1: Cereal Dances
There was always something that confused him about the nuclear bomb levels of joy the class seemed to pull out of their asses all the damn time. Especially when it was because of something as pointless as a regular school activity. Bakugou would be a liar if he said it wasn't contagious at times. Though most of the time it was the absolute worst thing in the world. Case in point the current situation.
Normally, a highschool dance would cause some excitement but when it came to this class it caused a whole riot. The whole class near gave him a migraine it was so grating. The second Aizawa dismissed the class, said class went into a grating back and forth about how great it was going to be. Then it became a headache inducing mess of the class speculating who would take who. It felt like he was watching a soap opera with the nonstop speculation. He could swear it would descend into someone slapping someone else. Which he isn't opposed to witnessing. However, he had his limits and, frankly, this was it.
"Who are you thinking of asking?" Kirishima suddenly remembered Bakugou's existence. Which only made him want to whack the guy for acknowledging that he was sitting there because it grabbed the attention of the rest of their usual group and some others.
Bakugou scoffed, "What makes you think I'm even going?"
"I don't know but it'll be fun."
"That's not fun to me."
"Then what is fun to you?"
"Literally anything else."
"Then think about theoretically." Mina butted in, leaning over his desk. "If you wanted to go, who would you ask to go with you?" He had to be fair, it was a good question. A good theoretical question, anyway. If he were to consider the entire class, he wouldn't have an answer. If he wanted to go, he'd be too much of a sissy like Deku to even ask someone. He was in no means weak.
"No one." He answered swiftly.
"And here I thought that I might've been able to crack you open."
"Get in line." With that he stood, pack in hand, and pushed passed the small crowd. Their chatter increasing as he left. He damn near sighed in relief when he managed to get far enough in the hall to be unable to hear them. All the noise left was that of what was usually in the halls. Quiet chatter from classrooms and the like. He didn't really mind it as much as his own class considering that they were much quieter.
Of course, they lived in the dorms so he was likely to get harassed some time soon but at least he had a room to get to quickly. The dance didn't even make much sense. This may be a school but he didn't expect it to be a place with such boring activities.
Whatever. He had bigger things to worry about.

Homework was going to be the absolute death on him. His eyes burned from staring at his laptop for so long in the dark. His hand ached from the massive amounts of typing he had to do. Grueling all nighters were nothing new but it didn't make him any less tired. Work was still work and it still costed energy.
It was his fault for putting it off until last minute. He knew damn well he was going to pay the price. He could take this in the same way he could take sparring for hours on end. Breaks in-between were definitely needed. Maybe even a change in scenery.
Stretching his back caused a few clicks and snaps to follow the movement. A yawn and he was out of his chair. A few more clicks sounded around his body as he did so. He'd been sitting so long that every bone in his body had stiffened. His stomach joined in with all the noises and growled. With that he got the idea to find something to eat and work in the lounge instead. It would be a change of scenery, a break, and some light for once. He could easily simulate all that in his room but he knew that as soon as he got down there, he wasn't coming back up for awhile given his tired state.
He shut the laptop and lifted it off the desk. Using his phone screen as a makeshift flashlight, he guided himself out of his room. The light blinded him for a moment. A few round of blinking and he was able to near stumble to the elevator. He faired better on the elevator ride as it gave him time to wake himself up and get used to the light in the building.
The elevator dinged and the doors opened. With a whiny sigh, he got out of the elevator and headed to the lounge. For a few seconds, as he set his laptop down on the coffee table, he thought about what he exactly wanted from the kitchen. His mind and stomach quickly agreed with the idea of tea and a sandwich. He headed to the kitchen. It I1 there that he found out that he wasn't the only one with the idea of coming down here for food.
He caught wind of a very peculiar sight.
There in the kitchen sat Uraraka at the kitchen table, stuffing her mouth full of cereal straight from the box. Bakugou damn near started laughing right then. He shut himself up, of course. It wasn't even that funny. His tired state just made him weak to something unexpected like this.
They made eye contact. Uraraka flashed a chubby grin at him before swallowing the cereal in her mouth in a way that came straight from a cartoon. Bakugou in turn smirked and leaned on to the counter behind him, arms crossed as usual.
"Didn't expect to find you stuffing your face with cereal so late at night, chubs." He commented playfully.
"I was honestly just too lazy to make a sandwich."
"Figures."
"Why are you here?"
"A late night snack, same as you."
"I see." She hummed. "I wonder why no one else is up."
"Because they're all responsible."
"Or too lazy to do the work they need to do."
"Didn't think of that." Bakugou raised his brows, pleasantly surprised by the girl's suggestion.
"Aren't you, like, the king of pessimism?"
"I'm clocked out right now since, you know, it's stupid o'clock in the morning."
"Pft," Uraraka giggled. "Stupid o'clock." She repeated with almost too much amusement.
"Alright, you've lost it."
"I may have lost it because I'm dead tired but I'm enjoying it."
"Go to bed."
"I would but I have to finish this cereal box." She waved the box to showcase it.
"How much is left?"
"About half."
"Then it can wait until morning."
"But I don't want to wait until morning." She whined.
"Then I guess I have no choice." Bakugou pushed himself off the counter and moved to lean over the table, snatching the box out of Uraraka's hand. He quick leaned away from her reach.
"Hey!" Uraraka whined. "Give that back!"
"No!"
"Why?!" She stood and stepped around the table.
"Because I want some!" Bakugou stepped back to escape her reach.
"I thought you didn't like sugary cereal!"
"I never said that!" They were almost in a rhythm around the kitchen. Bakugou stepping back and almost bumping into things and Uraraka stepping forward having her sights set on the cereal box.
"Then why'd you throw them at me last time!?"
"Because I didn't want any last time!" They managed to make their way into the lounge. Not really paying attention to where they were going.
"That doesn't mean you should throw them at me!" Uraraka lunged forward, surprising the tired Bakugou. He managed to fall back into the couch taking Uraraka with him. She snatched the box from his hand, sitting up. Her hand went straight into the box and out came a handful that went straight to her mouth. She chewed with a triumphant smirk. "Get fucked!" She managed it say with her mouth full of the stuff.
"You're actually disgusting."
She swallowed, "Fuck off, you're the one that tried to steal away my cereal."
"Because I wanted some."
"Liar."
"What's going on here?" A third voice joined in. The two on the couch whipped their heads in its direction, finding Mina standing with a smirk. Uraraka acted first.
"I-I-I was just trying to get my cereal back!" She explained frantically.
"Sure looks like it." Mina sarcastically shot back before turning around and walking off.
"I have a bad feeling about this." Uraraka said.
"Me too." Bakugou agreed.
Nothing good was going to come of this.
