Normal P.o.v.

It was the third year of duel academy. It had been a really hard and fierce second year. Everything with the SOL and the light of destruction, was finally behind them. Jaden had saved the universe, got his sister back and saved planet earth. Chazz had won the Gx Tournament, and was a blue again. However it was only shortly. Chancellor Sheppard wanted the white dorm painted blue again, so to skip his duty, Chazz moved back in the red dorm again. A new freshman had also shown up in the red dorm. It was a girl you all know so well. Blair Flanagan, and she still had a crush on Jaden, witch Jaden wasn't so happy about. Everything was at peace. However how little did they know, that Sheppard had called a better teacher (In his eyes), Thelonious Viper, which is gonna change the things around here dramatically. 

Adrian Grecko's P.o.v. 

"It's day three on board on this ship, and I am about to toss myself overboard!" said a boy, who was holding a voice recorder. He was apparently keeping diary to himself. He had purple hair, was wearing glasses, and was wearing a brown, orange coat, who resembled the school uniform at duel academy. He is having a orange belt around his waist, where his deck also are. He is dressed in white jeans and black shoes. His name was Adrian Gecko. He was looking around on the boat. 

"This should be a cruse?! Then where is the music, and the awesome parties, we are only 5 people on this boat, and the only girl, is a 500 pond alligator, called Shirley! She is always hanging out with this guy called Jim Cook. They haven't moved from the sun deck, since forever!". Adrian smiled and continued. 

"And they are the normal ones! Which is more than I can say about the teacher, Thelonious Viper! With a name like that, he can't be good news. And of course every teacher has a pet student. So say hello to Axel Brodie! He is not one of the social types. He is scary and if you are entering a fight, you definitely want him on your side!". Adrian turned off his voice recorder and sighed. He really hoped this cruse was finished soon!

Time skip. 

Adrian was holding his voice recorder again. They were close at duel academy. 

"After three stupid days, Adrian Gecko is finally reaching duel academy!" He said and smiled. "But is duel academy ready to face me!". Jim and Shirley finally moved. Jim even got up on his feets and he lifted Shirley up in the air. 

"MM ha, Blue skies, beautiful coastlines, I think we will like it here Shirley!" He said in a Australian accent. Adrian sighed. He really wished to get off his boat right now!

Normal p.o.v.

Syrus was rushing towards the slifer dorm. He was dressed in his new outfit. Syrus was now an oberlisk blue. However he was rushing towards the red dorm, because he needed to find Jaden. The opening ceremony pep rally was about to begin in less than 1 hour. He found Hassleberry at the dorm. 

"Have you seen Jaden!" Syrus asked. Hassleberry shook his head. 

"I think he was together with his sister, last time I saw him!" He said and began daydreaming "Oh my beautiful Tara! My beautiful dino Queen!". Syrus sighed. 

"Hassleberry you have to get over her!" Syrus said "Even though she is not having any boyfriend any longer, doesn't mean that she has fallen for you!".

"One day she will!" said Hassleberry determined "One day she will open her heart to me and we both will get married!". Syrus lifted his eyebrows, but he didn't say anything. He began running again. Jaden and Tara must be somewhere on this island.

Tara's p.o.v.

Tara and Jaden both woke up at the same time. However they were not at the duel island anymore. They were in some weird realm. There were 3 suns shining in the sky. They were standing on sand. This place resembled the dessert a little bit. They both looked at each other. 

"Where are we?!" said Tara and was rubbing her eyes. Jaden shrugged. 

"I don't know!" He said "But this is not duel academy that's for sure!". They both looked around. Jaden took her hand. Since the event with SOL, Jaden was a little more protective over his sister. Tara had nothing against that! Suddenly they both could hear someone who was laughing. They both looked around to find out where it was coming from, but no luck. 

"Who's there?!" they both scream in unison. The voice was still laughing. It sounded like a child of some sort. 

"Don't you two remember me! Tara! Jaden!" It said "Why won't you two come play with me?!". The twins looked at each other again. 

