"So she invited John its not a big deal hun!" I wrapped my hands around his neck and he narrowed his eyes at me.

"She still wants Brock you know it and I know it, why is she inviting him?"

"His a friend nothing more..."

"Have you told her he has contacted you?"

I sighed as I remembered when I finally switched on my phone there were tons of voice mails from Brock.

Brock ( 01/01/2016 00: 24) : Why isn't McKenzie picking up her phone???

Brock ( 01/01/2016 00:28) : Why aren't you picking up your damn phone please fucking answer me!!!!

Brock ( 01/01/2016 00:41) : I just phoned the car service to pick you guys up, you guys better fucking be at the bar near her apartment!!!

Brock ( 01/01/2016 00:45 ): Where the hell are you??? Why is Kenzie's phone off? Are you guys okay??? Are you with McKenzie... Fuck I have another call

Brock ( 01/01/2016 01:03 ) : OK so at least someone is listening to me . The driver just called to say he found you...

Brock (01/01/2016 01:16) : Don't tell McKenzie I called I left her a couple of voicemails as well er.... yeah just don't tell her.

Brock (01/01/2016 01:35 ) : Make sure she drinks lots of water I know she doesn't do well with alcohol....

Brock (01/01/2016 02:01 ) : Er I realized I went off on you, I'm .. I'm sorry about that . I'm just ..(sighs) just make sure she drinks water.

Brock (01/01/2016 02:39 ) : Oh if she asks tell her I'm not with Charlotte... I was asleep when she... just tell her that. Er... thanks!

He was not too happy when I only called him back last week on Raw which was weird as it was the most I spoke to him. I was grateful that he cleared up the mystery about how we got home as Kenz and I had no clue the next day.

When I realized McKenzie's phone was broken I didn't bother actually telling him as even though I wanted them to be together I wanted him to believe she was doing okay without him. If only I knew what had gone down which led to him to going crazy and how he knew we were out but she didn't mention anything the next day so I never asked.

"He still wants her Paige, why haven't you told her?"

"Because deep down I know that she knows everything he did wasn't because he didn't love her and I want her to realize that. Besides they'll cross paths sooner or later and then they can sort it out"

"I just don't want John getting ideas..." I laughed at how concerned Kevin was about John who was harmless and how much he wanted Brock back in her life.

"He wont and besides judging by the way Brock sounded when we last spoke he was pissed and his own stubborn self. His going to get her back , I just hope he has his story straight when he does see her"

"Thanks John" she pulled him into a hug as he had won her a bear and I could see Kevin getting annoyed next to me.

"Why do you prefer Brock over John?" I whispered as we followed behind them.

"Because Brock loves her and John doesn't..."

"So? Brock and McKenzie have spent..."

"Something is not right with John his too fucking perfect .He doesn't love her , he just wants to fix her and figure her out and Brock didn't want to do that , he just did it unintentionally because of his love for her."

"Oh Kevin aren't you a romantic" I kissed his cheek and he rolled his eyes as we caught up with my best friend and the 'intruder'.

John wrapped his arm around McKenzie and pulled her closer as we posed for a picture that he insisted on.

"So both of you are off tonight?" he asked as we sat down and ate some hotdogs and we nodded.

" I guess Brock does a perfect job at scaring people off"

"What do you mean by that?" I heard Kevin .

"That's all his good at, that's why he got divorced , the man can't deal with people"

"John don't..." McKenzie whispered.

"Exactly what I told you would happen happened and you need to realize what kind of man he is, his shown you already by cheating on you with Flair's daughter and rubbing it in your face !"

"Don't shout at her John!" I didn't get why he was acting so weird.

" I'm just trying to make her see that he doesn't deserve her..." he turned to me as he lowered his voice.

"I find it weird that when we're with Kane or her brother you are all quiet and agreeing with them about you staying away from her but the moment they are not here you're either kissing her in a club or wanting her to fall for you..." Kenz stared up at me as she probably didn't realize that I had seen the kiss.

" So as her friend you would rather have her believing he actually wants to be with her than have a have a guy that can..."

"How is her going from him to a guy whose way of being there for her is by trash talking the man she loves better?" Kev asked.

John was about to say something but she cut him off.

"John I think you should go... I came here hoping to forget about what's happening in my life but the entire day you have just kept badmouthing him when he isnt here to defend himself. There's a reason I haven't spoken to my brother since Christmas..."

"I'm the only one who isn't blinded. He cheated on you and yet you..."

" You know nothing John! All you know is what you have heard from my brother or the little bit you have seen but you know nothing and right now I would rather be alone thinking about him than sitting here defending my feelings to someone I thought I could count on and who didn't want anything from me. But clearly I was wrong all you are thinking about is your own feelings which I'm sure aren't even that fucking real! " she stood up and went over to one of the toy booths and I was so glad we were near the parking lot so there wasn't much of an audience.

"John just go man..." Kevin stood up.

"I have to get going for Raw anyway" he smiled like nothing awkward just happened.

"I thought he would never leave!" Kevin groaned and I hit him as we approached her at the booth, but Kenz burst out laughing.

"I feel bad cause whenever his with me all I think about is Brock and not just because he would compare how better he was to Brock the entire day but because every time I looked up into his fucking blue eyes all I saw was Brock's" she shrugged.

I saw Kevin leaned down and stare into her eyes and she burst out laughing . " Kev what the hell are you doing?"

"If you haven't noticed I too have blue eyes. I wanted to see if I had this Brock Lesnar effect!" He smiled and we both shook our heads.

"We can still head to Raw if you want to see him?" I suggested as I hoped she would agree.

"No she's going to be there and his going to be there.." she rambled on and I wanted to tell her she was wrong about them but it wasn't my place. John had just made it worse by repeating the idea of them cheating the entire time.

"John's actually a dick!" I blurted out unintentionally.

"What did I tell you?" Kev rolled his eyes .

" Don't be mean guys he has good intentions" she shrugged and I saw Kev rolling his eyes but she didn't notice.

"You always see the best in people" he sighed.

"Its John Cena everyone sees the good in him!" She laughed a bit.

" Anyway...I'm going to try and win myself that panda bear.. go finish off your food so we can head to a bar." she smiled .

"Kenz.. you said New Years was...." I warned.

" But this time Kev is here!"

"But Kane isn't so no, we'll go for a drive" I turned way as Kane was the only one who could keep us both in check .

"I feel so guilty for speaking to him behind her back but I was so shocked that he fucking spoke to me"

"I know but its good so now you know his side and now you can help her"

"I don't want to force her into his arms simply because I know, she needs to decide for herself she's gone through a lot. So either she goes back to him and works through that or she works through moving on even though it would hurt her more to do so.She honestly loves him so much"

"I'm sure once they see each other again things will..."

"HI !" I turned to see a blonde long haired guy with blue eyes behind us, he seemed familiar somehow but figured he must've been a regular fan in the crowd.

"Please tell me McKenzie is with you I'm a huge fan" I smiled , maybe a fan wold cheer her up, and nodded.

"She's over there! Try winning her a bear and I'm sure she'll be happier to take a pic with you" I laughed and he nodded and went over.

"Imagine if Brock were here, the poor fan would've never gotten a fucking chance" I laughed as I saw him talking to her, the sun was setting and our area was becoming deserted.

Kevin leaned in and kissed me, "as long as he wasn't trying to get a picture with you"

"mmmm just because the jealous thing works for Brock doesn't mean it works for you!"

"PAIGE!!!!!" I heard McKenzie screech and my head immediately snapped to where she was as I had never heard her sound so terrified before.
