BROCK POV

"So let me get this straight? Two weeks ago you told me you would leave her and let her be happy with him and now you want her back?"

I nodded as we entered the arena. I didn't get why he was so shocked.

"So there was basically no point in this noble act of yours!"

"I don't fucking care , I have my reasons and the only one who needs to hear them is her when I see her tonight."

"If she hasn't already moved on like you told her to!"

I walked into my locker room and sat down on the couch.

"What?" he showed me a picture that John had uploaded of her, Paige and Kevin with him.

Paige smiled brightly and she smiled lightly while Kevin looked the other way and John was holding her real close.

"She's unhappy.. I wanted her to be happy and she isn't and neither am I ..." I won't lie I didn't like that fucking picture one bit but I knew my McKenzie and I could see she wasn't really enjoying herself or maybe I hoped that she wasn't.

"Fine! But just get your head right cause right now you are most likely confusing her, as well as everyone else" I sighed as he was sounding like Steve at this point.

"I know"

I got up and left as I wanted to see her before my segment which was soon.

I was looking down on the stupid page that let you know where everyone's lockers were but I couldn't find her name or Paige's either and I knew Kane wasn't travelling with anymore.

"She's not here" I heard John behind me and he was the last person I wanted to fucking see.

"I didn't fucking ask you did I?" I sneered as I turned around and pushed past him.

"Doesn't make it any less true!" he smirked as I turned to face him again.

"She didn't want to be near you, isn't that obvious?.. she realized that she deserves better"

"I assume you think that's you right?" I moved closer to him.

"I know its me Brock. I don't know what the hell went through her mind when she thought she was in love with you but I plan on making her realize her mistake. Actually I don't have to do much, I mean with you not contacting her and all, you are making it pretty easy"

I was confused as I had been trying to call her everyday since the club phone call. Instead I spoke to Paige as I figured McKenzie had given up on speaking to me.

"Stay the hell away from her!" I said slowly and he smiled and I just wanted to fucking punch him.

"Why? She's not your diva... Charlotte is? "

"Yes Charlotte is his diva..." I saw Summer appear next to him and she continued.

"I mean it was a pity McKenzie had to walk in on you taking a picture with another diva making her feel not so special in the beast's eyes" I raised my eyebrow at her and then I realized it all.

Paul had told me that Charlotte and John had come up to him and conveniently disappeared when I came into the cafeteria.

He had told her to ask me the picture as he knew with Paul there I would say yes as it would help promote or whatever bullshit.Even though I didn't want to as I knew Summer and Charlotte were fucking close.

"You son of a ..." I was about to tackle him and wipe that smirk off his face when Summer stood in front of him.

"Come on Brock she wasn't worth your time let John have her and then you and I..."

I couldn't help but chuckle at how stupid she was being. I would never hit a woman but the fact that she had been behind all of this crap that hurt McKenzie even more and drove her into John's arms which would explain why they walked together as they both benefited.

" John may want her but he will never have her and as for you... you should.."

"Funny, because I actually have had her . Or don't you remember I mean before your interruption we were planning on going for another round. She has lots of energy and..."

I didn't let him finish as I punched him hard against his fucking jaw which caused him to fall to the ground and Summer checked on him.

I hated that he threw that in my face and there was nothing I could do about it as I saw it with my own eyes that day.

"Brock we're up NOW!" I sighed as I heard Paul who surprisingly just ignored the scene of me hitting John.

I turned back to John and crouched in front of him.

"You better watch that monitor closely cause Roman Reigns will be you if I ever catch you near her again and I don't give a fuck if you are still injured" I gave a small smile and followed Paul and I couldn't wait to get out and kick some ass as I was fucking pissed.

"Are you planning on telling me why you punched John Cena risking getting thrown out on the night of your return or was there no reason besides your jealousy?"

"Well..." I felt my phone vibrating and saw it was Paige and I immediately answered.

"BROCK!!" I heard her sobbing .

"Whats going on?" I stood up from my couch and Paul looked at me weirdly as he could probably hear her screaming.

"We were together and then she wanted to go and... then he.. we tried to.."

"PAIGE!! I CANT FUCKING UNDERSTAND YOU!"

I heard someone else in the background.

