You sighed as you adjusted the white knee pad on your right knee.

Whoever your soul mate was, they seemed to a sport to the point that they just had to push themselves too far.

"You have a practice game tomorrow, right?" Your brother asked as we walked beside you

"Are you going to watch me nii-san?" You blankly stared at your brother as you both continued on your way home

"Of course I will, I wouldn't want to miss a single one." He stated as he put a hand on your head and ruffled your hair

"Don't mess up my hair"

"Sorry."

The next day came faster than you had expected. You woke up early and did a few warm ups before eating breakfast and taking a bath.

After doing what was necessary, you walked to the school grounds with your brother

"You're going against Aoba Josai today?" Your brother raised a brow as you nodded

"I forgot to tell you yesterday..." as soon as you finished saying that, your arms and hands started to turn pink, as if you played volleyball with your brother.

"I swear I will lecture your soul mate once I meet him" your brother ran a hand through his dark brown hair as you boarded the school bus and took a seat

"Can't blame him, I've been practicing badminton non-stop for a while now as well..." you muttered

'Although I do wish to meet him soon as well'

When you arrived at the territory of Aoba Josai, your brother never left your side. Literally.

"Don't come in here! I have to change!"

"But what if-"

"No Toshi. Wait outside the changing room!" You pushed your brother out and locked the door.

"Finally..."

Thirty minutes later, the game had started. It was nice at first but when you were up against the blonde girl who tied her hair in pigtails, things kind of went-

"Oops. I think I hit it too hard!" She smirked. You stepped backwards, trying to estimate where the shuttlecock will start falling

Then you just had to slip on a small puddle of massage oil conveniently leaked from the bottle. Thus resulting to-

"OW!"

Ushijima rushed to you the moment he saw you touch your right leg.

"Aside from your knee, what else hurts?" Your brother's eyes scanned your leg until he saw your ankle.

"You-"

"IWA-CHAN HELP ME!" Silence enveloped the court as Iwaizumi tried his best to push Oikawa off him

Ushijima looked at the two of you before putting a finger on your ankle and applying pressure to it

"Nii-san!"

"GAH!"

"...."

Oikawa's head snapped towards to where Ushijima was standing and glared at him

"YOU...!"

"I see, you are my sister's soulmate" Ushijima stated as he lifted you up to take you to the nurse's office

"Iwa-chan take me to the nurse's office too!"

"Only for this time." Iwaizumi sighed and helped Oikawa to the nurse's office

Once both pairs arrived at the nurse's offices, Ushijima stared at Oikawa as he got his ankle treated.

"You know you should have really come to Shiratorizawa."

"STOP IT" Oikawa clenched his fist and started blabbering. Once your ankle was patched up, it was Oikawa's turn.

"Ah, before you go... can I at least get my cute soulmate's name?" Oikawa smiled at you

'Real charming. No wonder he has so much fan girls like Kise.'

"Ushijima (F/n), and you're Oikawa Tooru. The one my brother said that 'should have come to Shiratorizawa'" You and the nurse let out a laugh as Oikawa once again started to defend himself

"I better get going" once Ushijima had returned to the nurse office; you leaned down, placed a kiss on his cheek and placed a strip of paper on his hand

"I'll see you soon!" You and your brother walked off, leaving a blushing Oikawa and a chuckling nurse

Okay... I might rewrite this because I'm not as satisfied.

And I'm having trouble in grasping oikawa's character pls bear with me ;-;
