In most cases, choices made when under the influence can lead to poor outcomes. Yet, choices made when under the influence with "superpowers"... now that's a different story altogether. One of those stories just happened to be Y/N L/N's, or as he was known here, Legion.

Location: Abandoned Warehouse in Los Angeles - Night

Woosh!

???: Hello? Is the "Sub-Scribber" here?

That was the voice of a man slowly descending into the warehouse. He wore a red, yellow, and blue hero uniform with a cape. On his home planet he was known as Katon-Ur, yet here on Earth he was known as Phenomaman.

Phenomaman: Dispatch are certain this is the right location?

Dispatcher: *through the earpiece* That's what we were given from the distress call.

Phenomaman: Hmm.

???: Burp! *chuckles* Holy shit they actually sent you!

As Phenomaman turned to where the voice came from, he could hear the person chugging a bottle only then to see the bottle fly past him and shatter. By that time, he had already stepped onto the floor.

???: [In the voice of Johnny Depp] *drunk* Ya know...I waz kinda worried that they'd send someone else and then I'd be pretty bummed. I mean I had to make sure I gave the right description so they'd send ya, but sometimes those dumbasses like ta think they call the shots and send a different "Hero" *chuckles*.

Phenomaman: Ah, so you are the one who made the call to SDN.

???: [In the voice of Mark Hamill] Yyyyeeepp *pops the p* Ya see, I've had these "powers" for a while now and I always wanted test some of em out and see what my true limits are, but all the so-called "Villains" and "Heros" I've fought and beaten.... they just couldn't take me on. But you, you are a A-Tier Super, I've seen you not only take a hit, but give them back. So.....that's why I wanna fight ya.

As the person stepped out of the shadows, they were shown to be a male in full hand-made body armor with a cloak. They also had a face mask that couldn't be seen that was also able to change their voice.

Legion: As far as names go, you may call me Legion. I want to see what you're truly made of Phenomaman. 

Phenomaman: Ahhh, I see so this is what you humans called "getting Punk'd". I see now. HA! Very humorous of you civilian. I shall just notify dispatch that there's no threat here and then I shall be on my way.

Yet as Phenomaman walked right by Legion, he was stopped when he had his cape pulled.

A/N: Just like this

Legion: *chuckles* Oh silly me, I think you misunderstood. *looks him dead in the eyes* You see, [voice is now Christopher Judge] You don't get a say in this matter.

POW!

And with that, the first strike was thrown by Legion. The impact was so powerful that it actually sent Phenomaman through the concrete walls of the warehouse.

Legion: *still the same voice* Hm, not bad. And not even a quarter of power... impressive.

As Y/N saw where Phenomaman was previously, he saw that his earpiece was on the ground.

Dispatcher: Phenomaman! Are you there?! What happened?! I can't get any surveillance in there!

Legion: That was the whole point of this location.

Dispatcher: *caught off guard* W-Who are you?

Legion: You don't need to worry about that for now. Just know that I'm not gonna kill your "hero", I'm just gonna hurt him. When I'm done, I'll give him back to you personally. Maybe in one piece.

Dispatcher: Look, I don't know who you-

Crunch!

As Legion destroyed the earpiece, he could hear coughing from the newly made holes through the walls.

Phenomaman: *cough!* I must say, I am once again surprised. *walks out of the hole* I actually felt that punch. Most villains I fight are usually very weak or fragile that I don't feel anything at all. But you, you are the opposite. If it is truly a fight you want, then it shall be a fight you'll get. *takes a stance*

Legion: Hmm.

A moment goes by where the two merely face each other down. When it had passed, the two instantly took off at one another and clashed.

BOOM!

The impact alone made the whole building shake and rumble. The two exchanged blow for blow without letting up. This went on as they both pushed each other back and forth. It went like this until Y/N saw an opening to when Phenomaman swung at him, he ducked and sent a powerful uppercut ton his chin.

A/N: Something like that

Now this type of blow would normally leave many with a serious concussion or a broken jaw, or in rare cases even pop someone's head clean off. Yet the one who received this was none other than an alien who had a high pain tolerance.... not to mention flight as well.

Phenomaman stopped mid-lift and looked down at Legion as he merely rubbed his jaw.

Phenomaman: Hmm, not bad. Not bad indeed.

Legion: *smirks* 

Instead of waiting for him to come down, Legion went to him by bending his knees and leaping off the ground. Their fight continued in the air as the two continued to trades blows. Just as it looked like Phenomaman was about to get the upper hand, Legion had used Phenomaman's cape to pull over him and temporarily blind him.

Phenomaman: Ah, where did you go?!

Not wasting any time, Legion then proceeded to spin Phenomaman in the air. The spins began to become so fast that it nearly became a tornado. Finally, after so long Legion threw him down to where he became a missile and imploded into the ground.

Boom!

Phenomaman: *groans in pain*

As he slowly tried to get back up, Legion didn't waste any time and shot straight down with his fist forward towards the crater where Phenomaman was. As he dove down quickly, he let out a battle cry to his opponent. The impact once again shook the area to where it felt like an earthquake was happening.