"Who are you?!" they both scream. "Where are you? And where are we?!". The voice grinned again. It sounded playful. However suddenly Jaden and Tara noticed some statues in the sand a little away from here. Tara gulped. She looked at Jaden and they both began running towards them. Tara was pale, when they arrived. It was their friends, and they were turned into statues of some sort. The voice grinned again. 

"I have already played with your friends!" said the voice "But they were not fun at all!".

"Syrus!, Alexis!" screamed Jaden confused. He hadn't figured out they were turned to sand or stone or whatever! "Say something!". Tara was about to stop him, but to late. Jaden touched his friends, and they turned into dust and flew away with the wind. Tara looked scared and in horror. This couldn't be happening. Jaden looked scared as well. 

"What happened to them!" He said in a sad voice. Tara embraced him. 

"No! No! No! This is not happening!" He scream. 

"Tara! Tara wake up!" Tara could feel that someone was shaking her and opened her eyes. She was sweaty and was gasping for air. Jaden was doing the same. He looked concerned at her. She smiled at him. 

"Did you?!" She asked. Jaden nodded. They were back at duel academy. 

"Yeah, dream the same thing!" Jaden added. Tara didn't feel so good. They had bin dreaming! But it had felt so real! Tara looked down at her hands. They were still shaking. She looked around. They were sitting at the top of the roof. Jaden and Tara had both decided to meet each other there everyday from now on. It was the place were they didn't get disturbed. They had talked about the past, and the things with the dreamworld and stuff. So they could lift their hearts. Jaden had even helped Tara building a new deck, from the cards, their father had given them. Even though Tara was not happy about getting help from him. However they had at least sended their father a letter with the words "Thank you". Tara's new deck was a beast/earth deck and the Neo spacian had infused it with their energy. Just like with Jaden's. However now Tara looked confused at Jaden. She couldn't remember that she had fallen asleep? Had she really bin that tired? Suddenly Marshmellow and Winged Kuriboh appeared beside them. Tara looked at her spirit. It was trying to say something. 

"Mell, Mell!" it said. However Tara knew what it was saying!

"Wait there is someone here?!" She asked and looked in the direction Marshmellow was pointing. Behind a corner, close to the stairs was a duel monster spirit hiding. It looked like a purple cat with red ears and a red ball on it's tail. It began walking over to Jaden and Tara. 

"Rubi, rubi!" It said and was looking at the two spirits. Tara smiled. It was apparently trying to be friends with them. 

"There you are ruby!" said a voice suddenly. The purple cat was turning around and was looking at a boy. Tara and Jaden hadn't noticed his present. They both got a little surprised. Ruby rushed over to the boy. It looked really happy to see him. 

"Um a monster spirit!" Jaden said and got up on his feets. Tara was right behind him. "You can see them?!". The boy smiled. 

"I sure can! This is my partner ruby carbuncle!" He said and patted Ruby "I presume you two can see them as well!". Jaden and Tara both nodded.

"My name is Tara!" said Tara "And this is my partner Marshmellow!". 

"Mell, mell!" added Marshmellow. It was as polite as Tara. It had just said "It is a pleasure to meet you!". The boy grinned and shook Tara's hand. 

"You are as polite as Ember!" He said and grinned "If you are Tara, then you must be the infamous Jaden Yuki! Both of you must be the Yuki twins!". Jaden blushed a little. Tara sighed. Jaden was famous, but what was she?! Only his twin?! 

"Yeah we are!" Said Jaden and grabbed his sister and placed his arm around her neck "We are the Yuki twins!". Tara smiled. Jaden wanted to share his victory with her. She knew Jaden had felt her jealousy. He was such a kind brother. 

"Since when can you see spirits!" asked Jaden the boy. He smiled. 

"Since I was born I guess!" He said. Tara smiled. It was the same with them. "It is the same with you I see!". Jaden smiled back. Suddenly Tara could hear the grinned voice from before. It was laughing a little. Tara looked confused around. 

"Um Tara something wrong!" asked Jaden worried. Tara looked at him. 

"I thought I heard the voice from the dream!" She said. Jaden looked around. 

