It's the King's birthday! To celebrate, most major cities throw big festivals. There's music, dancing, food, games, prizes, rides... basically anything you'd find at a carnival or fair. Dressing in Arvonian colors (red and white) is usually tradition. Make individual chains and/or participate in the main chain. Have fun!