A/N: Something like this

When the dust settled, Legion shot back up and was ready to continue while Phenomaman was actually staggering to get up.

Legion: Oh come on now. I know that this isn't your full potential. So what is holding you back?

Phenomaman: *grunts as he gets back up* Well I did want to see what you could tolerate and make sure that I didn't accidentally break your body. But it seems you are not as weak and fragile as I expected.

Legion: Well, I appreciate the backwards compliment, but if you don't start fighting like your life depends on it, I'm gonna have to make you.

Phenomaman: Well then, prepare for me to take you seriously.

???: Hey!

Yet sadly before the fight could continue, it was interrupted by a newcomer. This happened to be a woman in the air. She had on a gold white and blue hero suit along with a blue face mask that hid the upper half. As she slowly descended down, Legion could see her blue eyes along with her golden blonde hair. While he didn't really care for most so-called Heroes, even Legion knew that this was none other than another top-tier super by the name of Blonde Blazer.

Blonde Blazer: Phenomaman are you alright?

Phenomaman: Ah Blazer good to see you. I am ok for the most part. This man who can change his voice merely wanted to fight me and can actually hold his own. Therefore, I happily agreed to it. He can also hit hard as well.

Blonde Blazer: Well, that's "great" but the impact from the fight is affecting the city. This has to end now.

Phenomaman: Hmm, if that must be the result, then so be it. *looks at Legion* Apologies Lee Jon, but we must stop our fight for now.

Legion: [In the voice of Curtis "Takahata101" Arnott] Tsc, figures, *points at Blazer* once the "Fun Police" showed up, they 'red be no point. Welp, till next time you certified legal alien bastard.

Phenomaman: *excited* Yes! Till then Lee Jon, till then!

Legion then began to walk away but didn't get far as Blonde Blazer hovered right in front of him.

Blazer: And just where do you think you're going?

Legion: Well, "Officer" I was just going to go home and be on my merry way. So if you don't mind.

He then tried to walk around her, but she merely kept blocking his way.

Blazer: You see, I do mind actually.

Legion: "Yeah"? Well, that sounds like a U problem, and I don't really care to get involved.

Blonde Blazer just crossed her arms and continued to stand in his way.

Legion: Oh, come on, what just because I fought one of your top guys and was winning?!

Phenomaman: On a technicality.

Legion: Hey, a win is a win man.

Phenomaman: Hmm, that is true.

Blazer: Don't agree with him.

Phenomaman: His words do make sense though.

Blazer: Well, whether they actually do or not doesn't matter. What does is the fact that he was a part of the impact that wreaked havoc in the city.

Phenomaman: That is also true.

???: Which is why we're all here to bring him in.

As Legion began to look around, he noticed that he was started to get surrounded. Those doing that happened to make him question if he may have drank too much.

The reason for that was because he saw none other than a lizard in a pink shirt, a walking talking metallic origami piece, another one of hulk's female cousins, a female cheerleader, and a gorgeous looking businesswoman.

He really didn't care for any of their names (but may want to know the female ones later on).

Blazer: It ends here Lee Jon.

Legion: *snorts* Well first of, It's Legion. You know like from The Bible. "My name is Legion, For WE ARE MANY". Secondly....

During his pause, Legion had begun to glow to where his figure multiplied to when it died down, there was now five duplicates standing with him.

Legion: *all six of him in unison* It's not over until I say so.

As the Heroes began to brace for a fight, Legion prepared to as well, but before any could attack-

RUMBLE! RUMBLE! RUMBLE!

- the rumbling from before began to come back stronger, all of the fighting from Legion and Phenomaman had indeed accidentally caused a tremor to happen in Los Angeles and was now shaking entire buildings and walkways.

The sheer panic from the civilians could be heard not so far from them. As the heroes looked at one another not sure what to do, either deal with the threat in front of them or help the city, it was actually Legion who made that decision for them.

He did this by sending his duplicates to different parts of the city in a speed so fast that they didn't see him leave. He had them do different tasks such as save those from falling debris, reforming all the damaged property, using a type of nature-based power that slowly calmed the quakes to where it quickly slowed down.

All of that happened and ended just as quick as they all returned back to the original him. Sadly, by using that much different power all at once, it did cause his forms to falter to where there was once again only one him. As the heroes saw him, they noticed that Legion was now shaking and breathing heavily.

Legion: *groans* Note to self...don't drink so much next time. *faints and falls to the floor*

The heroes looked both baffled and concerned at what they just saw. Here was someone who not only held his own against of their strongest but was also able to cause harm to him. And yet this same individual had somehow single-handedly saved the city from destruction (even though he may have caused it).

Now while Legion was still considered a threat, Blonde Blazer had seen everything from her position and saw how Legion had handled the situation. While jail or prison would be his outcome, she did remember the new program that would be starting soon that could change that...if he agreed to it.

A few things, first there will be a bio later on that better describes the MC. Second, these next few chapters will take place before chapter 1 of Dispatch.
