It wasn't really clear for me why I was chosen but being a guardian seems fun.

"Good morning Holy Mother" Lance Corporal Kwon Soonyoung greeted me as he entered my sleeping chambers

"Good morning Corporal Hoshi~" I chirped in sleepily as I rubbed my eyes

I groaned when the morning sunlight stabbed my eyes once Hoshi opened my curtains, closing my eyes and shielding them with my hands as I fall back on my bed

Hoshi chuckled as I heard his footsteps get closer before I can feel his presence beside my bed

"Come on Mira, you still have to attended your morning reading" he chuckled as I groaned once again

"Which one? Star reading or that history book?" I asked, earning another chuckled form Hoshi

"History reading, Holy Mother. You still have a lot to read since you fell asleep last night" he stated and I sat up, knowing my hair was all over the place, but knowing Hoshi, he wouldnt mind

Probably because he's seen if almost everyday since I became guardian. Oh well~

"Fine fine, can you get Jess and Mariel for me?" I asked as I removed the blanket off my legs, moving to the edge of my bed sitting down infront of Hoshi with pleading eyes

Hoshi nodded, rolling his eyes in the process as he walked to the exit, I decided to be a tease

"Hey I'm still the Holy Mother! You absolutely can not roll your eyes on me!" I sassed, in which I got a loud laugh in reply.

I smiled, pleased with Hoshi's reaction, who was outside probably laughing his butt off.

"Holy Mother" the knights greeted as I passed by the halls

Apparently, every guardian was asked to go to the 14th Starmaze, it was quite far and would take us a 7 hour ride just to go there

No one knows why, not even my advisers. It was just privately announced to us guardian's comms by the guardian of Zeus, Lee TaeYong, himself.

It amazed me, its been a while since the caring General of Zeus spoke to the guardians privately, yet his message wasn't nice and sweet, rather urgent and way too serious

"Holy Mother, your Compression Suit" Hoshi said beside me as he gave me a small metallic box, containing my compression suit

Now now, dont imagine this compression suit as those ugly buffy ones, no no no. Our compression suits were way better than those. Our compression suits were skin tight, there were nothing attached to our compression suits, everything is technology controlled, meaning we dont need those heavy tanks attached to our backs, and our helmets were huge and round, rather head shaped and well fitting.

[Imagine the compression suit like Iron Man's suit only less complicated, cause Im kinda bad describing the compression suit I have in mind right now—]

Once I unleashed my compression suit, it quickly attaches on me, and I can feel my clothes being compressed, thank the gods for wearing leggings and a t-shirt

Hoshi did the same and so did 2 of my other advisers, the other 7 staying just in case anything happens here in Thalassa.

I entered the spacecraft first, followed by my other advisers, Hoshi being last and shut the spacecraft closed.

Soon enough, I heard the engine start and the spacecraft move. Well this is gunna be one hell of a ride.

It was nice to meet the other guardians who were as young as me.

Here we are. All 18 of us young guardians sitting inside the waiting room as the older and more experienced guardians talk inside the meeting room.

Honestly, what's the point of bringing all of us if you're just gunna talk with the more experienced ones?

Everyone seemed nice, some really didnt perk my interest but there was this one girl. There were only two of us females, considering that only the main 25 star guardians came, the others really didnt care at all.

If I remember correctly, she was Lady Midnight. The guardian of Nyx. She was quite and never talked to anyone.

Ask her a question and she'll answer you back with a whisper.

I swear, the only person she's talked to when I entered was the guardian of Themis.

I approached her and tapped her shoulder, causing her to look up from her current position and stare at me with confusion

I smiled at her, opening my mouth to ask a question before I got myself cut short as the door opened

The door opened to show Taeyong and Jungwoo, the guardian of Aphrodite, and instead of nice and calming faces, we were faced with serious ones.

"Young ones, I believe we need you inside" Taeyong said calmly, despite the aura around him
