Italy; home of fashion, wine, and artistic cuisine. Italy is also the birthplace of Daemon Noctis, and where he was raised for the first five or so years of his life among the pack of rogues his parents had built. His mother's name was Adelaide Vitae, whilst his father's being Ezhno Noctis. He grew happily, surrounded by younger siblings and being vigorously trained up for leadership by his father. However...his happiness was short-lived.

Being rogue, the pack had a wide range of enemies, and it was only a matter of time before they would of had to leave their beloved country. Lead by his parents, the pack escaped to England where they hoped to find sanctuary. During a resting period, Daemon being a curious child wandered off to explore. But, to his dismay whilst he was away, his pack was attacked and was forced to flee. He heard his family's howls for him, but Daemon had gotten himself sunk in a bog and the more he fought..the deeper he was sucked in.

He was in despair, and soon his pack's voices ceased and he was left alone, his family thinking he had been slaughtered in the attack. Daemon was cold, and wet. Until a pair of warm, gentle hands assisted him and pulled his shivering body from the swamp. He was too tired to fight, though he was of course scared out of his mind. The hands belonged to the man who would soon become known as his stepfather - Augustus Cadence.

Daemon was the first child of August, though his father did try for his own. Except...when his mother was pregnant, she was murdered by a human hunter. They lost her, and the pups she was carrying. Now, Daemon and August have each other for support. Daemon will never have a father of his blood, and August will never have a child of his blood.
