I put Subject V in one of the nature simulation chambers. Specifically, the tundra chamber. I will remove him from there tomorrow, for I can already see how his body is struggling to withstand the cold. Subject P has been trying to cheer up Subjects R-O and R-E by telling them nonsensical jokes. It hardly seems to work. Subject J has been spending a lot of his time trying to analyze the mannerisms of the others, including me. I sometimes catch him curled in on himself, scowling at anyone who approaches him. Other times, I’ll catch him smiling broadly and boasting about his fighting skills. I don’t understand what he hopes to gain from impersonating the others, but I will not interfere. He seems perplexed by the twins’ sudden change in behavior, but I know he’s trying to mimic what they are like now. Silent, obedient, blank.
