I sighed as I watched my sir blabber about some chemical equation. I was physically present but my mind was somewhere else.i was planning to make vatsal forgive me . I mean he can't stay angry at his bestfriend for long right?
In the morning when I went after him after my little encounter with Karan ,the teacher was already in his class. So I was not able to say anything. The whole day I avoided both Karan and Harshita. Well Harshita ,because she was responsible for the condition of vatsal that I saw last night and Karan because talking to him will mean nothing but to add fuel in the fire so I restrained myself. There were rumours that there was going to be a fight because of Harshita.i just hoped that it was not true.i came into my senses when sir asked me.
"What is an acid Shazma?" Asked Sir glaring at me.
"Huh?"
"Get out" he stated and that was all for me to dash out and stand outside the class. After few minutes Karan too joined me.
"What are you doing here?"
"I came to join you,I mean come on I cannot let you stand here alone"
"What?"
"What's troubling you?"
"The rumours. About the fight"
He looked at me ."you don't worry nothing gonna happen to you and and vatsal I promise to you" he said walking close to me.
"Why? Why do you care so much about me?"
"That's for you to find out and for me to know" he said as flashed me a million dollar smile.
"You just don't worry. Believe me I won't let anything happen to anyone" he said and just then the bell rang signalling for the home time .karan stared at me and then suddenly I was pushed in the class making me stumble backwards.
"Are you mad ?" I asked Karan.
"I am sure you wouldn't want another drama in your life" he said and walked away .i was processing his words just then vatsal came.
"Shazma you go back home immediately and tell aunty I will be back by evening. And don't worry." He said as he too walked away. As me and vartika were talking outside the gate just a mob of boys pushed us getting out and before I can stumble I felt a guy blocking his hands around me protectively.i looked up to see Karan.he looked at me and made me stand out.
"Shoozy for god sake stay here.don't move."
"Take care" I told him as he dashed towards the fight.
I watched as vatsal and Karan were getting hit but people until a sir came. I walked inside as tears began to fall. I walked to Harshita and slapped her hard.
"Bitch that is what u get when u mess with my people." I said I turned and then I remembered
" and stay away from two people . Vatsal is mine and Karan is also mine. So don't dare to come near them,"I wiped my tears as I walked away.