"I can't hear anything!" He said "Maybe you can't shake the dream out of your head!". Tara looked at him and sighed. She couldn't hear the voice anymore. Maybe she was getting paranoid! Jaden and the boy was talking again. Apparently this boy had transferred here. Jaden took his hand also. They were both looking at each other.

"It is strange!" said the boy "But we haven't met before? Have we?!". 

"No I don't think so!" Jaden said. Suddenly Kuriboh hit Ruby with his wings by accident and they began fighting. Jaden and the boy looked confused at them. 

Tara sighed and looked at Marshmellow. It was sitting in her arms. Tara smiled. 

"Marshmellow, break them up will you!" She asked the spirit. 

"Mell, mell!" said Marshmellow and jumped down. Kuriboh and Ruby hit it, but because of Marshmellow's body, it just bunched back at them. That stopped the fight. 

"There you are!" said a voice suddenly. Hassleberry and Syrus were rushing towards them. Jaden and Tara looked confused at them. 

"The Rally Jaden, Tara!" Syrus said angry "It is about to begin. You will be late!". 

"Late!" screamed Tara and grabbed Jaden's hand "I hate being late! Come on brother!". Then she began running towards the Rally, and Jaden followed!

Ember's p.o.v.

Ember was walking around on the school's campus. She was looking for her best friend, Jesse! However he was nowhere to be found. Ember sighed and was scratching her red/orange short hair. She really didn't like to ask for directions. She actually didn't like talking to strangers. If she was introduced to them, then she would slowly (And I am talking slowly) open up to people. Everything here was a too new! What did she think, when she jumped into the helicopter without Jesse knowing! Now he didn't know that she was even here! It didn't help that this school, was even bigger than North academy. Ember took a deep breath. 

"Take it easy My lady!" said a squeaky voice suddenly. A spirit appeared beside her. It was a half warrior, half bird. It was a bird actually with armor on. It was called "Hayabusa Knight".  Ember looked at the spirit and smiled. 

"Can't you find Jesse for me!" She asked. Hayabusa knight shook it's head. 

"You know spirit's can't move far away from their partner my lady!" said the bird in it's squeaky voice "You have to ask someone!". Ember sighed. Okay the next person she would see, she had to ask them. She closed her eyes and counted to 3. Then she opened her eyes. She saw a yellow dressed student. He was apparently a boy. He was not really tall, and had black short hair. Luckily he was alone. She walked over to him. He looked at her, when she approached him. 

"Um... Have um..you seen a boy walk by here!" She asked slowly. Haya pushed her a little "He has short hair, tall, dressed in blue, a new student!". The boy looked confused at her for at moment.

"Um sorry!" He said in a French accent "I haven't seen your friend!". Ember sighed. She finally had taken the courage to speak to someone, and then he turned out to be from france. It was hard enough as it is. She began walking away. 

"AH wait mademoiselle s'il vous plaît!" He yelled after her. Ember stopped up. Luckily she was thought France by her mom, but Ember hated being remembered that she was from a rich family. He said "Ah wait miss, if you please!". 

"Ah maybe your friend is at the rally!" He said "The opening for the school! I can show you Mademoiselle?!". Ember shrugged. Maybe Jesse really was at the rally. The france boy waited for her answer. In the end, Ember accepted his offer. 

"So what's your name beautiful mademoiselle?!" The boy asked. Ember blushed a little. However she knew people from France was good at romance and stuff. 

"Um I am called Ember, what about you?!". She asked. The boy smiled. 

"Ember! It is beautiful!" He said "I am called Marcel!". Then she walked with him towards the school!

Tara's p.o.v.

Tara, her brother and the rest of the crew was sitting at the assemble. Apparently Tara and the others made it just in time. Tara sighed relieved. She hated being late! She was sitting next to Jaden and his friends. Hassleberry and Chazz was arguing. Apparently this was the red dorms seats, and Chazz was not a part of the red dorm? Tara didn't say anything! She was not a part of the red dorm either, and neither was Hassleberry! However they could fight if they really wanted! Blair was holding the traditional speech. When she was finished, she was winking at Jaden. Tara could see, that Jaden was trying to hide under the table, and grinned a little. She also noticed that Alexis was sending Blair a evil glare, ones in a while. Then sheppard was holding a speech too. Something about that new duelist's was enrolling the academy from 4 different part of the worlds dueling branches. 

