Ava's P.O.V

I open my eyes. UGH! My head feels like its full of cotton buds. I look around and my heart sinks. Same room. Still in Hydra. FUCK THIS I WANT TO GO HOME. I get up and walk slowly towards the glass wall. James is still awake. He looks up, happy to see me and his face falls.

"Did I keep you up?" I ask

"No, are you okay?" He glares at me, and I know I can't lie my way out, but I'll try loop hole

"Yeah" I say

"Really?"

"It could be worse." I state.

"True." He shrugs "But its not worse, so are you okay?"

"Not really, but I will be." I wince as I suck in a breath. James notices

"He broke you ribs, didn't he?"

"Yes" I can't try to lie or smooth talk my way out of this one.

"Well, you need a doctor."

"I'll be fine." I lie. he nods

"And money grows on trees and poverty and wars don't exist."

"Then what would be you purpose?" A woman, this time, walks in. She grabs me by my throat and slams me into the ground before letting go. A wrangled scream leaves my mouth. She slams her hand into my throat and I'm silenced. She punches my stomach in a rhythmic stile. 1... punch... 2... punch... 3... punch... 4... punch. Until she stops. I curl up into a little ball.

"Fight back, freak, why don't you fight back?" She taunts. Then it hits me. Why don't I fight back? I raise my arm weakly and she laughs.

"Is that it! You cowardly bitch! Poor useless, hopeless, defenceless, stupid Summer. Always picking the wrong side. So gullible to. It's laughable! to think that you would hope for a better world, a better cause when all you've been doing is trying to avoid help the cause that created you for world peace, world safety!" She taunts me more, and the words cut through me like a knife.

"At least" I start to say, but stop, liking the suspense.

"What?" She growls

"At least people like me more than Umbridge." I smile

"Fuck you"

"No offence, but your twilight famous, not harry potter famous." (Thank you Marvel_Birds for this quote) "Actually, take all of the offence" Her fury practically radiates of her, and she channel's it into attacking me. I scream in pain. She laughs and punches me, faster. Suddenly she picks me up and throws me across the room. My head snaps against the wall and I fall into a dark abyss.
