My eyes fluttered open when I heard a thunder. I always get terrified whenever there is a storm or thunder .I knew dad came back late at night but I can't sleep with the thunders scaring the shit out of me. While I was thinking about weather rush to Dad's room another thunder strike and before it could catch me( that's my believe, so I race ) I was infront of dad's room.

''Don't tell me dear that you got frightened?'' dad chuckled. '' Hope in munchkin.'' I pouted and slept beside the safest hands in world.

'' Thanks Dad '' with that I went to peaceful sleep.

In the morning I heard the sounds of glass clinking and all '' It's time for my brave ninja warrior to wake up , c'mon Rons wake up'' How can a 55 year old man can annoy his daughter like this.

''Don't do that Dad you very well know that thunders and all are not my thing.'' I sat on the bed rubbing my eyes.

''Today I'm skipping my training , I need to go.'' I jumped from the bed and stood facing Dad who was giving me an expression that meant he needs explanation.

I knew there was no going back '' Soph is not good she is in hospital because of me, she is in temporary coma.'' I sighed.

'' Wait What does it mean because of you ? What did you do Rons?'' Oh no now his tone is different now.

'' I ditched our friendship and she tried to cut herself and ended up in the hospital . Mr. Rutherford is there with her . Y-you know he is her father.'' gulped.

'' Dear Ron ,You very well know when a bond of friendship is broken people go insane because they trusted you very much and when you disappoint them , It goes worse.'' he looked at me expectedly.

'' I know Dad . I was the only one wrong here she is a very poor soul.'' I barely whispered.

'' I'm also coming with you to meet that friend of you.'' he said.

''Mr Rutherford didn't even allowed me in , then do you think he would allow you ?'' I retorted.

'' Get ready Ron.'' arrogant much.

I took a quick shower and brushed my teeth. Then I wore a skinny jeans and loose baggy sweatshirt with blue sneakers and I was ready to go.

I was waiting for Dad in the car. Yes I'm driving us to the hospital.

'' Are we good to go?'' I looked at him.

'' Yes Ron , now drive.'' he sighed.

We reached at the hospital around 8:00am . That means I'm not going to school today. After parking the car we went to the receptionist and again I was standing in front of room no.210 . Mr . Rutherford looked at us and recognised me and my father . Dad went upto to him and sat beside him. I looked at Mr. Rutherford with my puppy doe eyes. He gave me a nod and that's it now I can ask forgiveness from Soph.

The room was quiet , there was a beep sound from the machines that were attached to Soph. She was pale in color , maybe she lost a lot of blood . I sat on the chair beside her bed and took her small hands in mine
'' Hey Soph I'm sorry , Will you forgive me ? I know I pretty much ruined everything between everyone of us. When you'll wake up I'll come again and apolgise to you . I will make it up to you.'' I kissed her fragile palms .

'' You sure she will wake from this coma '' A voice behind me said , It was very authoricative.

I gently turned around and met with the brown pair of eyes like mine with anger and disgust filled in them. My eyes came out my sockets , after freaking 10 years she was standing in front of me whom I believed or was presumed to be dead.

'' Y-y-you'' my eyes filled with tears immeadiately.

''Where were you mom?''
