After the feast, the Hall changed. The tables disappeared; the room was left wide and empty. Bleacher-like seats were seated around the main attraction. The Goblet of Fire, flaming blue, was set on its pedestal. A misty, blue age line circled the Goblet. Several Seventh Years were in the crowd, including Jack and his friends. A few of the younger years were scattered among the Seventh Years.

Jack nudged Hiccup, "So are you going first, Hic?"

Hiccup looked at him startled, "W-What?"

            "Are... You... Going... First?"

Rapunzel sat next to Jack, looking over as Jack repeated his question, "Ooo, yeah! Hiccup should go first!"

"What if I don't want to?" Hiccup asked, looking them both in the eyes, "I-I mean... What if Merida wants to?" He said gesturing over to the red head.

Merida perked up at her name, "What're ya talkin' 'bout?"

Rapunzel leaned over towards Merida, lowering her voice a little, "Hiccup's too scared to go first."

Jack stood up and cupped his hands around his mouth. Over the noise he yelled: "HEY!" Everyone's chatter piped down, and Jack was impressed with himself. I think I can beat you, Headmaster! Jack smiled mischievously, looking over at Hiccup. "My friend here wants to be the first one to enter his name into the Cup."

            "I never sa–!"

"Shh, Hiccup. I'm talking. Now, will you let Hiccup here put his name in?"

While Jack was asking the crowd, Rapunzel was behind him tearing a piece of parchment. She pulled out her quill and ink from her bag and started sprawling Hiccup's name on to it. She shoved the torn piece of parchment into Hiccup's hand. When Jack looked back, with the crowd's approval, Merida was behind Hiccup forcing him to his feet.

Jack pulled on Hiccup's wrists, forcing him up. Hiccup stumbled, and Jack and the girls pushed him down from the top of the stair-like bleachers. Jack smirked as Hiccup made his way through the parted crowd. He slowly approached the age line, passing through it with ease. He made his way to the Goblet even slower.

"C'mon, Hiccup! Other people want to go, too!" Jack called.

Hiccup looked back at him, glaring. Jack could tell he really didn't want to, but it'd be an honor to be in the Triwizard Tournament, right? Right, Jack thought to himself.

Jack watched Hiccup raise his hand to the blue flame, signed parchment in hand. He dropped the paper without hesitation, like he just wanted it to be over. The Goblet of Fire lit up a brighter blue as the parchment disappeared. The room was silent, and Hiccup turned around with a happy grin on his face. He fist pumped the air as everyone cheered. Jack, Merida, and Rapunzel stood cheering louder than everyone else.

Hiccup joined with the three, and Jack patted Hiccup on the back. "You did it!"

"I did it!" He yelled back.

The room went silent again, but it wasn't because of the four friends. Jack's back was turned to whatever the sight was. He looked over his shoulder as he saw Elsa slowly approaching the Goblet. Her hands were rested in front of her, turquoise gloves and all. Poking out between her clasped hands was a blue colored piece of parchment. As Jack looked closer it looked more like a fan.

"Go Elsa!" Someone yelled from the other side of stairs. Everyone– literally everyone, Jack checked– turned their heads. A strawberry blonde donned in Beauxbatons blue was standing. Her eyes widened as everyone stared at her. She flashed a nervous smile before quickly sitting down.

Everyone's gaze averted back to Elsa, who was approaching the Goblet slower than Hiccup did. She looked unsure, but determined. At least that's what it looked like to Jack. She stopped right after the age line, looking back at the strawberry blonde. She gave Elsa a thumbs up and ushered her on.

Elsa turned her head, looking at everyone around her, maybe trying to find a familiar face. She stopped when she saw Jack; Elsa stared at him with pleading eyes. She was scared, Jack knew that. What about was what confused him. She barely knew him, they talked once.

The room was still silent when Jack looked over at Rapunzel. He spoke to her in a hushed whisper, "Punz, hand me a piece of parchment."

She looked up at him, then back to the parchment sticking out of her bag. She quickly grabbed it, ripping it, and not caring if everyone heard. Rapunzel handed Jack her quill, already dipped in ink. Jack scrawled his name on the piece, glancing back at Elsa.

Jack grabbed the paper, inclosing it in a fist. He pushed through the silent crowd. They looked at him, and surely his friends were doing the same. He passed through the age line with complete ease. He stopped right next to Elsa, giving her a comforting smile.

He took her hand in his, in a friendly manner. Jack gave Elsa a reassuring smile, she could do this. It was just putting your name into a Goblet, and your chances of getting picked were pretty slim. If you did get picked, you had to face three deadly challenges, couldn't be that hard. If people had been doing it for thousands of years, why couldn't Elsa? She could do this.

