Chocolate Boy
This chapter name is weird but you'll understand.
Draco grinned as he combed is hair, swooping it to the respective sides. He knew the girls, especially Slytherins, fell head over heels for his bleach blonde hair. He checked his teeth, making sure they were clean and adjusted his robes. Not many days did he look in the mirror and think; damn dude you're hot. Any girl who is sane or insane would fall for me. I'm fricken amazing. But today was different. Yesterday he had gon to Hogsmeade with Wren and though they spent most of the trip at Honeydukes, he didn't care. He had stayed up late afterwards, laying in his bed and thinking. It was basically a date. We basically went on a date together.
He smirked at his reflection and left the bathroom, flicking the light off. He was quickly greeted with the downfall of his morning, and his entire day. Theo, messy hair and untidy robes. "Hey Draco. So you know about the Winter Dance? Well today they're letting people get to know each other. Wren is gonna be there, and I'd like to look better. The girls always like you, is there anyway you could help me out?" He asked, running a hand through his tangled hair. Draco's face tightened. "No Theodore. I'm in a rush." He then stalked past Theodore and out of the dorm room. Theodore sighed. Blaze shook his head. "Theodore you dress better than Draco. Heads from other houses turn to look at you." Blaze reminded his friend, tying his tie. "Oh yeah!!" Theodore suddenly remembered his confidence.

Wren popped a lemon drizzled chocolate in her mouth. The candy from Honeydukes was beyond amazing. The chocolate warmed her and she smiled, tossing the wrapper into the small garbage can in the dorm room. Pansy was glaring knives into Wren's back. The girl knew something had happened, but she wasn't sure what. "Hey Pansy." Millicent nervously approached her friend. "What is it?" Pansy snapped. "There's a meet thing for people to get to know each other..you know, for the dance." She timidly told Pansy. Pansy's eyes lit up. "Really?! Oh thank Salazar Slytherin!" She popped off the side of her bed and disdainfully looked Wren up and down. "Merlin, you do look like a disoriented pig, are you sure you're going?" She asked, slathering on a fake pity smile. "What? Scared I'm gonna take your man?" Wren sneered, standing and heading for the bathroom. Pansy's face fell.
Wren dressed in her regular robes, a black t-shirt and black pants underneath. She added a green bead necklace into the outfit and brushed her hair till it looked semi-neat. She then turned and walked out of the bathroom and Slytherin dorms. In the common rooms she heard talking. "Hey what's going-" the chattering immediately stopped and Theodore Nott and Marcus Flint stared at her. "Uhhh hi." She nervously said. Flint and Nott shared glances before Theodore stood. He fixed his tie, because he was apparently wearing a suit. "Wren, did you hear about the greeting today?" He asked casually, though he was very stressed.
"Oh yeah, I totally pissed Pansy off." She replied with a shrug. "Well uh, someone informed me where the drinks are, would you like to come with me?" He asked nervously. she raised her eyebrows before smirking. "Thanks Theo, but I think I can manage." She then left the Slytherin common room to head for the Great Hall. Theo stared at the floor. "Aw that's okay man. You still have a chance!" Flint encouraged. "I'm done for." He sighed.

Ronald Weasley was furious. He couldn't find his hairbrush anywhere. He had all of his dorm mates looking and not one of them could find the wooden brush. His ginger hair was a very big mess and though Harry had tried comforting him by showing his own messy hair, Ron wasn't swayed. He grabbed a white button up t-shirt, which came with the school outfit, along with the dark jeans. "DONT ANY OF YOU UNDERSTAND?! I NEED MY HAIR TO BE NEAT!!!" He yelled, throwing his sheets off his bed. "Ron, my hair is always a mess." Harry pleaded, as Ron threw Harry's neatly folded clothes into a corner of the dorm room.
Ron swirled to face him. "You. Don't. Understand. I am dressing to impress, you don't have to dress up to impress!! That bloody scar on your forehead makes any girl like you!!!" Ron snatched up Harry's black tie and quickly tied it on himself. "Cmonnnmn Ron!! It's just a girl! They come and go!" Shamus sighed loudly. "That's MY POINT!! I DONT WANT HER TO GO!!!" Ron threw off Neville's sheets and blankets. Just then someone knocked. "You answer!" Ron shouted at Harry. Harry sighed and answered the door. "Who is it?" Ron whispered across the room. "It's Moon." Harry replied. Ron's face shriveled into his look of fear and dispare. "What is it..?"
Harry talked to the person at the door then spoke to Ron. "She is asking if you're ready." Ron whimpered. "T-tell her I'll be out soon." "He'll be ready soon." Harry informed Moon. Another pause... "Is there anything you need?" Harry asked Ron. Just then Moon pushed Harry out of the way and entered. Ron's complexion was horrid. He sighed heavily. "Ron, is something wrong?" She asked him. He bit his lip. "I...I lost my hairbrush." She giggled. "That's what you're so stressed about?" She asked him. He glanced at her. "Yeah, isn't it messy?" He muttered. She approached him with a smile and cupped his face with her hands. "It's fine Ron. I have like two extra hairbrushes I've never used. I'll lend you one."
He smiled at her. "Thanks Moon." The two headed into the common room. "What a fuss." Seamus shook his head. Harry shrugged. "I guess he wanted to dress to impress." He replied. Neville sighed. "If that's what it takes to get a girl, I'm screwed." He whined.

Draco looked through the large crowd. People were chatting away, many were practicing dancing. He looked over himself, man he was hot. The black shoes, the pants, the white button up, not to mention his hair. Combed and with the perfect amount of volume. Then he saw her. Wren was standing at the food table with Pansy. "How odd, I could've sworn they fought." He muttered to himself before heading their way. "Hello Wren. And Pansy." He greeted, skimming over the food. Wren's posture immediately fixed itself and she smiled. "Hey Draco. Pansy and I were just discussing you." He raised his eyebrows at that.
He looked to Pansy. "Is that so?" He smiled. "Hmph. Yeah. We were." Pansy replied shortly. "You see, Pansy was a little mad you got me some chocolates from Honeydukes. No idea why she's being so rude though." Wren informed him. Draco chuckled. "I think that's called jealousy." He replied as Pansy huffed and stalked off. Wren glanced up at him. "There's nothing to be jealous about. . . Right?" He shrugged, taking a swig of apple cider. Wren fiddled with her fingers before taking a small cookie and taking a bite. "You're very dressed up." She noted after swallowing. He smiled. "Thought it would suit." He replied.
"Any particular reason?" She asked curiously. He leaned down so his nose was an inch from her's. "That depends Wren. Would you like there to be a reason?" He asked huskily. Her face flushed and she stared at her shoes. He smirked and walked off, quite the exit it was. Just then Theodore walked up, nervously. His hair was brushed over and through a million times, and he looked nervous as hell. "H-hey Wren." He fixed his tie nervously. She looked up at him. "Oh hey Theo." She looked around, clearly preoccupying herself. He poured himself some cider, his hands shaking. "So uhm Wren, is the food good?" He asked.
She smiled apologetically. "Theo, I don't want any loose trails. I don't want to be harsh, but I don't want to lead you on. I don't like you."
He gulped hard and grabbed a chocolate.
"Th-that's okay."
