WE COULD STAY HERE AND KISS FOREVER!
MICHAEL JACKSON WEEK HAD TESSA MOONWALKING ALMOST EVERYWHERE. That included at the Bean, where a few members of the glee club were sharing their favourite memories of his performances after they'd finished grilling Tessa on her break up with Ryan and the possibility of her and Sam, "favourite Michael Jackson memory, go." Santana grinned, excitedly, pointing excitedly at Artie.
"When I was one, my mom showed me the VHS tape of his Motown special and when he did the moonwalk across the stage for the first time in history i uttered my first words, 'hot damn.'" Artie told them, with a fond shake of his head.
Moonwalking his way, Tessa held her hand out for a high five of agreement as Kurt went onto his favourite memory, "I owe the king of pop a debt of gratitude. He was the first to pull of a sequined military jacket, long before one Kurt Hummel made it iconic."
Risking her own life as she took a sip of her coffee, Rachel shrugged, "I have to be honest, I never really got him." She admitted.
"And we are no longer on speaking terms." Artie said, holding his hand up to block out Rachel's face from his view.
In an attempt to defend herself, Rachel held her hand up in surrender, "no, i think he's an amazing performer but I've never really got what he was about."
Pursing his lip in disgust, Kurt was in an attempt to make her see the light, "Rachel, he was best friends with Liza Minnelli and Liz Taylor."
"No, all I'm saying is that I haven't connected with him the way I have with the likes of Barbara or either of the Stephens." Rachel explained, taking a sip of her coffee before trying to get back into everyone's good books, "but seen as you guys are all so jazzed about him, I think it's a good idea."
Spotting the group of New Directions chatting excitedly about Michael in the Bean, Sebastian made his way over with a cocky smirk on his lips. Thumping a hand down on Tessa's shoulder, making her jump, he caught their attention, "that might not be the best idea. Hello Blaine, Tallullah was it? Everyone else."
"My name's Tessa and you know it." Tessa grumbled, throwing herself down in a seat next to Kurt, both of them folding their arms across their chests with a knowing glance towards each other, "does he live here or something?" Kurt hissed.
Nodding along in agreement, Tessa narrowed her eyes at Sebastian with a suspicious glare, "seriously, you are always here."
Sitting forward in her seat to get to what she thought was the important point, Rachel exchanged a quick glance with the group, "wait, why don't you think that's a good idea?"
"Because we're doing MJ for regionals." Sebastian told them, becoming more and more pleased with himself as he saw their mouths hung open in surprise, "you see, the Warblers drew first position. And as soon as I heard what your plan was, I changed our set list accordingly."
"I'm sorry, how did you hear?" Tessa pressed, pursing her lips as she narrowed her eyes, demanding answers.
"Uh Blaine told me." Sebastian said, "I just called for a tip on how to get red wine out of my blazer piping and he would not stop going on about it."
Scrunching his face up in guilt as everyone turned to glare at him with wide eyes, Blaine sunk back into his seat in hiding, "I might have mentioned it."
Whispering across the table, Tessa looked to see Santana fuming and then back to Blaine with a wide eyes look of terror, "good luck dude."
Gripping his coffee cup tighter with anger, Kurt's glare shot between Sebastian and Blaine, "how often do you talk?"
Determined to push the New Directions to their limits, Sebastian flashed Kurt a fake smile, "oh my god, hey Kurt, I didn't see you there. You're wearing boys clothes for once."
Jumping up in his defence, Santana had had enough, "alright, listen hear twink, I think it's about time that I show you a little Lima Heights hospitality —"
"Unless you want to join your relatives in prison, that's probably not the best idea." He cut her off with a fake smile, "you see, my dad is sort of what you'd call a states attorney. But if you wanted a piñata delivered, I bet he could make sure that got to them. Okay so here's what you guys have gotta know, I'm captain of the Warblers now and I'm tired of playing nice."
Scoffing loudly, Tessa rolled her eyes at him, "please, did you ever play nice?"
Pouting at her dramatically, Sebastian took a step forward, "oh Teresa, you don't even know. Now why don't you go and do an impression of someone with talent as I only seem to see one stood over here."
Mouth open in offence as she watched him walk away, Tessa rolled her eyes and looked round to see everyone glaring round at each other with the same irritated expression, "it's Tessa." She huffed, taking a sip of her coffee before slamming the cup back down on the table.

THE FEUD WITH THE WARBLERS HAD GONE TO FAR AND BLAINE HAD GOTTEN HURT. After Sebastian had tossed a slushy, that was clearly tampered with, in his face, Blaine needed surgery on his eye, so the mood was low. Knowing that he needed a friend besides him today, Tessa had sat in an empty classroom with Kurt with his notebook open, writing down some ideas.
Noticing the two in the classroom from their hushed chats, Santana peaked into the door and frowned as she saw the pair frowning at the notebook. Taking a seat opposite them, she pointed down to the book curiously, "hey, what are you doing?"
