I was correct. Thought Ciel. "How so?" Questioned Ciel. "Well, by only looking at the occurances, the victims seemed to have just collapsed with no physical damage done, though with further observation there seems to be evidence of some kind of poison on the skin of the victims. Which leads us to believe the deaths of the victims is of no accident." "How have you been narrowing down the suspects?" "That is the difficulty we have been having actually. The only conncection between the victims is they all seem to be of important households across the nation." Ciel sighed, he would have to start from the beginning. "Are there photographs of the victims? I would like to see them." Arthur nodded, handing him the fully developed photos. Ciel noticed something right away. Even through the black and white colors, he notices the vivid colors of the clothes, remembering his encouter with Elizabeth that same day. "What clothes are they wearing?" "That seems to be an elegantly made dress and-" "Not the material, who made them?" "Well I wouldn't know actually, I'm not very educated in fashion." "I can tell." Ciel snarkily replied. After glaring at him for a moment Arthur knew he had business to attend to. "Is there anyway to take a look?" "The clothes have been returned to the manors in which the victims lived." Ciel stands. "Sebastian we are going to visit the Hewitt manor." The two exit, leaving the Scotland Yard behind.

Sebastian politely knocked on the door. A butler opened the door, peeking his head around the corner. "Master, we seem to have guests." The two heard loud footsteps approaching. "That's odd, I don't recall having anyone scheduled to arrive." A stout, almost elder, man appears. "I apologize for coming unannounced, I do have some business to discuss immediatly. May we please enter?" "Yes, please do come in. Eddie, please prepare the guests and I some tea." "Yes, sir, please come this way." Eddie leads everyone to a room with nice fluffy chairs and a cozy fireplace. Everyone takes a seat while Eddie exits to the kitchen. "So, may we get right to it then?" Ciel situated himself in his chair and began his interrigation. "This involves the case of the mysterious deaths around London, in which it has been found that these deaths are actually cases of murder."
"Oh dear, my poor Sylvia. Who would do such a thing? It can't be true, she just collapsed."
"Publication's will provide you with answers later, I would like to finish this case as soon as possible and give justice to the victims."
"Right, thank you.."
"Phantomhive, Ciel Phantomhive. Anyways, these photographs show each victim was wearing clothing seemingly made by the same person, though we would like to inspect the dress your dear Sylvia was wearing during her time of death to confirm our suspicions. Would you please allow us to take a look at the dress?"
"Of course, we'll take you to her quarters right away." Eddie then entered with a cart of tea only for Sir Hewitt to stand and demand him otherwise. "Eddie please escourt our guest to Lady Sylvia's quarters." Eddie's eyes widened with saddness and nodded his head. "Yes sir, right this way please." Ciel stood up and began making his way behind Eddie, followed by Sebastian.
"Here we are." Announced Eddie. He stood to the side letting Ciel and Sebastian enter, glancing down at the floor forlornly. It was obvious he had some sort of engagment with Sylvia before her passing though there was no point in bringing up the past. Eddie then made his way to her closet after Ciel let him in on why they were there and pulled out the dress which was in a plastic protection. Sebastian took the dress and removed the plastic. Ciel immediatly noticed the bright, radiant green color. "Look at the tag, Sebastian." Sebastian inspected the tag on the back of the collar. "(Y/N) (L/N)." Sebastian stated. "Just as I thought. But how?" Ciel questioned. "We must meet her and investigate further." Ciel glanced outside and noticed the sun going down. "We should wait for tomorrow, it's getting rather late." Sebastian nodded his head in agreement. "We shall make our way to the market first thing in the morning and question the vendors to find her address. Till then we shall be on our way."
Ciel, Sebastian, and Eddie made their way down the stairs. "Did you find everything, Lord Phantomhivie?" "Yes, thank you for your hospitality. We shall be on our way." Eddie opened the door for the two followed by Sir Hewitt. "Anytime, be careful and avenge my poor Sylvia!" Called Hewitt. With that Ciel and Sebastian left the residence in their carriage.