"Wauh, duel academy has world wide dueling branches!" said Hassleberry impressed "Well you learn something everyday!". Tara nodded. She was as excited as her brother. She hoped these new students was nice!

"From East academy we have Adrian Gecko!" said Sheppard and a boy dressed in orange and brown clothes was walking in. He was having kind of purple hair. 

"From West academy, we have Axel Brodie!" A boy in dark skin color, and with a big  nose, was walking in. He was dressed in red and black clothes. 

"From the south academy, we have Jim cook, and his alligator Shirley!" A boy with a cowboy hat on and lifting a giant alligator walked in. He was dressed in pants, west, and a white shirt. Tara looked surprised at him. So did the other students. 

"How in the world did that guy get a Alligator in at the school!" Hassleberry asked. The others just shrugged. However Tara loved it! She was a big fan of crocodiles and alligators. Jaden grinned and pushed Tara at the shoulders. 

"So Tara you have a competition with "Cyber tech alligator! Now!" Jaden said and grinned. Tara just snort. 

"Oh please. Didn't you listen? It is a girl alligator!" Tara said. Jaden grinned again. 

"I meant you!" Jaden said "Maybe "Cyber tech alligator" would fall for the Alligator instead of you!". Tara looked angry at Jaden. She hit him hard on the shoulder. 

"Don't say something like that!" She said a little angry and was hiding her blush "That is never gonna happen idiot!". Jaden just grinned. 

"And last, from north academy we have Jesse anderson!" Sheppard said. However this time, no one showed. Tara and the others looked confused around. 

"Wait Jesse!" said Chazz suddenly "You mean Jesse Anderson!". 

"You know him!" asked Tara confused. Chazz snort angry at her. 

"Rule nr 1. no one interrupt the Chazz, when he is beginning to have a long monologues!" Chazz said to Tara. She was just grinning. However Chazz began telling a story about a kid called Jesse, who has a crystal beast deck. Apparently they were created from seven magical gems, who should have belonged to Julius Cæser, however he never got them. Apparently Pegasus found them years later and took a fragment from them to create the cards. A kid won it in a tournament or something!". Tara smiled. 

"So that's this Jesse kid!" Tara said and smiled. She could see that Jaden was pretty excited too. Suddenly the door to the classroom opened and a boy walked in. He was having blue hair and was that kid Tara and Jaden had meet before. 

"Sorry!" said the kid "I was lost!" He said and was trying to catch his breathe. Jaden stood up and grinned. Tara did the same thing.

"Hey you are that kid!" Jaden said "So you are new here!". The boy smiled. 

"Yeah I am!" He said. Jaden smiled. Tara grinned too. That boy resembled Jaden a lot. This was gonna be interesting! 

"Um just wondering!" asked Jaden confused "But have you seen a boy named Jesse!". The boy grinned a little awkwardly and was scratching his hair. 

"Sure have!" He said. Tara looked at the kid and got a little surprised. 

"You have!" said Sheppard "Then where is he?!". Tara facepalmed. They haven't figured it out yet. The boy smiled. 

"Um well I am Jesse!" He said "I never introduced myself did I!". Everyone looked shocked at him. Suddenly the door opened again. Everyone was now looking at the door. A girl and a boy walked in. Tara noticed the look on that guy Jesse's face. He also looked a little stunned. 

"Ember!" He said in a high voice "What in the world are you doing here?!". The new girl was looking at him. Apparently her name was Ember thought Tara confused?!

"Jesse!" She said in a high voice too. She rushed down towards him and gave him a giant hug! Tara looked surprised at the girl. Was she his girlfriend?

"Wah Ember let go!" almost scream Jesse and was trying to get her off him. Apparently not! Thought Tara and grinned. 

Ember's p.o.v.

