"Ready?" Asked Vi with a bright smile on her face.

"I don't know," I sighed, looking over at my ensemble through the full length mirror in my room. "Red? Really?" I bit my lip uneasily.

"Luna, you look hot. You're always too busy wearing those mom jeans and oversized sweaters! Show off your body," She nudged my side playfully. "That also means, ditch the glasses," She extended her hand out and raised her eyebrows expectantly.

"B-but-" I started with a visible pout.

"I have seen the unopened pack of contacts on your nightstand," She rolled her eyes. "What better time to try them than now?" She smirked.

"But I like my glasses-" I mumbled as I reluctantly handed them to her.

"If the contacts are too uncomfortable then take them off and I'll give you your glasses back. I just want you to try something new tonight," She smiled fondly as she played with lose strands of my hair.

"Alright," I sighed. "Where are we even going anyway?" I furrowed my eyebrows.

How could I have not asked this before?

"There's a club next to the university. Apparently, a lot of students go there on Saturdays," She smiled slightly as she fixed her lipstick.

"Oh," I nodded slowly. "Is El going?"

I was hoping to catch up with Eloise. We haven't talked for ages.

"No, you know how she is," She rolled her eyes with a small smile. "Always into her writing. I tried to convince her to take a break but to no avail."

"Oh," I let out with a frown. Eloise always made me feel a bit more at ease.

Maybe Hwayoung will be there.

"Maybe your favorite student will be there too," She winked before dumping her lipstick into her purse.

"Can you not make me sound like a pedophile," I shuddered in disgust. "We're the same age."

"I know, it's just fun to tease you," She laughed as she grabbed her keys and headed towards the front door.

I looked over at my mid-thigh red silk dress and black knee high boots for the last time and took a deep breath before shaking my head. "Enjoy yourself tonight, Luna," I whispered lowly to myself before grabbing my black leather jacket and walking out the door.

This will be my first party in Seoul.

"Ready?" Asked Vi as I sat down in the passenger's seat.

Ready as I'll ever be.

"Yes."
