A few years go by, she has a boyfriend. One who has helped heal her in a lot of areas. One who became her biggest supporter through everything she continued to go through. One who helped her get herself out of the darkest hole she has been trying to get out of for a very long time. That boy helped her heart slowly heal. He helped her learn what it was like to feel the love. He is truly appreciated.

All those years back when she first started dating her boyfriend, her dad showed up again, and he met her father. Her father loved him and things were going pretty well. They went out and the following day her dad was arrested. She cried because when he finally seemed to care and love her, he still left. And yes, he left. Because no matter what he chose to do things that led him to being arrested. So he still chose to not stay around long enough. He knew that could catch up to him one day. And it did. 

This time though, she still had some hope. He wrote to her often. She was at a stage in life where she didn’t talk to her mom much. Because she felt like her mom wouldn’t understand her. So she spoke to him. Wrote to him very often and visited him with her boyfriend. Then things just went on a blank state for a while.
