Keith and Lance arrive to the village with the cubs in the basket and Keith wearing his cloak while they enter the cottage and as they're inside, Hunk and Pidge are already sitting on the couch and when Pidge asks "So, how was your first time, Lance?" Lance blushes and asks "How did you know?" Hunk replies "Coran told us so we waited for you" Keith says "Well, my first time doing it with Lance was beautiful" Lance agrees "Yeah, and Keith marked me as his Luna" Hunk and Pidge whine "I wanna see" Lance shows them the mark as Pidge says "You weren't kidding. That is definitely a mating mark" Hunk agrees "Congratulations, guys" and when Pidge asks "When do I get to meet my future godchild or god cub?" Lance blushes even more and replies "Pidge, Keith and I aren't ready for that yet" Keith smirks "I don't know, I may have to think about that"

Coran arrives and asks "What's everyone talking about?" Hunk replies "We're talking about my future godchild or god cub" Pidge argues "Hey, I said it's gonna be my godchild/god cub" Hunk retorts "Well, I deserve the title of "Godfather" because Lance and I have been best friends before you" Pidge asks "What makes you think you deserve the title?" Coran scoffs "Well, that's a shame. I would've loved to be a granduncle" Lance faints in panic as the cubs pop out of the basket and Akira asks "Is he okay?" Pidge replies "He just fainted, that's all" Keith carries Lance bridal style and asks "Is he gonna be okay?" Coran replies "Don't worry, he's just overwhelmed" Isamu asks "Are humans supposed to faint?" Hunk replies "Well yeah, sometimes but not always" Fala says "Thank goodness because I was worried he died" Lance wakes up and agrees "No, I'm very much alive. Thank you very much" Keith asks "Are you okay, Lance?" Lance replies "I'm okay now, Keith. I was just overwhelmed by all of this" Coran says "So anyway, I hear you're both Alpha and Luna now. Congratulations" Pidge says "I'm really proud of you, Lance" Hunk agrees "Yeah, buddy. Ditto" Lance blushes and was about to say something but covers his mouth, runs to the bathroom and throws up on the toilet while he doesn't notice Keith kneeling down, rubbing his back and whispering sweet nothings in his ear

Lance stops puking and flushes the toilet as Keith says "Lance, you don't look so good. As a matter of fact, you look green. I think maybe you're sick" Lance groans "I've never been this sick since I had a stomach ache and had to stay in bed for a whole week" Keith coos "Oh Lance, you poor thing. I had no ideas how much you humans suffer from anything" Lance says "It's a good thing animals aren't the only ones" Keith agrees "I know but I think Ulaz and Thace can help. They're the medics of the pack and are experts in medicine and healing" Lance asks "Will they figure out why I'm sick?" Keith replies "Absolutely" Keith carries Lance bridal style and as they leave, Keith says "I'm taking Lance to Ulaz and Thace. Lance is sick and medical attention" Coran gasps "I hope it's not another stomach ache" Hunk panics "I don't want him to die" Pidge says "Don't worry, I'm sure it's nothing serious"

Keith says "Into the basket, little ones. We're taking Lance to Ulaz and Thace" the three cubs say "Okay" Amue only grunts in agreement as they all enter the basket and Keth gives the basket to Lance and carries him all the way to the woods and as they arrive to the pack, the other hybrid wolves look at Lance who is feeling very sick and the wolves start worrying about Lance whisper "Our Luna is looking green" "I think maybe he's sick" "Is he gonna die?" "I don't even know" Keith takes Lance to Ulaz and Thace while Ulaz asks "Alpha Keith, what are you and Luna Lance doing here?" Keith replies "I heard Lance throwing up and thought he might be sick so I figured I could bring him to you and Thace" Thace says "Put him in the medical bed and we'll see what's wrong" Keith places Lance on the bed and says "I'll wait outside and if Ulaz and Thace say what's wrong, let me know and I'll do everything in my power to take care of you" Lance smiles and says "Thanks, Keith. You're such a gentleman"

