I woke up next to Cato. He was already awake and staring at me.
"What?" I asked.
"You're beautiful when you sleep... you're beautiful wherever you are or whatever you do, you will always be beautiful." Cato stated kissing me. I kissed him back and wrapped myself in a blanket.
"I'll return this when I'm dressed." I said getting up and walking to the door.
"Please don't leave." Cato begged.
"I have to, Effie wanted to take me shopping today at the grocery store so we can start making our own food." I exclaimed walking to my room. I got changed into something cute and comfortable. I then walked into the main room to see Effie. She waited for me with a man I had never met before.
"You must be Clove, I'm Haymitch." Then I remembered what I heard last night.
"It's nice to meet you Haymitch." I said and Effie smiled.
"We better get going if we want to get the nice food." Effie stated and us two walked to the door.
"It was a pleasure to meet you Haymitch." Every word was a lie. I walked out with Effie and we took a cab to the market. It was big, but not as big as I thought it would be. We walked inside and walked to the food section first. We got some fresh vegetables and fruit. We then got some meats and cheeses. Then we picked out some dessert mixes. We then got a couple more food items. I wandered over to the ladies department to look for something I needed. Once I founded it I walked back to where Effie was.
"Are you ready to check out?" She asked and I nodded yes. We checked out and she saw the pregnancy test.
"Are you?" Effie asked.
"I'm not sure." I stated and I knew that I can't let her tell Cato.
