Zayn's Pov:

It's strange for me to turn around and care for somebody. It's all new to me, I mean I've never done it before. I'm not sure how to act or what to say. What am I supposed to do around Niall? I mean do I cuddle him? Do I tell him that I may have feelings for him? Or do I push them aside and pretend they aren't there? I had no idea what to do so I found myself turning to Liam again. At 8 PM that night I found myself knocking on his front door. He opened it with a questioning look. 

"Zi, What's up?" He asked.

"Erm sorry for just showing up Li, I just need some advice, And I can't turn to the other lads they won't understand" I mumbled, Liam nodded his head before opening the door further. 

"Come on in" He said. I smiled before walking into his home, We walked into his living room before dropping down on the couch. 

"You want anything to drink mate?" Liam asked, I nodded my head, Liam left the room and came back moments later with two cans of coke, He handed the can to me and I gratefully took it. 

"So what's the problem?" Liam asked. 

"I erm I don't know what to do about Niall" I mumbled. 

"What do you mean?" Liam said. 

"Well I've never felt this way Li, You know I've never done anything like this, I've never fallen inlove with a person, It's not what I do. So I don't understand or know what to do, It's always been about just sex before, But it's different with Niall" I said, Liam smiled.

"Zi all you can do is be yourself. You've spent the past few weeks with Niall and you've been yourself. Being yourself is all you can do, Niall cares for you so you must be doing something right, All you can do is your best" Liam replied, I sighed. 

"What if my best's not good enough?" I questioned. 

"It will be Zi" I sighed looking down, "You really care about him don't you?" 

"More than anything. I've never had this feeling before Li. All I'm ever doing is thinking of him. He makes me happy deep inside and I get this feeling inside whenever he's around. When he smiles it's like all the planets have aliened for one time only. He took the time to see something other then a cocky bastard, He made me see there was more to life then sex and getting high. I don't even care for my safety whenever I see someone hurting him, I want to put myself in harms way. When he cries I want to hold him, I want him to be happy Li, because when he's happy so am I, I don't understand what all these feelings are but there scaring the shit out of me" I explained, Liam smiled. 

"The feelings inside are love Zi, Your inlove" Liam said, I couldn't help but smile at the idea. 

"Who would have thought it eh?" I joked, Liam chuckled. 

"The Zayn Malik has fallen inlove" Liam said chuckling, I laughed before opening my can of coke and taking a sip.

"Thanks for being here for me Li" I exclaimed, Liam nodded his head.

"Don't mention it. Whenever you need a mate Zi I'm here" Liam replied, I smiled at him. "What's your plans for the weekend?" He asked, I blushed before looking down.

"Erm I'm spending the day with Niall. Were having a movie marathon"I replied, Liam smiled. 

"Have fun mate" I smiled before standing up, I pulled Liam into a quick hug.

"I better get going, But thanks again mate" I said. Thank God for Liam if it wasn't for him I'd have nobody to speak to about these feelings. 

Morning came by seriously quick. I've never been an early bird but I jumped straight out of bed, I was seeing Niall today and it made me seriously happy. It took me approximately an hour to get ready, I quickly kissed my mum and sisters goodbye before heading out the door straight to Niall's. I knocked on the door happily, The moment Niall answered the door a smile spread across my face. 

"Hi Zayn, Come on in" He said stepping aside, I smiled before walking into his home. "How are you?" He asked me. 

"I'm great, You?" I asked. 

"Happy" He replied, I smiled. 

"So can I have a hug?" I asked cheekily, Niall smiled before walking over and giving me a hug. I hugged him back before we both pulled away. 

"Snacks" Niall yelled happily, I chuckled as he grabbed my arm pulling me into the kitchen. 

"So erm where's your mum?" I asked noticing she wasn't around.

"Oh she's away on business" He replied, I nodded my head before holding out my arms, Niall dumped popcorn, Bags of crisps, Cans of drink, Bars of chocolate and marshmallows. I chuckled looking at the stacks of food in my hand.

"Well we ain't gonna starve" I commented chuckling, Niall laughed happily before pulling me back into the living room, I dropped the snacks down on the table while Niall closed the curtains. Niall then picked up the phone and ordered us a pizza.

"Somebody loves there food" I said chuckling.

"Scared you can't keep up with me?" Niall teased.

"Oh I can keep up Horan" I replied, Niall chuckled before dropping down on the couch, I dropped down beside him. 

The pizza arrived half an hour later and now me and Niall were under a duvet on the couch watching a film and just talking while we eat. All this is new for me, I'm not used to doing the whole dating thing. When I wasn't looking Niall threw a marshmallow at me it caught me straight in the eye. 

"Oi" I said chuckling. 

"What?" Niall replied innocently while trying to keep his laughter in. 

"You threw a marshmallow at me" I stated while smirking. 

"Did not" Niall replied smiling. 

"Did" I argued. 

"What you going to do about it Malik?" Niall replied teasing me, I smirked before quickly grabbing him, I pulled him against me and began tickling him, Niall began laughing extremely loudly. I began laughing too, Niall's laugh was extremely contagious. I then let go off Niall dropping back into my seat, Niall laughed laying his head against my chest, I didn't bother to move him because truth be told it felt nice. I wasn't even taking much notice to whatever film Niall put in.

"Hey Zayn" Niall said. 

"Yeah?" I replied.

"I'm sorry this isn't much of a first date" He said, I smiled at him. 

"Don't be sorry, This is perfect" I replied, Niall smiled. 

"Hows the giving up smoking going?" He asked. 

"It's hard but I'm doing my best" I replied, Niall smiled at me. 

"Good, We don't want anything happening to you now do we?" Niall said smiling, I smiled back before quickly looking down.

"Are you blushing Malik?" Niall teased, I blushed even harder. 

"Oh shut up" I mumbled, Niall smiled before pulling me into a hug. This felt great, Just talking to a person is a million times better then just jumping into bed with them. Since I first spoke to Niall the thought of having sex with him hasn't crossed my mind, I'm loving this, I'm loving laying on the couch just cuddling, Being able to forget the whole world. 

"Niall?" I said looking down at him. 

"Yeah?" Niall replied a small yawn escaping his mouth. 

"Erm, Can we do this again sometime?" I asked, Niall smiled before nodding his head.

"I'd love that" He replied, I smiled before leaning down placing a soft kiss to his forehead, Niall smiled at me. 

"Nialler?" I said. 

"Hmm" He replied. 

"Do you believe in kissing on the first date?" I asked biting my lip.

"Depends" He replied.

"On?" I asked. 

"The person" He said.

"And if the persons me?" I asked. 

"Then I'd say why you still sitting there for" Niall replied a small smile spreading across his features. I smiled before leaning down and placing a gentle kiss to his lips, I felt Niall's smile widen as I pulled away. 

"We definitely need to do this again" Niall replied before yawning again, I smiled before standing up. 

"Come on let's get you to bed" I said, Niall chuckled before holding out his hand, Niall guided me to his bedroom, I laid him down on the bed before heading to leave the room. 

"Zayn?" Niall whispered, I turned around. 

"Yeah?"

"Do you have to leave? I mean I don't like being here alone, It get's kind of lonely when mum ain't around. You don't have to but I mean if you want to, Could you stay?" Niall asked. I smiled before pulling out my phone sending a text to my family to say I wouldn't be home that night. I then walked over to Niall's bed taking my shoes off, I then climbed in next to Niall, Niall laid his head on my chest before slowly falling asleep, I smiled down at him before closing my eyes, This was beautiful it wasn't sex, It wasn't a one night stand, It wasn't even a meaningless fling, this was love.