Ember walked in the classroom together with Marcel. She really hoped that Jesse was in here! She got really happy when she saw him, standing on the stairs, and like she did, when she was listening to music, Ember shut everything else out of her mind. She rushed down to him and gave Jesse a big hug! 

"Wah Ember let go!" Jesse scream "You know I don't like you doing that in front of people! What are you even doing here?!". Ember grinned. 

"I snuck in the helicopter, before you! But you never noticed I was there!" Ember said a little sad. She let go of him. Then she noticed all the students around her. She got completely red, was totally embarrassed, and looked down at the floor. She was as silent as a clamp. She could hear in the background, the Chancellor and Jesse talk together. Something about letting her stay at the school, bla, bla, bla. In the end she was granted permission. Suddenly she could feel that someone had grabbed her hand. She looked up and saw Jesse smiling at her. 

"Hey Ember let's properly introduce ourselves!" Jesse said and dragged her up on the stage, platform, where everyone could see her. Ember looked down and the floor and was squeezing Jesse's hand. 

"And from north academy!" Began Sheppard. However Jesse intervened. 

"Jesse, Jesse Anderson!" He said and bowed "And this is my friend, Ember, Crystal Thrussell, we are happy to meet you all!". Jesse bowed and so did Ember. They began walking over to the other new kids and was standing in line. Jim greeted them, but Ember got scared of Shirley. Axel didn't say anything! 

"Well if it isn't Ember!" said a voice suddenly. Ember let go of Jesse's hand, and turned around towards the sound. It couldn't be him. Adrian Gecko! She was apparently standing next to him. 

"Well that was quite a performance you two did there!" He said "I thought you hated to be in the spotlight Ember!". Ember sighed! It was him!  

"Gecko!" She said and snort "I didn't know you where here! Since when have you entered an academy! I thought you were taught at home!". Adrian grinned. 

"I was Thrussell! However my parents decided to widen my knowledge. I am really good at duel monster now too!". Adrian said and smiled. Ember just snort. 

"Well good for you!" She said a little cold "Then maybe you can last more than 5 rounds this time!". Adrian just grinned. Ember noticed that Jesse was a little curious.

Ember sighed and whispered inside Jesse's ear: "He is a old friend of mine! Actually my parents forced me to play with him! His family had a lot of connections, who was important to them.!". Jesse looked surprised from Adrian to Ember! Ember sighed. Sheppard was right now introducing the creepy professor Wiper. Ember didn't listen. 

"So don't you think it is time to call me by my first name Ember!" Adrian said and smiled "You can't call me Gecko all the time!". Ember grinned a little. 

"Why not?!" said Ember and smirked "You are one! One big ugly gecko! You know I can't stand you!". Ember heard Jesse laugh a little in the background. Apparently he liked her little joke! Adrian sighed. 

"You should really stop being such a child Ember!" He said and sighed again "I am not the same kid as before! I have changed! I am a better man now! And since you and I..!". However Ember jumped up and covered his mouth. Jesse and the others didn't notice. Apparently Viper had chosen two duelists for a opening match. Jesse and Jaden should face up against each other. Ember sighed and looked at Adrian. 

"If you are gonna say that word again or are about to, to anyone! Then I am not gonna show you any mercy Gecko!" Ember said cold and let go of Adrian. He was smirking at her. 

"One day they will find out! Especially that Jesse boy!" Adrian said and grinned "And you can't beat me Ember!". He grinned again and left the stage, so that Jaden and Jesse could duel! Ember sighed, and did the same thing. She walked over to the tribune and took the only seat left, Jaden's empty seat. Ember could also had chosen to stand up at the top floor, but then she couldn't see Jesse's duel properly and second, she would be standing next to Adrian again, and that was something she would never do, if she could avoid it. Even if she had to sit by some weird strangers. 

"So who are you cutie!" asked a guy in black. Ember blushed and looked down at her shoes. She was really shy! 

"Ah give her some space Chazz!" said a girl, who apparently was sitting next to her "And you heard her introduction! Her name is Ember!". Ember looked at her and nodded. Suddenly a hand was in front of her. It was the girls hand. 

