SONG: Illenium - Crawl Outta Love

•~••~•
I faded in and out of councious by the wound I had abtained from Ravage.
I could tell that I was still on the forest floor, the cool ground somehow helped me to feel more stable about the situation. That didn't stop the panic that rippled throughout my body though.
People were gripping my hands tightly, I could tell by the whitening affect around their knuckles...I couldn't feel it funny enough. Was I really going to die here today?
Or was I just having another panic attack?
All I could hear was a loud ringing sound and I couldn't help but wince at it.
"Stay with us Hazel..." A familiar voice spoke to me, although it felt like they were speaking metres away from me, I knew they were right infront of me because of their shadow.
"Shit! She is loosing a lot of blood, too much blood, where is Ratchet damn it!" The voice entered my hearing again with fear in their vocals. It was William.
I was in so much trouble. I should have listened, I should have stayed home. Oh god. I was going to be grounded for life.
"William, you need to stay calm..." another voice spoke up, failing to sound calm themselves. My vision seemed to clear, I could now see what was happening. My brown eyes spotted Ironhides wide eyes staring at a stressing William.
"Calm? Ironhide damn it! I told you to stay at the house-" William got cut off by being shoved away from me, Ratchet's face now in my vision. His bright turquoise eyes studying my injured framse
"fragging hell! what the frag were you thinking Ironhide!" Ratchet cursed to Ironhide, slightly panicked as he knew they were running out of time. It didn't help Ratchet wasn't a professional when it came to human biology.
Dirt and leafs flew up in the air, at that moment I realised cybertronians were fighting around us. All I could do was groan in pain to voice my panic, nothing else seem to want to come out. It was like my body was suddenly against my mind.
It didn't help that blood was leaking from my wound badly, the wound was being pressed on by William. In hopes to slow down the bleeding.
"I-" Ratchet cut Ironhide off, not in the mood for excuses. "Not now! We need to get Hazel the frag out of here!"
Everything was happening so fast. In seconds, I found myself being lifted up by the medical officer and escorted in the back of what seemed to be an Ambulance. It must be Ratchets alt-form.
"Ratchet, we can't take her to the Hospital for obvious reasons and I doubt we would make it in time for the base." William voiced his concern to the blonde medics holofrom. Ratchet seemed to pause at this.
"Then we need to do surgery here then." Ratchet replied seriously, going through a draw to get the equipment out. His gloved hands searching for the right tools.
Their voices seemed to fade and my eyelids seemed heavier than before. All their chatter was being cut off by explosions and fighting from outside, my hearing focused on the harsh breathes that left my mouth.
It went dark.

Slowly awakening to be in a bright room was not very pleasent, especially when pain flooded by abdomen. A harsh hiss left my clenched teeth.
I forced myself to sit up, slowly, to only wince in agony. I clutched my stomach, my eyes scrunching up in dis-pleasure. I could feel the bandages wrapped around my small frame, digging into the now stitched up stab wound.
I slowly opened my eyes again after a few long seconds, the bright lighting not bothering me as much anymore. I looked around to figure out I was in Ratchets Med-Bay. I had been here before when I first met the Autobots after my Mission City adventure.
I still couldn't wrap my head around the way larger metal beds that were on the other side of the room. They were indeed metal titans compared to us.
"Ironhide, I am disappointed on how you disobeyed my instructions" Optimus's deep voice was easily heard from outside the room. Grabbing my attention easily. "You knew of said threats and still went out of your way to do the opposite of what I ordered."
I earsdropped into the conversation instantly. Heart beat fastening at the very idea of Optimis yelling at me. The bot was already intimidating when being nice.
"I know" Ironhides voice spoke up, full of regret. I winced at the very idea. Remembering how we nearly kissed seconds before Ravage appeared. "I apologise for disobeying your orders Prime."
"That is not the main problem, your actions could have caused Captain Lennox's Sparkling to go offline." Optimus's voice was firm and hard. Not impressed.
"Optimus, what else can I possibly say?" Ironhide grunted out, guilt heard in his voice. "I was just trying to...bond with the human. Like Bumblebee has with Witwicky."
Now I wondered if Ironhide knew the difference of being up close and personal, to when it came to friendly bonding. I frowned at this. Did I read too far into it at that moment?
Thank god I got stabbed. Nearly ruined my friendship with a giant alien robot.
"You told me to give it a try. So I am." Ironhide continued his point, making my eyes saddened at how Ironhide was being put into blame, when it was my idea in the first place.
I sighed, moving to get up to voice my opinion. Even if it was unwanted and not appreciated. Instead I was stopped by a metal hand blocking my way, I jumped in startlement.
"Stay, you are still recovering." Ratchet scolded to me. I frowned, wondering how long he had been there. Jesus, open your eyes Hazel.
"I need to-" Ratchet hushed me, not in the mood. The medic quickly faced his Computer that had strange symbols on it. "You need to stay there and get rest. You lost a lot of blood..."
Ratchet vented, before growling and kicking the now spazzing computer. "Human technology at it's worst." He muttered under his breath.
"I should be there, It was my idea." I voiced to Ratchet after getting comfortable again. Not happy that I was forced to stay, but I understood that this was reality. I couldn't be moving around and worsening my condition.
Ratchet had paused at this, stopping in his tracks at fixing his computer. The mech turned to me with an obvious frown on his faceplates. "Your idea or not. Ironhide is your guardian, he needs to have boundries when it comes to your...scandals."
"Scandals." I repeated, slightly miffed. "You mean freedom? Being trapped in a house isn't really an ideal lifestyle."
"No it is not, but being alive helps greatly for having said ideal lifestyle." Ratchet retorted swiftly, making my annoyance deflate instantly. I was now feeling more of an idiot than ever before.
"Ironhide-" Ratchet tsked. Cutting me off again. The medic had a rude habit of doing so. "-is not your problem. Hazel."
"We are friends. He is my problem just as much as I am his." I reasoned with Ratchet, making the medics optics narrow slightly.
"Friends." Ratchet repeated. Sounding uncertain and slightly accusing. "Is not what I see happening between you two."
I blinked at this, before going flustered at what Ratchet was insinuating at. "W-What! We aren't doing anything like that!"
Ratchets optics narrowed further. Seeming defensive...and protective. "Right. That is why Ironhide was panicking about what had happened before Ravage had appeared."
"...Before...nothing happened!" I tried to defend myself to the medic before me. Flushing bright red. Ratchet rolled his optics at this.
"Whatever." Ratchet let a smirk out, this action made chills go down my spine. "Medics are good at observing. You may be in denial as much as Ironhide is... but I know that I am right."
I looked away at this. Brown eyes staring at my hands. I was not crushing on a giant alien robot. I wasn't. I couldn't...
But I was.
Curse you, Ratchet.
