Personality: (I tried to make it long but it still ended up kinda short I'm sorry T T) Emanuel or Manny as most people refer to him is a typically very nice, outgoing dude who won't hesitate to reach out his hand to you and introduce himself. He can be quite bold and blunt, and on the outside appears to be your typical optimistic guy who likes to dote after his sister. On the inside however, Manny actually tends to distrust everything and everyone. Due to his past, he has severe trust issues and before knowing anyone fully he tends to first ask them for like, their life story and their resume before even trusting them with his actual personality. His actual personality is much more sharp and sardonic; he has a rather sharp tongue and while he's still friendly you get 'I am suspicious of you...' vibes emanating from him pretty much constantly. Manny can be really ridiculous and an overthinker, taking things way too realistically and can have a hard time adapting to sudden or new changes. He despises disillusions and fake people, not afraid to show his disgust of such things. Towards friends he's typically a kind, fatherly type of friend who willingly does all the housework, yells at them to shut up while he's trying to solve a *perfectly obvious* riddle, or fusses over them 24/7.

(God, that was so short but that pretty much summarizes it... please tell me if you want me to elaborate more.)

Backstory: (alright like I said I need to hurry so I can keep my schedule in order, so this is super half-assed T T) Manny lived a good life at first-he was born into a family known to have generally not-weak superpowers (as in they weren't super weak but also not super OP, in the Goldilocks Zone if you will), had loving parents, and had an adorable little sister named Miriam who was seven years younger than them. Then everything changed one day when he was ten years old, his parents were murdered for their money and the two of them got quite literally thrown out of their house with barely anything to their name. Even though both of them had powers, both of them were young, and Miriam despite being able to paralyze whomever looked her in the eyes for approximately thirty seconds, was too young and too delicate at only five years old at the time. And so, with nowhere or anyone else to turn to, Miriam became his everything. He didn't trust anyone other than himself and vowed to become the parent that Miriam never had in her life. Such doing so, they made their way slowly but surely through the world; he stole things as he saw fit with his powers and while he never killed anyone, he did injure quite a number of people if they chased after him or attacked them. It all got worse after the apocalypse started, so Manny was forced to learn how to use his powers against not only people but also monsters, as well as teach Miriam how to use her own powers. 

(I don't know how they go recruited or anything, so, er, I'll just leave it at that lame ending... =v=' Also after he got recruited-if he does I suppose-Miriam went to live at a church.)

Super Power: Warden. He can use this power in four ways: First, he can use 'Warden's Eyes' to gain a birds-eye viewing of the area of around a thirty-meter radius (I am terrible at estimating ranges so feel free to change that) and also pinpoint where certain things/people are once every hour. Second, he can create a pair of 'shackles' and use them to bind people and also temporarily disable their powers, but he has to touch the person's wrists with all five fingers. There isn't any limit to how many shackles he can create, but the more he creates the more he gets drained until he passes out. He can choose whether he wants to just make them normal shackles or make them disable people's superpowers. Third once every twenty-four hours he can create 'Warden's Prison' and trap about ten people in his prison, where they have to stay until he lets them go. In his prison his own powers are increased, automatically giving him an advantage, but that vanishes as soon as his prison is gone. He can only keep up his prison for about fifteen minutes. Finally fourth he can coat himself in his powers to make himself immune to other powers once a day for about thirty minutes, but that costs a ton of his energy and after doing that he will immediately fall unconscious.

What does their costume look like?: He's a simple guy so he just wears a regular dark grayish blue cape with a hood and fancy gold edgings. Over his eyes and nosebridge (that's not a word, is it-) he wears a matching kind of pointy-looking mask and sometimes one covered the bottom part of his face. (His masks can double as a blade!) Under that he wears plain black or very dark navy blue clothing-a long-sleeved shirt (short-sleeved in the summer), long or short pants, and typically combat boots. He doesn't really need the cape, and finds it annoying, but Miriam thought it looked cool so he wears it when trying to go 'undercover'... or something.

Everyday clothes/aesthetic: He's more of an Oceanboy aesthetic in everyday clothes, and when in superhero mode he's just that but more serious. (Does that make sense? I'm sorry if it doesn't, I am terrible at aesthetics...)

Hobbies: Caring for Miriam, listening to the sea, studying different types of animal/insect abilities, taking notes about things in his notebook, casually sharpening his masks or scythe, trying to figure out riddles, doing household activities (like cooking or organizing things)

Love Interests: Open!

Fatal Weakness: He is very untrusting despite his outward personality and has a hard time opening up to anyone due to his past. He can be overprotective of people he cares about and might end up smothering them by accident, and can also overthink things way. Too. Much. His pride can also get the way; he can be very unwilling to cooperate with people or accept help or admit weakness. (To himself or others)

Weapon of Choice: A scythe for some weird reason; other than that anything that's available at hand and his powers.