Now that Jack thought about it, could he do it?

Jack definitely had more guts than Elsa. She almost backed out and ran back to the ever-extending carriage Madame DunBroch had them come in. But Jack was standing right next to her, hand in hand– or hand to glove– it made her feel better.

            "Together?" He whispered.

Elsa nodded at first, trying to find her voice. "Together."

The two, still holding tightly to each other's hands, raised their parchments, tossing them into the blue flame. A large weight was lifted off her shoulders, and Elsa sighed in relief. She'd done it, entered her name. And even if her name didn't get drawn, she could still say that she entered. And that was good enough for her. It was a once in a lifetime chance, and she wasn't going to pass her by.

"Uh... Elsa?" Said Jack's voice, breaking Elsa's train of thought. She looked up and over at him, staring him in the eye, wondering what he wanted. "Mind loosening your grip on my hand?"

She looked down at their hands in alarm, Elsa quickly let go, bringing the hand to her other one, clasping them both in front of her. "Sorry," she muttered.

"It's not that I didn't mind, your grip on my hand just tightened unexpectedly." He winked at her playfully, and Elsa just stared back at him. Slightly in shock; it was a gesture unknown to her, even Anna didn't wink at her as in a code or something.

"ELSA!" Anna came tumbling down the stair-benches, tackling Elsa in a large bear hug. "You did it! You entered!"

            Jack chuckled at Anna.

Anna stopped talking and stared at the white haired boy. "Well, hi."

            "Uh... Hi."

Anna had already stopped hugging Elsa and was staring curiously at Jack. This was the first time Anna had seen him up close. "You must be–!"

"–Jack Frost, yeah." Jack held out his hand for Anna to shake it. Meanwhile Elsa was watching from beside Anna, wondering how this was going to end.

Anna curtsied, giving a smirk to her sister. "Princess Anna of Arendelle."

            "Princess? Wai– oh, right. Princesses."

"JACK!" Jack's head turned, and Elsa saw a group of three people rushing towards him. The long haired blonde was the one who yelled Jack's name. Elsa wondered who the three were, other than being Jack's friends.

"Hey guys!" Elsa watched Jack smile warmly at the three and waved them over. Even though they were coming over anyways.

The blonde looked beside Jack and smiled at Elsa and Anna. "Hi!"

"Hi!" Anna chirped, she curtsied once more, "Princess Anna of Arendelle."

The blonde smiled and curtsied back. "Princess Rapunzel of Corona." She smiled brightly, "But, please, call me Punzie."

Anna's eyes widened as if she forgot something, then remembered. She glanced back at Elsa, which made Elsa raise a brow. "Oh! Um, this is my sister, Elsa." Anna must have forgotten Elsa. Which didn't surprise her, Anna was caught up in meeting new people.

Rapunzel smiled at Elsa, then she looked back at the other two people with her. "This is Merida– Princess of Dun Broch." She gestured towards the fiery red haired girl.

"Oh! You must be Madame DunBroch's daughter!" Anna squealed in delight.

"So ye've heard of me?" Merida replied, possibly sounding more sarcastic than she wanted.

"She doesn't stop talking about you!"

The brown haired boy raised his hand, giving a short wave. "And I'm Hiccup."

"I think they know who you are, Hic. You did put your name in the Cup first," said Jack. He leaned in towards Elsa, "Hiccup's also secretly a princess."

Elsa giggled, "If they're 'all' royalty, then what are you?"

He gave her a chuckling sigh, followed by a smirk. "I'm the King of Kings. Best thing around, I bring fun to the land, not to mention I am pretty awesome."

"And that automatically makes you King? The being awesome part, I mean."

            "Well of course!"

            "Aren't you conceited."

"Most of the time," he said with a sly smile. Rapunzel and Merida held proud faces, making Elsa wonder why. "What are you girls so happy about?" He asked.

Merida smirked. "Jus' entered ah names into the Tournamen'."

A bell in the distance chimed, and Jack and his three friends looked towards the sound. "Best be going, don't want to break curfew," Jack said to Elsa (specifically, might she add).

"As if, you break curfew all the time. Wondering around the corridors at night and–"

"Like I said, best be going," Jack cut off Rapunzel with a smile. "We'll see you around!"

The group of four left, leaving Elsa and Anna alone in the Great Hall. All the other student had already filed out when the bell rung. Elsa and Anna walked back to the Beauxbatons' carriage; the walk was silent until Anna spoke up excitedly. "I like 'em!"