Keith leaves as Thace asks "What seems to be the matter, Lance?" Lance replies "Well first, Keith and I came back to my uncle's cottage and when I heard my friends, Hunk and Pidge talking about getting a godchild or god cub, I fainted and then when I woke up, I got sick and threw up" Ulaz says "I believe Thace and I may know what's wrong with you. Stay here while we figure it out" but as Ulaz and Thace leave, Shiro arrives and asks "You're lucky to be Keith's mate, aren't you?" Lance replies "Yeah, I am and I'm sue you must be happy to know you have a good brother" Shiro scoffs "I wish I could say the same about me and Adam but then I lost him to you humans" Lance says "I'm sorry for what happened to Adam but I'm sure you'll have enough time to find a new mate" Shiro glares "Like Keith did with you when he lost Allura? You're just a replacement to him. Always have and always will be"

Lance gasps "Well, I was scared of replacing Allura from the beginning but I got over my fears now and it's thanks to Keith" Shiro roughly pins Lance to the wall and yells "When are you gonna get this through you head?! You humans treat us like we're monsters and here you are, whoring around with my brother just like Allura did before she died" Lance feels tears pour out of his eyes as she sobs "Allura is good, the humans are good. Keith deserves more than" Shiro angrily interrupts "I decide what Keith deserves" but they don't notice the cubs watching them from inside the basket as Shiro sneers "I could just kill you right now but this will be enough" Lance tearfully begs "Shiro please, revenge won't bring back Adam. You don't know what you're doing" Shiro yells "I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I'M DOING! It's you that doesn't know what I'm doing" Shiro tries to remove Lance's pants but Lance kicks Shiro between the legs and yells "First, you accuse me of Adam's disappearance then you try to rape me out of anger?! I've had enough of this! Get out, Shiro and never come back"

Shiro sneers "No, you get out and never come back" Lance asks "What are you saying?" Shiro replies "You didn't know? Keith only wanted you to be Luna just so you could stay and never come back to your precious humans" Lance says "I wish I could believe that" Shiro glares "You better believe it. It's the only reason why he so desperately wants to see you" and when Lance asks "So, what do you want me to do?" Shiro coldly replies "Tell Keith, you're leaving him and then run. Run away, Lance. Run away and never return but tell anyone especially Keith about this and I will hunt you down" Shiro leaves as Lance feels tears pour out of his eye but doesn't feel his heart breaking at Shiro's words while Ulaz and Thace arrive and Ulaz says "Lance, Thace and I have figured what's wrong with you but we'll need you to take this test to confirm our theory" Thace agrees "You'll need a handful of wild mushroom powder, chemicals Y and Z and crushed dragon grass and take this note but don't read the end until you have done doing the test"

Lance says "Understood. Thank you" Ulaz and Thace notice Lance shedding tears and Ulaz asks "Are you all right? You look like you've been crying" Lance replies "I'm okay. I just miss my parents, that's all" Lance places the ingredients in the basket along with the note as he leaves the med bay and when Keith sees Lance walking towards him, Keith asks "What did they say?" Lance replies "They figured it out but gave me a test to confirm their theory. By the way Keith, there's something I should say" and when Keith asks "What is it?" Lance tearfully replies "I'm going back to my village and never coming back" Keith feels his heart ache and tears pour out of his eyes as he asks "But why?" Lanc replies "Under different circumstances, who knows? But we're just too different. I mean, you're a hybrid wolf and I'm human which is something none of my alchemic potions would change"

Keith sobs "But Lance, you can't go" Lance says "I have to. It's for the best but that doesn't mean I'll forget you" Keith sobs "Lance, I love you" Lance says "I love you too, Keith but I have to let you go" Keith tearfully asks "Then can I have one last first kiss?" Lance replies "Yes, you may" Keith and Lance kiss each other goodbye and as Lance says "Goodbye, Keith" Keith sobs "Goodbye, Lance" Lance leaves as Keith just stands there sobbing and howling but none of them notice the cubs still in the basket Lance is carrying but when Lance almost reaches the cottage, he hears someone cry "Help! Help! Help me" Lance runs towards the sound and when he stops, he gasps "I don't believe it"
