Ruhani's POV

'Ru,' I heard mom's voice and saw that mom and dad were standing near the door of my room.

'Mom... dad,' I mumbled as they came and sat beside me on the bed.

'How are you feeling?' mom asked.

'I am feeling fine, mom,' I said.

"You visited doctor?' Mom asked and I nodded in a 'yes' and told her about my visit to a doctor with Anaya and told her what the doctor said. Mom asked me to give the doctors number and I gave her the number.

'Princess, we want to know everything whenever you are comfortable. It is not easy for me to accept that my princess is going to have a baby but if you want this then it's okay, I am with you and you will not go to office.'

'What?' I shouted.

'Yes, you are pregnant so you should take rest.'

'Dad, I am pregnant, not injured or something and I can go to office and do all the things which I do normally,' I tried to explain him.

'Yes Rahul, just because she is pregnant doesn't mean that she will be sitting at the home but Ru you will not eat canteen's food. From tomorrow I will give tiffin to you,' she said.

'And I will drop you and pick you up from office,' dad added.

'Dad no need to...' I was saying but mom cut me off.

'Ru, let him do it, at least he will sleep peacefully at night knowing that you went to office and came back home safely,' she made me understood and I agreed.

Suddenly we heard dad's mobile ringing and he went out of the room to attend the call .

'Thank you mom. I know that dad accepted this situation as you made him understood.'

'You loved him very much, right?'

'Yes, but now I hate him,' I said angrily.

'You have to take more care of yourself as another life is dependent on you,' she explained changing the subject as she understood I was getting angry at the mention of him.

Then she left asking me to take rest.

Vikram's POV

Today she will come to office after so many days.

For the last few days I am doing my work and spending my day either here or in the office room of my house. Whenever I am not doing any work the sight of her with that man comes in front of my eyes and maybe she took leave so that she can spend time with her boyfriend.

I heard a knock on my cabin.

'Finally, you graced the office with your presence,' I mocked sarcastically as soon as she entered the office. She was looking so beautiful and fresh, maybe the vacation with her boyfriend worked for her and what angered me the most was that she had tied her hair.

'Good Morning sir, I am glad to know that the chairs, table ,windows and doors of the office missed my presence,' she replied back and I went towards her and now we were facing each other.

'Miss Jaywardhan, don't forget that you are talking to your boss and go and bring coffee for me with two spoons of sugar in it,' I ordered and it seemed that she was stunned as I never asked her to bring coffee but then she straightened her composure and left the place

'Yes sir,' she said and left and I went back to my work.

After few minutes she came back with a cup of coffee and kept it on the table.

Ruhani's POV

He took a sip of coffee and made a disgusting face.

'There's no sugar,' he shouted!

But, I remember that I added sugar in the coffee.

'Go and bring another cup of coffee and two spoons of sugar, Miss Jaywardhan,' he once again ordered me and I clenched my fist and tried to calm myself down before I could say something.

As much as I remember I added two spoons of sugar in it.

I made another coffee for and took it to him.

'I asked you to add two spoon sugar not ten spoons. Go and bring another cup,' he said and I wanted to throw that coffee on his head.

This man! He will die one day from my hand.

Today, I didn't want to come to office as I didn't want to face the jerk but I have to do it, I usually don't apply makeup but today I applied it to hide my dark circles and look a little bit fresh so that nobody will understand that I didn't sleep the whole night. I was doing my hair when his words came in my mind.

'You look beautiful when your long hair is flowing down your back.'

I hate you.

 I decided to tie my hair as I know he doesn't like when I tie my hair.

I jerked off my thoughts and decided what I need to do. In a tray I put five cups of coffee and took it and kept it in front of him.

'What's these?' he asked.

'Sir, here are five cups of coffee. First one has two spoon sugar in it, second one has three spoon sugar in it, third one has four spoon sugar in it, and fourth one has five spoon sugar in it but I know sir you will have the last cup which has no sugar in it as you are already so sweet. Right sir?' I asked as sweetly as I can and by the look on his face, I knew that he was angry.

'Leave,' he yelled angrily and I went to my cabin with a grin on my face.

I went inside and I hear my mobile ringing and Anaya was calling me and I picked the call.

'Don't ask me how is my day going because he is a devil and I will kill him by pouring hot coffee on him and then I don't care if I will go to prison because I will be saving the world from one devil and then...' my sentence was cut off by her next words.

'First of all, nobody dies if you pour hot coffee on them and secondly, you don't have to be a super woman and save the world. Calm down girl, I know how you must be feeling as you have to face him after he hurt you so much by everything he said.'

'Yes, I have to calm down,' I said and there was a knock on my cabin .

'Bye, I will talk with you later,' I said and cut the call.

'Come in,' I said and Max came in.

'Hi! We are meeting after so many days and I called you but you didn't pick the call,' he said and I remembered that he called me when I left Vikram's house but I didn't pick his call as I was too hurt and then I didn't call him back.

'Sorry for that.'

'Okay. No problem. I want to tell you something,' he said rubbing the back of his head.

'Yes?'

'I met someone and...' he said with a smile.

'And, I want details,' I exclaimed excitedly.

'The day I confessed that I like you and asked you to meet me but then you didn't come and I was very sad and that day I went to club as I was very hurt.' 

I can understand how hurt he was but I never saw him as my boyfriend, he will always be my good friend.

'That day I was sitting at the bar and ordered a drink and she was there sitting beside me . She was drinking and crying. I asked her what happened and she told me that her boyfriend of two years cheated on her and she was talking about her breakup and after some time I felt her weight on my shoulder. She became unconscious after drinking so much. I took her to my house and placed her on bed and slept on couch. The whole night I was looking at her beautiful face and then slowly sleep consumed me.'

'Next day I woke up as I heard a loud scream and I looked up to see that she was screaming that I kidnapped her but then I calmed her down and explained everything. Then we exchanged numbers and started chatting and soon we became friends and few days back I proposed her and she said yes, but threatened me that she will kill me if I cheat on her,' he told the whole story.

'She trusts you, never cheat on her,' I said.

'I will never cheat on Shanaya,' he said and I saw the love for her in his eyes .

'I am glad you found love and you know that you will always be one of my close friend, right?'I asked and he nodded in a 'yes.'

'You will also be one of the special person in my life,' he said and hugged me.

'Okay. I will leave now. We will meet at the canteen.'

'Max, actually, my stomach was upset for past few days so I went to checkup and doctor has asked me to have home made food, so my mom gave me tiffin,' I lied.

'It's okay then, I will bring my lunch in your cabin. You don't have any problem, right?' he asked.

'You can bring your lunch here,' I said and he left .

Everybody found love but I lost my love . I stroked my stomach.

Sorry baby, you will not get your dad's love but you will have your mom's love and your grandparents and your mom's friends will also shower all their love on you.

My thoughts were cut off by the ringing of office phone . I picked up. Devil was calling me in his cabin.
