"So it's already that time of the year," Celestia let out.

"What is this Magical Shift Tournament? You are talking about." Lucas tilted his head, "Please do tell more about this occasion."

"What, Lucas, you don't know Magift?" Ace asked.

"I'm not aware of these human games or festivals," Lucas assume.

"Wait! If Celestia and Y/n know about the Tournament, then how come Lucas doesn't?" Deuce asked then he turn to me.

"Lucas is a dragon and every day on the Magical Shift. He will go to the forest to hunt some strong beasts that are the way how dragons grow stronger." I replied.

"Can someone please explain this so-called 'Magical Shift Tournament?" Lucas asked while placing his index finger on his chin.

"It's famous around the world. There's a pro league and world cup, too." Deuce told Lucas.

"I don't know, either!" Grim said.

"Magical shift... Magift for short is a sport played by two teams of seven. Put simply, there's a disk that you have to throw through the other team's goal to score points. The team with the most point wins." Ace explained .

"Mh! I see, human games sound fun." Lucas said.

"Now that I think about it. It has been four years since I last played in a tournament." I recall my memory.

"But it might be hard for you to take part in a game of magift, Y/n." Ace said.

"Why's that?" Grim, and Lucas asked in sync.

"Magical Shift is a sport that uses magic," Deuce said.

"Huh, okay!? But that doesn't explain why we can't play? We all have magic too." Grim stated.

"Grim, please let him finish," Y/n said

"I was saying... The disk is carried with magic, defense and offense also use magic." Deuce said.

"How big a spectacle you can make with magic is also part of being a great player," Ace added.

"Yes! That's why Night Raven College is known as a champion around the world! Countless alumni have gone on to be pro players." Crowley said proudly.

"Magift is just an athletic sport but one that uses magic to compete as well," I said.

"Our school's Inter-Dorm Magical Shift Tournament is attended by representatives of pro leagues and... Those from different magical industries around the world. The arena will be lined with food stalls and visitors from different countries will grave the stadium." Crowley stated .

'Visitors from different countries... I hope grandma won't be attending this tournament.' I thought to myself as I clenched my right hand on my left arm.

"It is a tournament that'll make your palms sweat and works the whole into a frenzy thanks to the live broadcast TV cameras," Crowley said.

"TV... cameras!?" Celestia said.

"Wooow... Amazing." Grim shouted, happily.

"Worldwide broadcast!? So if I play in that tournament the whole world will be paying attention to me!?" Grim said.

"Certainly! Those who play in the tournament will without a doubt become popular... with pro leagues and any number of sponsors." Crowley said.

"In your case, Grim and Celestia, I think they'd be more surprised by seeing a monster and a wolf play. Not to mention, a princess playing with them." Deuce told us.

"Oh yeah! I'll start some special training today and stand out everyone in that stadium!" Grim said in excitement. But that excitement on his face will fade soon.

"Can someone please tell him that he can't play in the tournament?" I whispered to the boys.

"Oh but Grim, you can't play at all," Crowley said, as Grim looked at the headmaster in shock.

"HUH!?"

"Haven't I said 'Inter-Dorm' several times already?" Crowley stated.

"Our dorm doesn't meet the seven-person requirement, does it? So we can't even apply." I said.

"Eh!? How can that be!! Wait, how many members are in our dorm?" Grim asked as he started to count, "There's me, Y/n, Celestia, Lucas, Felix, and Olivia. There's only six of us, we are missing one more member in our team."

"Speaking of Felix and Olivia. I haven't seen them since the Dorm leader overblot." Deuce said.

"I placed Felix and Olivia on a mission, so they won't be around here for a while," I said.

"Just great." Grim mumble.

"Selling drinks in the stands the day of preparing the field for the tournament, there are many things that have to be done. Standing on the field as a player isn't the only one." Crowley said.

"No way! No way!! I wanna hear 'Kyaa!! Grim is so cool' 'Hey, did you see his super play!?' From the crowd as they all cheer for me." Grim whining like a baby.

"Grim, please stop you are a college student not an elementary." Celestia sighed.

"That's a pretty basic delusion..." Ace muttered.

"Hmm. Can't be helped since you don't have enough people. You might have to give up on this year and hope that some freshmen get sorted into Ramshackle Dorm next year." Deuce trying to cheer Grim up.

"Hey, Y/n! Don't you have any more familiar other than them?" Grim asked thinking that I have more familiars than Felix, Celestia, Lucas, and Olivia.

"I told you, I have four families and that is them. Nothing more." I replied.

"Then, borrow your brother's familiar. I am sure, he was one. What was your brother's name again?" Grim said.

"You mean, Daisuke. Sure, he was familiar. But he is probably busy at this month." I said.

"Then how about using your unique magic in the tournament?" Grim said.

"If you are thinking of using my shadow army, then it's useless. They can't use magic other than their fist and swords." With that Grim gives up already. "Sorry."

"I really must get back to work! Aah, busy busy busy." Crowley said, and sounded like he want us to leave his office.

"You got my hope for nothing, you jerk... Ffnaa..." Grim said as tears fell from his eyes. As everyone started to leave the room, I stayed behind and then gazed at Crowley.

"Headmaster Crowley! There is some important I want to speak with you and the Dark mirror. Regarding about my ancestor, if it's alright." I said, after Crowley earing that sentence, he already knew that it wasn't some kind of a joke.

"Understood. After I meet with all the dorm leaders, we should head straight to the Dark mirror." Crowley said.

"Yes, headmaster." I bow down and left his office as well.
