"So, he has your number and you haven't texted him yet?" Sienna says

"I don't have his number. I can't text him, Sienna." Jamie sighs

"Well, that was incredibly stupid of you. You should've gotten his."

"I wasn't thinking that far." Jamie mumbles

Sienna frowns as she watches Jamie, "What's wrong?"

Jamie looks up, "What?"

"What's wrong? These dry responses aren't doing it for me." Sienna says as she puts her pencil down

"Nothing's wrong." She shrugs

"Nothing?" Sienna says

"No." Jamie sighs. Sienna squints as she gets up. She pulls Jamie up with her, "Sienna."

"Shut up. Homework can wait five minutes. I don't know what's bothering you or whoever told you something, but whatever it is, it's not worth it." Sienna continues

"Nothing happened."

"I don't believe that for two seconds, but we're going downstairs to get food to change your attitude." Sienna says as she grabs Jamie's hand

"I'm not hungry."

"I don't care. You haven't eaten since earlier and I'm hungry, so we're getting something to eat."

They make their way to Sienna's kitchen. Jamie sits at the counter as Sienna starts rummaging through cabinets. After a couple of seconds in silence, Jamie speaks up, "I talked to Sam."

Sienna freezes and quickly turns, "You talked to who?"

"Well, didn't really talk, but-"

"Wait, wait, about what?" Sienna frowns as she brings snacks over to the counter

"I was in the library for my free period and she ended up being there. She came up to me trying to strike up a conversation."

"And?"

"And in the process, I ended up seeing Miguel, Demetri, and Eli get picked on by Kyler."

"Who is supposed to be Sam's boy-toy."

"Exactly." Jamie nods

"Okay. Then what?" Sienna says opening chips

"And she just stood there again watching her friends bully somebody. I know I was there too and could've done something-"

"No, no, no. Do not try to turn this on yourself. She definitely could've said something to him."

"Yeah, I know, but watching them get picked on for no reason bothers me to no end." Jamie sighs

"Of course because you have a heart." Sienna chuckles, "So, that's why you're upset? You had to watch the love of your life get messed with and you couldn't do anything."

Jamie looks up at Sienna with a slightly amused expression. "Not as simple as that, but sure."

"It's not your fault Jamie, what were you supposed to do?" She shrugs

"I don't know. Something."

"Well, it's behind you now. You can't change anything, so don't let it completely ruin your year."

Jamie smiles as she rolls her eyes, "Whatever."

"Now, let's go back up and finish our work before I throw myself off of a cliff." Sienna says as Jamie laughs

Jamie and Sienna laugh at some joke that was told by their friends at the lunch table. Jamie looks around as she sees Sam moving from table to table.

She frowns, "What is she doing?"

Sienna chuckles as she looks over to Sam, "She lost all of her friends and now she's crawling back to the same people they bullied."

"Lost all of her friends?" Jamie repeats

"Yeah. Apparently her and Kyler hooked up at the movie theater."

"What?" Jamie exclaims with wide eyes

"Yup."

Jamie turns back to see Sam talking to Aisha. The conversation ends quickly as she sees Sam walk over to Kyler.

"Oh, shit."

Sienna turns upon hearing Jamie. They see Sam confronting Kyler. They argue for a couple of seconds before they see Miguel walk up to them.

"Hey, Kyler." Miguel yells

"What the fuck is he doing?" Sienna exclaims

"Oh, god." Jamie whispers

"Why don't you shut the hell up and stop being such an asshole?" Miguel says

"Want another beatdown, 'Rhea " Kyler says while pushing Miguel, "I'm ready for your lame-ass karate this time." He says, but this time pushing Miguel into the lunch table

Miguel stands up, "It's not lame-ass karate."

Kyler goes to punch him, but Miguel blocks it and grabs his arm and twists it under his.

"It's Cobra Kai." He finishes before punching Kyler directly in his nose

Kyler stumbles back, but quickly regains balance before tackling Miguel on top of the table and then throwing him onto another.

"Oh my god." Sienna laughs

Kyler then puts Miguel in a headlock before Miguel elbows him and twists his arm. He then punches him and kicks him in his back sending him into a table.

"No mercy!" Aisha shouts

Jamie looks over at her before turning back to Miguel who is now fighting three other friends of Kyler's.

"What the fuck?" Jamie whispers under her breath as Sienna continues to laugh.

Miguel rolls over a table and grabs a tray as he makes it to the other side. He kicks a chair towards one friend before he sees Kyler coming from the other side. Miguel hits him with the tray before hitting another friend as well. He continues hitting two other friends with the same tray before he sees Kyler start to get up.

He uses one guy as a step-stool to climb on top of the table. As he turns, he kicks Kyler and then hits him over the head with the tray. Everyone starts cheering as Miguel looks around. He starts to stand up as his eyes land on Jamie. 

Jamie's eyes are wide as Miguel smiles at her. She smiles back, but before he can see his eyes land on someone else. Her smile falters as she realizes he's now staring at Sam.

Everyone continues cheering as a teacher storms in, "Hey! Get down from there right now." She says as she pulls Miguel down from the table

Everyone groans, but continues to cheer as Miguel is guided out of the lunchroom.

Jamie tried to be as excited as everyone else, but she can't help but feel a pit in her stomach. She continues to look at Sam, whose eyes are following Miguel out of the room.