"Some guy , he didn't wanna let her go... I tried to fight him off but he fucking blindsided me ... he took McKenzie man" I heard Kevin and I was confused.

I heard them talking between each other as I stormed out of my locker to the parking lot.

"It was Eric... Brock I'm so sorry we tried to.." I heard Paige again.

"Do you have any idea where he could've..."

"He said something about if they just had dinner and talked she would have to give him a chance cause he changed which is fucking bull cause he fucking punched her right in front... oh my god... she's alone with him and.."

"Paige calm the fuck down, I know where they are..." I sped off just as I saw Paul coming out of the building.

He could find his own way back home as I knew I wouldn't be flying back tonight.

MCKENZIE POV

"I told you Stace... what did I tell you? Only I love you! Only I will love you..." he whispered as I picked at the food he had ordered.

I checked the sleeve of my cardigan I was holding against my face to hide my throbbing cheek to prevent questions being asked.

As I did I saw my sleeve had traces of red on it and I realized it was bleeding. I chewed on my lip to hold back my tears.

"Are you listening to me huh?"

"Yes I'm sorry no one will love me except you..."

I couldn't provoke him more as I was afraid of what he might do and I saw kids with their parents I couldn't risk it. Eric was like a ticking time bomb and I just had to get him out of here and let him take me wherever.

To think this diner used to be my favourite as Seth and I would always come here when we wanted to escape from our house and then we would go down to the beach after. I guess I should've realized that's how Eric knew I would be here that night.

"Why aren't you eating?" I immediately began shoving food in my mouth and he smiled.

"I'm sorry about your face okay? I just felt hurt that you kicked me when all I wanted to do was bring you back where you belong" I nodded and looked out of the window.

I hoped my friends were okay as I recall him pushing Paige to the floor and punching Kevin. Poor Kevin didn't even know about anything and yet he didn't hesitate in coming to my rescue but Eric was too fast and now I was stuck.

They wouldn't be able to find me as I had no phone to trace, my brother was all the way in Long Island and I frankly wasn't sure where Eric would be taking me at this point.

"I have your ring in a safe place , you can get it once we get home.."

I looked up and saw his cold blue eyes and he smiled and I couldn't remember how I had fallen for this man, but in that same moment I realized I hadn't fallen for him.

I had just been infatuated with him. I should've never dated him, I bet I noticed he was danger then but ignored it because he was interested in me and at that time those cold blue eyes seemed warm.

I saw Angie a waitress who I had known ever since I started coming here appear.

"Everything alright here?" I could see the concern on her face and I simply nodded.

" Of course! I have my fiance here, I told you I would find her" he smiled and she nodded slowly and I saw her glance back a few more times as she walked away.
I was confused as to when he could've told her but forgot about it.

"Where's home?" I whispered as I took the last few bites of my food.

"Where no one else can hurt you or take you away from me" he smiled and stood up.

"Come on!" He held out his hand and he took it and he led me outside.

"Eric can I just say goodbye to Seth?" I whispered as I realized my time was running out and I would soon be taken away from everyone, but that question was my mistake.

I felt him grip me and push me up against the wall hard.

"Your brother, you're thinking of your brother while you are with me? What don't you fucking get! He doesn't care about you! He bullied you on wrestling and he left you . The same goes with that guy Brock! Both of them kept you away from me!" he sneered and I could feel my head spinning.

"I'm sorry Eric I didn't.." I breath out but couldn't think of what to say as his face turned into blur.

"I told you all these rich fucks want is a good fuck that's all I'm the only one capable of.."

He didn't finish as the next thing I saw was him on the ground and a large figure on top of him as I fell down against the wall. I heard sirens but I wasn't sure if they were real and then I heard his voice .

But it couldn't have been him.

"Kenz.. baby.." I felt arms around me.

I tried to see if it was really him but before I could the blur changed into darkness.

A/N:

I originally planned to end the chapter where he leaves the arena but I figured I left you guys hanging enough with the other chapter.

Mmm next update will be soon but not today that was enough chaos for one day don't you think? :/

Did anyone expect John to be working with Summer?

I know its weird seeing John as this bad guy but that's why I chose him as you would least expect it.

I hope you guys liked that scene as I didn't really know how to write John Cena as this villain in a way lol but I tried ....

Poor Paul left behind as always lol.
