Both of you hopped on the train. It was going to be a while before your stop. You watched the take off and starred out the window in a gaze.

"You feeling okay?" She asked.

"I'm fine. Just never been on a train before. Never had that privilege before. I feel fine though. Almost like at peace. Haven't felt that way since.... well you know." You reply.

She takes your hand. "My parents are gone too. Died when I was younger. Everyone took me in and I love it here. And Natsu gets severe motion sickness. He can't be on a train, float, or anything. Stomach is as strong as a balloon."

"So I guess we are kind of in the same category. Maybe all of us are. Even so it seems like a family. I can get used to this." You smile. "Isn't the place were going famous for the bathhouse and restaurant with the guy who was a passive forehead the size of a mountain? Haha." You ask chuckling.

"Ya I believe so. We can go to dinner there one night. And if we nab a few of those creeps that's a bigger cut for the both of us since Jet and Droy are back home."

"Look forward to it Levy. Can I get you anything since it's going to be a while? Drink? Chesse cake like Suki for all I know?" You ask a little flirty.

"(First) you sure you were weren't part of Fairy Tail before? Erza loves cake. She's really bold, strong, and hard headed by she's so sweet."

"Well Suki had a friend that she traveled with. She told me cake on a train was good. And water to wash it down when it's hot like today. Round on me?" You ask.

"Awww thank you. You are just so sweet." She said sparkling.

Soon the service cart came by. "Any snacks or refreshments?" Asked the kind Miss.

You open your pockets. "Two slices of cheese cake and two waters for me and the pretty lady."

"Okay that will be 2000 jewel." She said.

After a quick transaction you turn to Levy. "Cheers to our first job together."

"And more to come." She smiled and both dived in.

You both took a bite and had the same facial reaction. "She was right." You both chimed in.

Noticing you took each other's words you both blush. Then you laugh.

"Good right?" She asked nervously.

"Yes indeed. Good call." You reply blushing.

"So we got a while on this trip and food is out of the way. What kind of magic do you have? What do you do for fun? Tell me about yourself." She asked after biting her cake.

"Well for fun I just like being around good people. And swimming is the best feeling in the world to me after a job or when you get hurt. And I use shadow magic." You reply.

She gasped. "What do mean shadow magic. Isn't that rather dark?"

You sweatdropped. Crap I don't think she likes this. I better state my case and hopefully she don't treat me different. She's so amazing and I can't screw this up. You exhale. "In some cases yes. But I use this energy channeled to my body and it can be useful. I can also make shields with it. I'm not too good but make one day I can be able to use it and throw objects from it."

"That's so cool. Wish I had something cool my ability is breaking codes and solving puzzles. It's why I love to read so much. But throwing projectiles sounds cool."

"Too be honest I'm kind of jealous how smart you are. Can never dream about reading these lovely stories in a short time and knowing every detail from every page. Guess that's my weak point. And I saw your reaction. Any rumors about shadow magic or facts you know?"

"Well I haven't done much research and some I think are lies."

"Like what? Now you got me thinking here Levy. I've met one other my whole life."

"They say they cannot love which I don't believe. And having another personality of some sort. Other than that I believe can be used like Natsu and Gray with their fire and ice." She frowned.

"No, yes, and yes. I can love. You saw me heartbroken and alone. I do have an alter ego when someone I care about is hurt. And ya I'd say similar to fire in a sense but still very different." You are relieved.

"Well I did. That's why I wanted everyone to see you. Try to cheer you up. And now you have work and a home. And the alter ego doesn't scare me. I've seen my fair share of anger and fighting. We fight a lot at the guild but not out of pure hate and rage. It's funny most of the time. I stay clear of it though."

"Hey thanks a lot girl. Maybe I can return the favor sometime. You done so much for me today and it's changed my life. Never thought anything like this would happen."

"I got here a few years ago. Taken by surprise like you. Before Cana drank like a king sized fish, Mira just getting out of her teenage phase, and when we had our first guild hall. It was destroyed by Phantom Lord and later Gajeel and Juvia formerly from them joined us and we made amends."

"Wow. By the way do Juvia and Gray have a thing?" You grin.

"Well girl to girl she sees him as a sweet prince. But Gray is so thick and dense. She loves him and I'm pretty sure he likes her just doesn't want to admit it. You ever had that?"

Oh crap what do I say? I'm really starting to like this girl but I can't have her know that. It's just wacked.

"Ummm not sure. I'm new at the dating sort of thing. I have many ideas though. But I get so tensed up." You blush.

"Like what?" She asked.

"Jobs with perks. You know some by the big open water maybe. Head to a resort with a beach and casino. Eat like we're royalty. I dream some day I will have the money to do such things."

"Sounds quite romantic. I'm new at this myself. But sounds dreamy like a girls best wishes. So then tell me. Who's the lucky lady you have an eye on?" She sighs happily.

Oh boy. I can't her let her know. Please spirits help I lie and get away with this right now.

"I'm not sure." You say with composure. "I think many at Fairy Tail are nice but one thing at a time now. Let's not have this go too quick."

Dark boy over here is incredibly sweet. I mean those (EC) orbs of his and that nice (HC) hair. He's a catch I can't lie. And I feel like I hold a better conversation with him than the other guys at the guild. He can't read like I can and is itching to learn. Maybe I do like him. But I don't know just yet. "You're right. Between today and the whole week you have been on a roller coaster. Let things go slower after today." She said calmly but on the inside she's kicking herself. Do I want (First) to notice me? I'm content on that but still. He's so great. I don't care how he feels I want him around.
