Sky's POV

I finished reading the journal pages about an hour later. I had a bunch of info written down and could nearly piece everything together. I stood up and stretched, my back popping a little bit. I grabbed the book and walked back to Squid's cell. On my way I ran into a girl, she was about 4ft 11in and she had short black hair. She was wearing a red tank top, black skinny jeans with black boots. She also had an enchanted bow slung around her back. She looked at me and blushed slightly.

"S-sorry Gen-General S-sky," she says, stuttering a bit.

I nod to her and walk around her and she stays still for a moment before moving again. As I turn the corner to go to squid's cell I hear her once again,

"Way to go....making things awkward...."

I chuckled a bit and walked over to squid's cell. He was face down on the bed with his butt in the air. I laughed a bit more before saying, "Nice booty dude!"

He sits up pretty quickly and looks at me, his face tinted red, he glares at me a little bit, showing his sharp-ish teeth. He stands up and walks over to me, holding out his hand once he is near enough. I hand him his book back and he puts it in his pocket.

"Did ya get the info you need?" He asks, catching me slightly off guard.

"O-oh yeah," I say, blushing a tiny bit, "I'm gonna go over the info with some of the other commanding officers around here and we'll decide if we should free you or not."

He gives me a small nod and turns away, flopping back onto the bed. 'He's probably tired, either that or bored as all hell, I know I would be in a place like this.' I debated whether or not I should just free him right then and there, but I decided against it, not wanting to tick off anyone *cough* Mitch *cough*.

I walked to Seto's library, and when I got there I heard a small 'boom' coming from inside.

"SOLACE!!" Yelled Seto, obviously ticked off.

"It wasn't me that time! Promise!"

I heard some grumbling, most likely from Seto, and laughed a bit. I wasn't entirely sure how those two made their relationship work, but they were adorable to say the least.

I pushed open the heavy spruce  door and walked in, a thin layer of pink and purple dust covering nearly everything by the potions area. Seto was almost completely covered with pink dust, a little purple here and there, and solace was covered head to toe with both colors. I laughed fairly loudly at the sight of the two.

Seto looked over at me and his eyes widened a bit. He quickly shook off as much of the dust as he could and ran over to me, sending clouds of dust everywhere.

"Do you need anything sky?" He asks, pulling off his silver crown and polishing it with his cloak before putting it back on his head.

"Yeah, I was wondering if you could send out something to the commanding officers and high ranking Knights. I'm gonna hold a meeting tomorrow at noon about the squids and the person we've got locked up in the dungeon." I reply.

He nods a bit, "that should be easy enough, wait a second" he went over to his desk and grabbed some paper. He mumbled something in a weird language, which I think is Latin, and he brought the papers over to where I was standing. He threw them up high and they flew out of the library, most likely to the people who would be at the meeting.

"Is that all?" He asks, looking over at me.

I nod, "yeah, that should be all." I hesitate for a second before asking, "so what was going on before I walked in?" I ask, raising an eyebrow.

"Oh, it was nothing," he replies, "just a spell backfiring a little bit because 'someone' put the wrong ingredient in," he says, glaring at solace as he said 'someone', causing solace to hide behind the brewing stands.

I laugh, "sounds interesting," I say, "anyways, I'm gonna go, see you two lovebirds later." And I walk out of the library, pulling the door shut behind me.

I walk to my room, and when I get there, the clock says it is half past nine. I pull off my sunglasses and amulet, and set them on the bedside table before sitting down on my bed. I kick off my shoes and pull the covers over me. I curl up into a comfortable position and fall into a deep sleep.
