Pidge loved seeing you in your element, practicing your fighting skills with Lance. You had first met Pidge in the Garrison, becoming friends over your many shared traits. You were deadly shy back then, and had a hard time speaking to anyone but her. She introduced you to her piloting friends, as the first step to get you out of your shell, and things went well from there, of course, you ended up in space though. But seeing you happy, and socializing with everyone so easily was an achievement for her. Plus, she was easily astounded by your outgoing behavior and adorable laugh. It was safe to say she had a little crush.
