Lilly let out a sigh feeling the moonlight bask her orange pelt.She got up and hesitated jumping down onto the forest floor her collar jingling a bit.She growled clawing at the piece of two-leg fabric.She loosened it and then tore it away her eyes widened and she purred.That thing hurt!She sat up feeling pine needles underneath her paws.She tipped her head, she had always wanted to see what was of those 'Warrior Cats' her friend Mud told her about.

She flicked her ear and then padded towards the lake.She sat beside the water her ears perked.She heard pawsteps.She wiped around getting in a battle stance.She saw a group of cats and she paused.All of them where staring at her.She growled,they all paused,"Wait!Please,were not a threat."She pauses looking at them, they did look scrawny.She stared at them,"who are you?"

The two smallest came up to her,"My names Lilypaw!"Lilly's ears bent back,looking at the other.She blinked and bowed her head,"Birchpaw."A brown tom quickly came beside them,"I'm so sorry,my names Mudheart it's very nice to meet you."She hesitated and nodded.She looked at all of them as they introduced themselves.She flicked her ear,"Okay,my names Lilly."Aspenstone looked at her,"what are you doing here?"She let out a tiny huff,"I'm here to-"She heard a yowl and she whipped around."

She sighed,"it was a loner."The medicine cats,as they called themselves,stared at her."How do you know that?"Pumkinshade asked finally.She paused and shrugged,"I don't know."Aspenstone blinked,"It's Her."He whispered to Alderpaw.She blinked confused.Aspenshade padded up to her."Come back with us,please."Lilly hesitated,"For what?"Alderpaw looked at her, her blue eyes shining,"for a prophecy."She lashed her tail,not knowing what a prophecy was but she might as well go with them."Okay."Orangewing growled,"who said ShadowClan could have her?"Aspenstone blinked,"Orangewing,calm down."He flicked his tail."Come on,Lilly."

Lilly nodded getting to her paws and then padded up to Aspenstone and followed them up the hill feeling the pine needles on her pads.She flicked her ear smelling around,this strange scent was everywhere.Alderpaw greeted her at her side and touched noses with her excitedly,"Thats ShadowClan scent!"She blinked liking the young she-cat."Whats ShadowClan?"Alderpaw's eyes shown gratefully,she guessed that no one normally liked the she-cats over excited personality.

As they walked on Alderpaw continued to talk her ears off but she was still smiling genuinely liking the apprentice as she was told she was.Alderpaw finally silenced herself and Lilly looked at her,"whats wrong?"Alderpaw sighed,"My litter mates Bearpelt and Foxwing got their Warrior names moons ago."Lilly looked at her,"I'm sorry."Alderpaw shrugged,"But it was my calling to be a medicine cat.So I must lead up to it."Lilly nodded and they paused coming to a clearing.

Aspenstone flicked his tail for them to follow going into a den.She followed looking around."Littlestar."Aspenstone called out.A black and white Tom looked up tiredly,"Yes Aspenstone?"Aspenstone lashed his tail,"We found her."Littlestar paused and got up starting to groom himself and looked at her,"Greetings."Lilly Bowed her head,"Hello."Though she didn't know her eyes shone with respect knowing this was a leader despite his puny size.

Littlestar stares at Lilly,"What is her name?"Aspenstone sat looking at her briefly,"Lilly."Littlestar nodded,"And youre sure that's her?"Aspenstone nodded,"I'm sure."Littlestar padded up to her a warm twinkle in his eyes,"My name is Littlestar."Lilly purred as greeting,"Good to meet you."She touched noses with him briefly as a sign of respect.Littlestar sat down,"Lilly,we need to tell you why you were brought here."Lilly nodded and Littlestar went on,"There is a prophecy that a cat not of the clans will help us.We believe you are that cat.Do you love your two-legs?"She almost belched,"Not at all!"

She saw mischief flash in his eyes,"Good.Then I have something to request."She tipped her head,"Yes?"She looked at him staring directly in his eyes he blinked,"Join the clans."
