I find it super useful to plot in google docs or even slides. I just use the numbering tool so everything goes in the correct order that I want it to go.
I find google docs to be the best for my personal plotting, but any website or platform similar would accomplish the same thing.

I find that google docs is easily accessible for most people and easy to use and understand. But if for some reason you cannot use google docs or anything similar, they did use an ancient form of google docs in the 1800's. It's called pen and paper :)
