It had been a couple days since Kai had been turned into a anacondrai, and no one had been able to get the male to move off the bed. Cole was worried it hurt him to see the master of fire barely do anything. He leaned his head against the door to Kai's room his eye shut as he listened to Kai talk to Jay. The master of earth was getting jealous of that damn kitten getting all of Kai's attention

Cole balled his hands into fists as he growled slightly, he shut his eyes tightly. He couldn't let jealous control him not after what happened before he joined the ninja. Taking a couple deep breaths he moved away from the door. The master of earth decided to go to the training room and blow off some steam.

Meanwhile Kai was talking to Jay about Cole, it wasn't anything bad. He just found it easiest to tell the kitten about his feelings.  The male was telling Jay his favorite things about the master of earth. Honestly he was mostly talking about Cole to keep himself from the truth of being an Anacondrai.

Just even the subject of being a snake threatened to bring tears to his eyes. He hated others seeing him being weak, but then again he also hoped someone would see through the mask. All those times he dated girls, all for what? Just to keep people from realizing that he'd rather be with a guy.

Jay came closer to Kai and licked his nose. He noticed tears threatening to fall, he meowed softly at the male. The kitten didn't know why the master of fire had began crying, but he sure didn't like it. He tried to lick away some of the tears, sure to the others it'd look strange but to him it wasn't.

Kai didn't even try to push Jay away from his face, he simply allowed the kitten to lick away the tears.

"I know you can't answer back but I'm glad that your here," Kai mumbled softly as he pet Jay slowly "I know I'll have to stop avoiding the subject and try to get back to a new normal. With your help and the others help I might just get to that new normal."

Jay meowed and got off of Kai's chest, he then tried to get the male to sit up on the bed. Kai noticed what Jay was doing and sat up slowly. He watched his tail move slowly to were it was in front of him. Taking a deep breath he tried to walk.....er slither around the room.

With a loud thud Kai had fallen to the ground, using his elbows to prop himself up he took a deep breath. Jay jumped down off the bed and went over to Kai he licked the male's cheek.

"I think I'm going to need help," Kai mumbled softly as he looked at Jay "I honestly don't want to fall again."

Someone came to the door causing the master of fire to look up he didn't hear what the person had said. Although the next thing he knew a male had opened the door. The person who had opened the door was Cole.

" Kai are you okay?" Cole asked as he bent down in front of Kai.

"Kinda just a few bruises," Kai answered Cole as he stared at him.

Cole helped Kai up off the ground "Where you trying to get the hang of the tail?" He questioned as he helped the male stand.

"Yeah," Kai responded holding onto Cole for support.

"Why don't I help ya then that way you don't fall," Cole suggested as he put his arm around Kai.

"I'd like that," Kai replied with a soft smile "I'd like that a lot."
