I continued to stare at the old man in complete shock at what he was saying to me. Magic. He did not say, magic. I have no magic. I'm pretty sure magic is not real. As in magic?! Seriously, magic!

"No youngster. I am not mad and of course magic is real." He answered as if he had read my thoughts.

"I er never said that I was mad...." I answered completely not hiding my guilt.

"Well then, I am gunna tell ye somethin' that yer gunna need to know. You have a great power that needs to be shown how to use cause' it could change yerself in ways that others have yet to discover. So I am yer mentor for that so you know wha' happened to em' Hunters. They're after ye here Bella." The man explained so rapidly that it was hard to tell what he was saying and especially with his foreign accent.

Even with the shock that was swirling inside me like a tornado, I was so much more surprised with his explanation.

"Now, open this ere' door in anyway ye can. Try. We need to see yer power. He instructed.

I had the urge to protest and tell him that there's no way that I have power but the look in his eye forced me to. He backed away to let me through towards the door. It appeared to have a handle made of hard steel and the door itself was the hard stone wall with a transparent blue outline revealing the door. I looked in closer to see inscriptions written on top saying,

Here Is the secret door of the powerful and only

those with the strength and power of the powerful

may enter. It is forbidden to enter without this power.

"Well then, here goes" I whisper silently to myself

I kick it down with a shocking amount of force that seemed impossible. The door bashes down to the ground with a loud crash that probably could've been heard from kilometres (or miles) away. I peer inside to see a narrow path inside made with cobblestone. I stick my head through which was probably unnecessary and then I step through the doorstep. I looked behind and wait for the man to follow. Without warning, The door flipped back up causing me to jump and made a sound like it was glueing itself back onto the wall.

Strange people:

"Welcome!! Come with us. You are almost there. Nothing shall stop the our army now. We shall rise! THE HUNTERS WILL FALL!!!!!!"

The old man:

"Follow me now youngster, to not drift away. Magic is strong ere'. Try to withstan-.........."

My vision suddenly blurred all I remember was the door flipping back on the wall and Roy barking. My sight darkened and all at once, all my senses stopped. I don't know what had happened. Time had passed on. I knew that it was now night time. I could just feel the cold air.

"Follow now." A person appeared at the corner of my eye.

"Who are you? Where am I?" I asked with a confused and exhausted expression on my face.

She fell silent and the voice faded into echoes and swirls appeared everywhere making me dizzy. I fell to the ground. No pain. Strange. I rolled on the ground and spun away. I don't know what just happened but I knew that I was dreaming. I just felt it.

Old man P.O.V

I stared down at Bella who was now motionless on the ground. Sighing, I picked her up and pulled her over my shoulder. This youngster is unfamiliar with magic. I had never thought about the consequences until we had entered. How stupid. I brought her to a large building with many glass windows. People came rushing out in panic at the sight of who I was carrying.

"Bring her here." One of the people instructed firmly.

"I knew you'd be ere' today Docta'." I told her with relief while bringing Bella towards him.

"Well then, you may stay outside and wait while we let her rest in the safe bay. You should've known better than to let someone with that power enter without informing her of what would happen." The doctor instructed.

I just crossed my arms stubbornly and walked away. I knew it was true but I wouldn't let him know that. My name is Rayve. I am 188 years old just to let you know. I have immortality. Unbelievable right? Well unless someone knew about it then yeah.

"Hey Ray!" A voice yelled from behind.

I spun around and stomped my staff in the ground while I awaited a young girl with light brown hair and green eyes wearing a leather shirt filled with weapons hidden and visible with cotton brown pants and leather boots to approach me. She was running and almost crashed into me but skidded to a halt just in time.

"Been a long time grandpa. How long did it take to bring the girl?" She asked puffing.

"Hello there Endalyn! It took almost five years out there youngster." I told her as well as pointing at the narrow path that brought me here.

"She must be pretty strong to have gotten in here." She pointed out.

Without warning, Endalyn jumped at me and hugged me tightly. She pulled back revealing a beautiful silver necklace with a sparkling emerald on the centre. I smiled proudly at her as she waved goodbye and pulled out her bow and ran off towards a training area. I felt happy that she had been raised a good girl by my own daughter. Strange feeling already being a grandparent. I wandered about the place and found somewhere to relax. I lay down on a wide stretch of grass and looked up to the bright blue sky and then closed my eyes.

Bella P.O.V

I jumped right out of a bed and looked around wide eyed. I calmed down a bit and let out a large yawn along with a stretch. Memories slowly came back to me and I realised with surprise that the old man was not there. I ran around the room pulling on the door in panic.

"Help! I don't know where I am!" I yelled.

Sitting back down on the bed, I sighed in frustration as there was no answer. That was when I had realised that there was a window covered with curtains.

"How stupid am I not to notice that." I muttered crossly to myself.

I pulled the curtains wide open and then I stared with my mouth that supposedly dropped to the ground. I couldn't believe my eyes with what I saw. It was incredible. I had never seen such a sight. While I was busy looking stupid, a man wearing gloves and a mask walked through the door.

"You're awake." The man said making me jump out of my thoughts, "At last." He added.

I spun around and stared at him in surprise. A person? The only person I had seen since my "adventure" was the old man. I thought for a moment while wondering what I was doing.

"Ummm, who are you?" I asked cautiously.

"I am your doctor." He told me while raising an eyebrow, "Do you not remember blacking out Isabella?"

I stared once more at him with shock. My doctor? Blacking out? I have no idea anymore so I just let the questions spin around me and fly out of my mouth.

"Where am I? Who is the man that brought me here? Why are the Hunters after me? My doctor? I blacked out? How does any of you know my name? Is there anyone else here? Where is the old man now?" I continued on and on blurting out all my questions.

"Slow down girl, and calm down." He instructed sternly. "I'll talk to the man in a moment so just wait here while a bring him in here."

I walked tensed towards the man. He slowly stepped back then turned on heel through the door and into what looked like an endless hallway. I peered outside then quickly pulled back into the room. I waited patiently until someone came back into the room. I heard footsteps echoing through the hallway after what felt like hours. I noticed straight away after a while a small whimpering coming from my bag in the corner of the room. Two little ears poked out and Roy jumper out of my bag and pounced on me before I had a chance to look out the door. I patted him on the head and he licked me and fixed me with a friendly and playful gaze. Not that of the one he first glared at me with.

"Isabella!" A deep voice called to me.

I out Roy on the bed and walked towards the source of the voice. I then was looking up to a tall man who was holding a staff and was wearing a coat. It was the old man that i had met. I looked at him with relief that he was still there.
"Hey there youngster." He greeted. "Hope you're well now."
