I will be teaching you how to make this outline thing for a person. ( it's really cute, I love it so much! ) ^^

what you need:
-a blank background ( any colour you want )
-a png of your choice
-PicsArt or any other drawing app

step one - open your background in PicsArt. I mostly prefer doing the outline with the icon, because it's quick and it looks nicer if it's just a simple icon.

step two - add your png. ( I chose Marco Diaz from Star Vs. The Forces Of Evil ) ( AAH STARCO IM SORRY ) TheStarButterfly

step three - go into draw. change your brush size to under 9. ( I mostly do 4 )

now, draw a small, rough outline around your png. it doesn't have to be perfect! when it's sort of messy, it's unique.

step four - press apply, and save it. add filters to make the graphic look better.
