Divya's POV

"Oh Shit!" I whispered horrified.

"Shit indeed." He said grimly lowering his gun.

"How long were you in there?" He questioned lowering his gun.

"Long enough to know there is something going on and you are keeping it from me," I said moving out of that cramped up place.

"It was about me wasn't it, the girl you were talking about it was me, right," I prodded suspiciously he stiffened but didn't say anything.

"You are hiding things from me now?" I grounded stepping an inch towards him.

"So you thought hiding in the closet, eavesdropping on my conversation proves that I'm hiding something from you," He said his eyes lightening as if he were amused by the situation.

He wrapped his arms around me and tugged me to him inch by inch as he continued. My heart thumped as the distance between us closed up.

"And what did you find out, hmm?" He trailed his nose along my neck and nibbled on my earlobe, his thumb caressing my breast.

"You are distracting me it's not gonna work," I said stuttering, trying hard not to curl against him.

"Is it now?" His hand cupped my breast and tugged me even closer until I could feel every rugged part of him, my breaths came out heavy as he continued his assault on my neck.

"Yes," I panted as he ground against me.

"I'm sorry, Amore." My brows scrunched up in confusion as a second later I felt pressure on my neck and then black dots clouding my vision.

Aryan's POV

I sighed at the sight of her limp in my arms, I gently picked her up and trudged to our room.

How could I be so stupid as to not notice her, how could I risk leaving that room open?

I ground my teeth in anger as I laid her on our bed and dragged the blanket up to her chin. I trailed my finger gently on her soft cheeks and laid a kiss on her forehead.

I dimmed the lights and walked out of our room into the hall, time for some business.

Borris was waiting for me at the end of the hall, hands behind his back chest puffed out and eyes alert. Borris was the only one apart from the boys on whom I could trust blindly.

I nodded to him once his eyes swept over me and proceeded on our way.

It was a few hours later that I returned back to the mansion, my thoughts swirling with Divya's expected anger.

When I entered our room she was still sleeping so I released a relieved sigh and went in to take a shower, I reeked of blood and sweat I'm sure she wouldn't want me smelling when she wakes up.

An amused smile took over my face when I recalled her trying to fit in that cramped place.

I shook my head and washed the blood off of me, my hands itched to be wrapped around Divya. To caress her soft skin, run my tongue down that plump body of hers and nibble on her neck until her lips get tired of eliciting those arousing low moans.

One day I'm gonna make love to her on that soft, the bed she was laying on, in this shower until her legs gave out in pleasure, against that counter as she screams my name so that the whole world knows who's she really is, One day.

My heart dreaded because the moment she wakes up, she gonna grill me alive for doing that to her, but it was necessary.

She was still sleeping when I walked out of the shower so I stealthily slipped into the wardrobe and picked out a comfortable set of clothes.

I stepped out of the wardrobe and panic filled me in as I took in the empty bed, I would have raised the alarms were it not for her walking out of the bathroom, fingers pressed to her brow in irritation and my panic ceased as I took in her messy hair and her generous cleavage peeking out to me.

Fury dripped like honey in her beautiful eyes when she sensed me, in a snap she was in front of me gripped my jaw hard enough to not make a move.

Anger swirled in me at the disrespect but I did nothing and stayed there still, letting her vent it all.

"You dare do that to me, you fermented cucumber," She hissed her eyes blazing in anger that made me go stiff as a board and I willed myself to not laugh out at her choice of words.

Her grip on my jaw tightened as her eyes narrowed into slits, her nails digging through my stubble. I stared down at her for a moment before tugging her by her waist she was caught off guard and loosened her hold on me. I caressed her cheek before gently kissing her open palm and saw the anger dim a bit in her eyes but a frown was etched on her face making me smooth it out.

"I did it for your safety, I know it was a bad move but it seemed right at that moment," I said softly caressing her cheek.

"I will skin your firm ass alive if you ever do that to me." She hissed angrily.

"At least you think I have a firm butt," I winked at her in amusement.

Her cheeks grew warm as she tried to shook my hands from her waist and failing miserably. Drops from my wet hair dropped on her face as she tried to leave out of my embrace but I held her tight and shook my head splashing water on her, she shrieked but couldn't do anything as I nuzzled into her neck, laying a kiss on her jaw. She shuddered but regained her conscious.

"I want to know everything." She ground out swiftly dodging the smile on her face.

"I will. . . only if you agree to my conditions," I said equally serious.

"What conditions?" She frowned.

"You won't interfere with it, you won't trouble me with questions and swear to sit calmly and be patient with whatever we'll do in there" I listed.

"Anything more?" She drawled bored.

"I'm serious here, Amore. I won't take you in there unless you agree with me." I said firmly.

"Yeah, I agree." She shook her head.

I sighed and sauntered to the office where all of them would be waiting for me. For us.

If Borris was surprised he didn't let it show as he pushed open the door and locked it as we stepped in.

Nina and Kyla eyes widened when they saw who stood beside me,
"Finally, I thought we had to start without you," Callum said his glasses perched up on his nose. He halted when he saw her and threw a nervous glance at her.

"I had warned him but he threatened me." He raised his arm surrendering.

Andrew and gabriel sat on the couch while Vincent sat with Callum. Divya took a seat next to them and I followed in suit. She still hadn't said anything her face blank as I nodded to them to proceed.

"I found a lead on the Russians," He paused to glance at Divya when she nodded to proceed he continued on,
"There's a casino in the elite part of the city which is heavily guarded with advanced security systems. Jacob Mikhailov is a regular there, that is also where they have most of their meetings. No one other than the ones with authority or a high position can enter there. But if everything goes according to our plan we might be successful in killing Jacob, this plan is dangerous but this is our only opportunity to weaken them." He finished waiting for Divya to speak.

"Okay." She spoke so softly that it could be passed as a whisper.

A knock startled us but the door opened to reveal Nicole with snacks in her arms, she threw a sheepish smile at us before settling down on the couch.

"Nicole and I are going there as Mr Chase Morrington & Mrs Nessa Chase Mornington, The most influential and powerful couple in the underworld," Callum said smirking at Nicole.

"They recognise us but not Nicole and as for me. . . I'll explain that later but you and Aryan would accompany us as our guards, we will have a disguise for both of you so you could get past the security. Vincent will stay here with Alexa controlling their moves and shutting down their cameras until we are done." Divya was listening carefully probably jotting down everything in that cunning brain of hers.

"Taking them all down would be difficult for the four of us that's where Andrew and Gabriel come in with Kyla and Nina as a replacement as some of their bodyguards mysteriously get in an accident and back out at the last minute." He smirked at Divya and her lip tugged up as she listened with interest.

"And when we are signalled that the coast is clear, Nicole will slip a sedative in Jacob's drink while seducing him and that's our opportunity and you can take your revenge after which we'll leave as if nothing happened, you know the usual." He winked at Divya and I calmed my inner beast as I curled my fingers around the arm seat which did not go unseen by him but he just threw a wink at me.

Callum took out the layout of the casino,
"This is how it's gonna be, here are the ducts these are the passages where the security is tight. . . this route here leads to. . ." I tuned out the rest of it and settled on observing My Amore. Her brows scrunched in concentration taking in as much as possible.

That night lets just say I slept outside the bedroom door with a thin blanket to prevent from freezing my ass off.
