"Lower your arms, protect your body, swing faster!" Soma screamed from my far right "ok," I mumbled while adjusting my body to her liking and swinging the nightsticks faster. "Good now hit that tree 100 times," she said while pointing at a tree and I looked at her, "come on, get going," she said while walking to a foldable chair and plopping down on it. After staring at the tree for a few minutes I began hitting it, the first hit sent unpleasant vibrations through my entire body and the second made it worse, making me stop "why'd you stop?" Soma said while looking at me like a confused puppy "t-the vibrations are uncomfortable," I stuttered while looking at her and she just shook her head, "that's because you're doing it wrong," she announced while standing up and walking towards me. "You're hitting it like this," she said while taking out her nightsticks and hitting the tree, making it vibrant "you're supposed to hit it like this," she announced while adjusting her body and hitting the tree swiftly. "See no vibration," Soma said while walking away. "Ok," I mumbled before hitting the tree again, there was no vibration "yes!" I squealed happily before continuing my training.

~Some months later~

"Amazing job, Solider!" The Lieutenant said while handing me a uniform and saluting to me "thank you, Lieutenant!" I shouted with a proud smile on my face. "Lieutenant! T-the b-base is under att-" the man that was speaking was silenced with a claw through his stomach; and I screamed, not knowing what to do next, I've never seen blood before nor have I witnessed anyone's death. "Pull yourself together, Solider!" The Lieutenant screamed at me and I nodded. I looked to see where the opponents were attacking from and was knocked off my feet by a strong force. "Such a pretty face," a voice said; and I turned to see a middle-aged man on top of me with a hungry look on his face. "G-get off of me!" I stuttered while trying to push the man off. The man laughed at my effortless struggle and licked my face, his long tongue brushed against my cheek lightly; and I turned my head away from him and clenched my fist. The man retracted his tongue and began to cough, he squealed and squirmed but eventually stopped moving. I turned to look at the man, who was now laying on top of me with his eyes half-closed, his mouth open and his nostrils flared. ' what have I done? ' I thought while looking pathetically at the man ' I- I killed him, ' I thought while beginning to cry and curl up. "Princess!" A familiar voice screamed and I looked up to see Ao running towards me in his human form with my weapons in his hand. "Here," Ao said while handing me the weapons "A-ao, I-I killed him," I sobbed through my tears, not taking the weapons "Princess, we've all done something regrettable but now you are a Princess and a Solider, you must protect the people and yourself," Ao said while wiping my tears "b-but Ao, I'm not a murder," I said while turning away from Ao and looking at the body that laid still of all movement. "Princess!" Ao screamed while lowing my head into his chest. "Ao?" I said as a warm liquid hit the top of my head, "Ao?" I asked again a bit more concerned as to why he wasn't responding. I looked up and saw something I would never forget. There stood a man with his claws in Ao's throat "Ao?" I mumbled in shocked as the man released his throat, Ao's body fell limp at the release "Princess," he mumbled "I will always be with you," he spoke before falling limp. Tears filled my eyes "Ao," I mumbled as my tears began to spill over my cheeks. My blood grew hot and I felt overwhelmed with anger  "AHHHHH!" I screamed in anger, time felt as if it had stopped and my heartbeat was moving at an inhuman pace. My nails grew and I began to float, everyone stopped their fighting and looked at me "STOP THIS FIGHTING!" My voice echoed through the entire forest and light surrounded my body. "My love," a voice called to me from behind, I turned and saw the guy from my dreams.
