So, on the night before her wedding she ran. Bea packed a bag and drove away leaving that life behind her.

Bea felt truly free from her life and mother for the first time in her life. She's been spending the last couple of months at some shitty motel in the desert of California. That's where she met Darla, a neighboring woman at the motel who drinks a bit too much. It's also where she meets a man who's on the run from something he can't come back from.
