NIGHT
Had a very rough night last night.  I fell asleep after midnight and could only sleep for a few hours at a time.  This is the third night this has happened.

DREAM
I had a few dreams, but I only remember a piece of one.  I was traveling with some people at the "North Pole" when we came across an icy ocean.  Someone explained that the water had bleach in it.  Stupid me asked if it would color my hair if I swam in it, and everyone was like, "Yeah, if you're okay with getting your skin completely burnt."  Then we ran to an old building and I had to lock myself in a small room to hide for some reason.  A person came looking for me and tried to get the door open.  Now that I think about it, it was kinda reminiscent of that one scene in Outer Banks when John B's in the laundry room.  Idk.  Should I rewatch that show?  Yeah probably, it was good.

AWAKE
At 6:30 AM, I awoke to low-flying helicopters and fire truck sirens.  Given the recent riots, it was terrifying to hear.  I immediately tried to look for them to see where they were going, but they must have been above the house, since I couldn't see out the window.  I hurriedly checked the news and social media to see what was going on, but there was nothing.  After a few minutes, however, there were some articles about an apartment fire in a nearby city.  Some fire departments from around the area had been sent to help.  This is likely what was going on.  Luckily, there was only one person who was hurt in the fire, and their injuries were minor.  Very unfortunate that they lost their homes, though.
As for the helicopters, today was the day to spray for gypsy moths.
So that horrifying soundtrack I woke up to was just a huge coincidence.  Thank goodness!

ICKY
I fell back asleep and woke up around 11:00 AM.  I ended up staying in bed for quite a while today since I had an on-and-off headache, cramps, nausea, and bad fatigue.  During that time, I pretty much just watched YouTube, since I didn't want to do anything stressful.

PLATE
When I finally started to feel better, I painted this plate from Jet's.  I'd actually been meaning to paint it for months but never got around to it until today.  LOL.  I decided to go for a pastel sunrise look.  This is not sponsored in any way.

DOLLS
I finished the last doll outfit.  I also gave the doll a bun, since the top half of her hair is straight and the bottom is frizzy.

Her outfit is inspired by a picture of Bella Hadid I saw on Pinterest.  Bella was wearing the dress and boots.  Both the dress and purse are based on Chanel items, and I'm uncertain what brand the boots are.
This was a really fun project!  Sure, it's silly, but it's definitely a nice activity if you want to try it.

ORDER
My governor lifted the stay home order today.  Lots of places are partially open now, and people are no longer urged to stay in their houses.  Bigger gatherings are allowed now.  However, social distancing is still required.  I think I'm going to continue this diary until things are mostly or completely open.

CATS
Also, the stray cats have been very active around our house today.  I think I heard one meow a moment ago.
