"Olive! Olive! Where are you my pup?" A grey wolf called with a worrying look, looking all over the place, she kept calling Olive "Emerald! Please help! I've lost my little Olive" the wolf said "don't worry, Anissa, we will find him" Emerald replied "oh thank goodness" the grey wolf said gratefully "no problem" Emerald replied. They were all staying in a small cave so they were all squished together, Kanobe was annoyed by this so she wiggled her way out of the tiny cave early in the morning, she spotted a tiny black pup wondering around looking scared and alone far from the cave, Kanobe trotted up to him and nudged him, the black pup shivered, he had yellow eyes that looked familiar to Anissa "OLIVE! OLIVE!" Emerald and Anissa were calling out for Olive, the black pup ran up to Anissa and nuzzled her happily "awww...there you are, Olive" Anissa said to the pup, gently picking him up using her jaw, Emerald walked up to Kanobe "come on, Kanobe, time to go" she said picking up Kanobe using her jaw, and they walked over with the rest of the group.

They reached the group and they looked ready to go "we will leave at sunset!" Diamond called "but we haven't been here for long and there at dangerous creatures out at night!" A grey wolf protested "Ciris! I will not take a no!" Diamond shouted back "i-I'm sorry..." The grey wolf ducked his head onto his paws
"Good! Any other objections?" Diamond called and everyone shook their heads
"alright, now get ready to go" Diamond said walking away from the group.

Emerald nudged Kanobe to a pile of leaves and walked over to Ciris
"Circle, are you ok?" She asked while waking over to the grey wolf
"I'm ok...Diamond just yelled at me...that's all..." Ciris replied "oh ok...if you need help, I'll be over there" Emerald said pointing with her head to where Kanobe was lying, then Emerald walked over the there.

The cold whisper of the wind could be heard through the trees, the sun was setting which meant it was time the go, Emerald picked up Kanobe and trotted to where Emerald was, she was holding a rabbit while she addressed the pack, everyone nodded in agreement to what she said and followed her when she left. The pack wandered through the endless dark forest, it was hard to see anything through it but the sounds of the pack putting their paws into water and mud could be heard, the scent of wolves could be smelt but it was fresh and unfamiliar, Emerald walked over to the scent and sniffed it, there was another pack here. The sound of a bush rustling were heard, a black wolf appeared, the wolf was unnoticed because of the dark, the wolf charged into Emerald and took Kanobe, this was the pack that killed Kanobe's parents.
