"Yes." said emerald, not at all offended by the question.

"Hey that's kind of like you Crimson!" she said, bumping his side. Crimson looked at her offended.

"So I would like to know," said Emerald. "Why are you Diamond, princess of the zuforian empire, beyond the sky wall?" "I get asked that question a lot more than you think. You want the long or short version?"

After 1 lengthy explanation...

"And that is the whole story." Diamond finished. "Any questions?

"I've got one." said emerald. "What's your mother's name?" "her name is Ziellipholth." they call her Ziellipholth the white one." "So does she have any other-" Rissa got cut off from rustling coming from the bushes. Diamond looked over at them, and what she saw made her think them again.

Just outside the bushes, was a human. In fact, it was the same one that had locked her up.

A growl rose deep in her throat. "You." she spat. "You dirty ruffian!"

"Ha." said the human. "I suppose you have no idea how I tracked you," he said. "We have something called satellites that track your every move. We have been tracking you since you escaped." "I should have frozen you when I had the chance!" "who is this?" asked Rissa. "Yes, I would like to know that too," said Emerald "this is the human I told you about, the one that trapped me," explained Diamond

"It's you!" growled Crimson. "You're the one who kidnapped the princess? I will not have you hurting her!" to diamond's amazement, Crimson's talons started to glow. Then he raised them into the air and dug his claws in the ground. Where they dug in, vines started to grow. Then the vines slithered along the ground until they reached the human, and wrapped around the human's body. Diamond looked over at Crimson with a bewildered expression. He met her eyes and said "nobody will hurt you. Not with me around."

He really likes me like that? Diamond thought. I never thought...

"What do we do now?" asked Diamond. "He said they can track us, what can we do about that?"

"I don't know." Said Crimson. "But we need to find a way to keep them from tracking us."

"Yes, but remember, we need to keep to the plan. Find as many dragons as we can here, and bring them back."