Looking with a straight face, Kurt sighed, "trying to keep the flames from shooting out the sides of my face."
"That outfit isn't helping." She shrugged.
"I agree with Artie." He said, "I'm tired of being stepped on all the time. I take a lot of crap from a lot of people but I refuse to take it from Sebastian the criminal chipmunk. So Tess and I have been sat here for the past hour making a list on ways to get back at him."
A smirk on her face, Santana moved her chair closer to them and looked at them with fire in her eyes, "well today is your lucky day because Auntie Snixx just came to town on the bitchtown express. And now my suggestion is that we drag him bound and gagged to a tattoo parlour for a tramp stamp that reads tips appreciated or congratulations you're my one thousandth customer."
"Or I could throw eggs at his car." Tessa suggested, excitedly, "I'm good at that."
Patting her on the shoulder, Santana threw Tessa a proud look for the thought of her suggestion as Kurt shook his head, "after what he did to Blaine, I really wanted to hurt him. But I can't. I've fought against violence at this school for too long, so I have to take the high road."
As Tessa gave him a proud smile, taking his hand in hers, Santana nodded her head, "you know what, Prancy Smurf? I respect that. You're probably right, I want to go to a college that isn't a FEMA trailer in a prison yard. So let's take the right road."
"We're not gonna beat Sebastian by playing dirty." Tessa assured him, "but we are gonna beat him, with Auntie Snixx on our side, we can do anything."
"We sure can." Santana winked, getting up from her chair and leaving the room with a plan brewing in her mind.
Sighing contentedly, Tessa gave Kurt's hand a hard squeeze, "I sure love an Auntie Snixx plan."

DESPITE EVERYTHING GOING ON, SAM HAD SOMETHING ELSE ON HIS MIND. Coming through the doors of the auditorium, Tessa caught Sam's eyes with a curious expression.
Seeing him and a guitar, she'd guessed a song was coming her way but decided to let him tell her what he had on his mind himself, "what you doing in here?"
"Waiting for you." Sam replied with an excited smile on his face, "I was thinking we could sing a duet together. You know, seen as we sound so awesome together and we have such awesome chemistry both when we're singing... and when we're not." Growing nervous, he began to smile nervously, waiting for her reaction and grinning when he saw her grinning back at him.
Nodding, she made her way up onto the stage and stood besides him, "what song were you thinking? It better be Michael."
"Guess it's your lucky day then, darling." Sam chuckled, "I was thinking we could do Human Nature? I know it's one of your favourites."
The corners of her mouth twitching into a smile, Tessa took a step closer to him and looked up to look deep into his eyes, "do you think you can handle singing with me?" She whispered playfully, "without falling head over heels for me?"
"What if I told you I wanted to?" Sam questioned, feeling his own cheeks heat up slightly as he watched Tessa's begin to glow red despite how she looked to the floor to try and hide it. Looking to the band with a nod, the music began to start up and he held out his hand for her to take.
[SONG- HUMAN NATURE, SANG BY SAM EVANS AMD TESSA SWANN]
After dancing around whilst they sang, Sam had twirled Tessa right into his arms so they were stood chest to chest, looking deeply into each other's eyes. Not moving away from each other, they were unsure on what to say to one another for a moment.
As both of them debated on telling the other their feelings, Tessa found her eyes flickering away from Sam's eyes and down to his lips. Noticing this, Sam bit his lip slightly as he looked her up and down. Growing nervous, he gently pulled her closer to him and leant down to pull her into a kiss.
Smiling out of delight, Tessa wrapped her arms around his neck and went to kiss him back but before they could get a chance to lock lips, they were interrupted by Finn sticking his head though the auditorium door, "Emergency meeting in the choir room now, guys. Santana says it's urgent." Unknown to the fact that he'd just interrupted a kiss, Finn Hudson was left blissfully unaware with his own big relationship steps being the only thing on his mind that week.
Filled with disappointment as they'd jumped apart, Sam threw his head back in annoyance, his nerves kicking back in as he wondered whether or not he should stick to his original plan he'd put together for after the song.
With a sigh of disappointment and a disheartened chuckle, Tessa felt as though the moment they had been sharing had passed and settled for reaching up and planting a gentle kiss to Sam's cheek, "I guess that'll have to do for now." She whispered.
"Can't we just skip the emergency meeting thing?" Sam pouted, "we could stay here and kiss forever."
"As much as I would love to do that, Auntie Snixx doesn't like to be kept waiting." Tessa teased, taking both of his hands in hers and giving them a squeeze.
Giving in with a reluctant smile from the apologetic look Tessa was giving him, Sam nodded slowly, proceeding to wrap his arm around her waist and letting her lean her head against his shoulder as they left the auditorium, both a little disappointed but glad to be next to each other none the less.
