Fast forward six days. The six have been united and have made a long trek through the forests and cliffs of Drakos, as they finally arrive at the forest in front of the Sanctuary.

Alicia: "Are we not being followed?"

Troy does a quick scope of the area.

Troy: "We seem good!"

Jake: "Watch this Jay."

The five step through an invisible wall.

Jay: "(in head) Please don't be watching..."

As Jay steps through...

Drake: "(excited) Perfect!"

Lucifer: "(laughing) Seems as though Jay had given us more than we bargained for."

Drake analyzes a map hanging on a wall.

Drake: "All troops! Head to this forest directly south of Makna! Take the blood of the dragon gods!"

Drake stands in front of his army of 1000 men.

Lucifer: "Even a few drops of each will do."

Back at the Sanctuary...

Jay: "Roomy."

Alicia: "We're back mom!"

Onyx enters in her human form and hugs her daughter.

Onyx: "Thank god you're alright!"

Alicia: "(choking) You're strangling me..."

Troy: "That trip was awesome!"

Flare rushes in and does the same to Troy.

Jade: "Uh..."

Jason: "This is... interesting."

Nova rushes in dragons form and switches to human as Jason falls to the ground.

Jake: "(in head) I'm so glad for once in my life my mom isn't here."

Jay: "Not quite the reunion I expected. (in head) But I still need a way to tell them!"

Jade: "My mom would've been laughing if she saw me now."

The hugging stops...

Onyx: "So you're Jay Kros, descendant of the Mind in Rolil."

Jay picks up a dagger with his mind.

Jay: "Yeah."

Troy: "So that's your power?"

Jay: "(sighing) Don't even asked about my fatality rate."

Nova: "Seems as though he... isn't afraid to take lives."

Jay: "Hey, bounty hunters need to do what's necessary for a pay."

Jake: "Now if you'll excuse me..."

Jake walks over to the makeshift kitchen.

Jake: "Do you mind lending a hand Jason?"

Jason stands up from the floor.

Jason: "(stretching) Give me a sec."

Alicia shakily stands up.

Alicia: "L-Let's let them have at it."

Jay walks outside...

Jay: "(in head) Drake could be having an army after this place right now! Dammit! And if I told them or said I'll be in Phiam, I could be dead!"

Jade finds Jay punching a wall.

Jade: "Why the hell are you punching a wall?"

Jay: "(in head) What the hell am I going to say?!"

Jay calms down a bit.

Jay: "(sighing) Just annoyed with our situation. We have no idea who Lucifer plans to find and or kill us."

Jade: "(smirking) I have an idea."

In Makna Palace...

Lucifer: "Laven may have figured us out."

Drake: "I could kill Kros now, but my men are nearly there. I'll spare him if he manages to survive."

Lucifer grabs his chest.

Lucifer: "(in pain) What's his blood trying to tell me?"

Drake: "Kros's blood is trying to tell you something?!"

Lucifer: "It can't be good."

An hour later...

Jason: "(smiling) Go all out! I'll join in a bit."

Jake: "(wiping away sweat) I'm going to cool off a bit first, you guys go a head and eat."

Jake and Jason walk outside as Jake readies his sword and sees Jay sitting in a tree.

Jake: "Strange to see you not flock to my cooking."

Jay: "I'll join when you join."

Jake sits beneath the tree.

Jason: "You alright?"

Jake: "I know there's something you aren't telling us."

Jay: "(in head) I want to, but I can't."

Jake: "This feels like when we met at Osar, huh?"

Jay begins to sweat a little.

Jay: "(in head) I have to tell them..."

Jay's eyes begin to glow.

Jay: "(in head) I have to..."

Jason notices Jay's eyes.

Jason: "Jay, why are your eyes glowing?"

Jay: "(in head) Drake is the bastard with Lucifer!"

Jake and Jason hear Jay say this, even though Jay's lips didn't move.

Jake: "(shocked) Did you say something Jay?!"

Jay: "(in head) I'm not saying anything! I'm thinking it!"

Jake: "(in head) How?!"

Jay: "(in head) Listen guys, Emperor Drake injected some weird substance that allows him to see and hear me, and can kill me if I do anything unwanted."

Jake: "(in head) Drake is with Lucifer?!"

Jay: "(in head) I couldn't say anything or risk being a corpse in Makna. I need to use this to warn everyone, but we may need to be prepared for combat."

Jake: "(in head) It feels weird to talk without a single mouth opening."

Jason: "(in head) You go inside and tell everyone, we'll go scout for troops."

Jay: "(in head) I just can't help, but think if I wasn't acting like a badass this wouldn't happen."

Jake and Jason return from a quick scout of the area.

Jason: "(in head) We have 1000 Maknanian troops heading right here!"

Jake: "(in head) Drake must be intelligent if he was able to track you and pinpoint the precise area!"

Jay casually walks inside.

Jay: "(in head) Guys!"

The cheerful mood fades away.

Jade: "Jay, did you say something?"

Jay: "(in head) Listen, Maknanian soldiers are coming this way."

Alicia: "How the hell are you talking without opening your mouth?"

In Makna Palace...

Drake: "W-What?!"

Lucifer: "So the blood was warning me about this ability."

Drake: "(calmly) I was hoping for a surprise attack, but Kros just had to ruin it!"

Lucifer: "This does tell me that there is more power within the blood than shown..."

Jay: "(in head) It's my fault and I literally just unlocked this ability. A special poison was injected into me that kept me quiet, and let Drake see and hear me."

Onyx: "(in head) The substance must've been from Koress."

Nova: "(in head) Our home is compromised!"

Troy: "(in head) How many of these bastards?!"

Jay: "(in head) 1000 according to Jake and Jason."

Flare: "(in head) We'll hide somewhere safe while you fend them off!"

Jay: "(in head) Just whatever you do, don't let them have a drop of your blood."

Alicia: "So the six of us holding off 1000 soldiers, this'll be interesting."

Jade: "(serious) Now that Drake's the target, we'll kill that bastard after we deal with these amateurs!"

Troy, Jade, Jay, and Alicia rush outside as Nova, Onyx, and Flare rush out a secret back door.