"Hi my name is Tara, Tara Yuki, and I am sister and twin to that goofball down there!" Tara said and pointed at the boy who was about to face Jesse. "And this is hassleberry and Chazz!". Tara pointed at these two boys behind her and beside her. 

"Ember!" said Ember shaky and took Tara's hand. Tara smiled. However Ember now turned her attention at the stage. Viper had asked Jaden and Jesse to hold out their arms. He have them a watch. He called it a bio band and told the student, that they would hold the match a hour from now, so the duelists could prepare. Ember looked at Viper. There were something fishy about him.

Normal p.o.v.

Viper was on his way into the forest. In his arms he had a giant suitcase. However a minute later, he was smirking. He was standing in front of a old lap (The lap where the dueling monkey wheler was from). Viper walked in and took out a shining pocket watch out of his pocket. He placed it on the ground. Then he took out a oval tank of some sort and placed it near the watch. A bright light was shining and giant tank appeared. (Looks like a giant lava lamp, but the lava only flows upwards). Viper smiled evilly. It was almost time for the match. He smiled again. 

Tara's p.o.v.

Tara was sitting at the tribute together with her friends in a not overfilled part of the tribunes. Tara had invited Ember, and she had nodded shyly and was sitting next to her. All of the others had introduced themselves to her, but Ember was still shyly looking down at the ground. They were looking down at the duel field in the arena. Jesse and Jaden was about to duel it out. Tara could feel her brother's excitement. He was really eager to duel Jesse. Tara looked at Ember for a minute. 

"You are friends with Jesse right!" Tara asked. Ember nodded. "So is he strong!". 

"Jesse is the best!" She said out really loud "No one can beat him!". Tara smiled.

"Is that so!" She said "But he had never dueled against my brother!". Ember looked a minute at Tara, then she looked at Jaden, and shrugged. The duel was about to begin. 

Jesse: 4000Lp.

Jaden: 4000Lp.

Apparently Jesse should start out. He was about to draw when Suddenly Ember got up on her feets and yelled out really loudly.

"Go get him Jesse! You can beat this punk!". Jesse looked a little surprised at her, but then he smiled and waved at her. 

"I will do my best!" Jesse replied "Just watch Ember!". Ember placed her at her seat again. Tara grinned inside. Ember really liked Jesse, there were no mistake! However the duel began. Jesse summoned "Crystal beast Emerald turtle" in def mode. Tara was surprised. It was actually a spirit and a shy one at that. It was telling Jesse it didn't like such a big crowd. Jesse tried to calm it down, by telling it to imaginate them in underwear. Then Jesse sets a card.

"Um that shy turtle!" mumbled Ember in a low voice "I know how it feels!". Tara looked surprised at Ember. Marshmellow appeared beside Tara now. 

"Wait Ember can you see spirits!" She asked stunned. Ember looked surprised at Tara and noticed Marshmellow beside her. She nodded. 

"You can... as well!" She said confused "Jesse can too! They are his family!". Tara was a little surprised by that statement. She thought her and Jay had a close bond to their cards. The duel continued. Jaden's turn. He summoned "Aquas" to the field. Then he discards a card to activate his monsters eff. He could now look at Jesse's card and if some of them had 500 or lower att, they were instantly destroyed. Jesse's "CB ruby Carbuncle" card got destroyed and he took 500 points of damage. Then Jaden activated the spell "O-Oversoul" and got Neos back from the grave to the field. However Jesse revealed his trap called "Triggered Summon". Now they both could summon a lv 4 or below monster. Jaden summoned his "mole" in att mode, and Jesse summoned "CB cobalt eagle" in def mode. Jaden gave Jesse a triple attack. He destroyed all of his monsters and dealt Jesse some damage as well. However when he was finished, something happened. There was a weird light and suddenly two crystal's was on the field. Jesse grinned. 

"Sorry Jay!" He said and smiled "But when my beast's get destroyed, they just turn into crystals and stay on the field, in my spell and trap card Zone!". Tara noticed Jaden was impressed by that move. Tara also had to admit, that it was cool. 

"That is how Jesse plays!" Ember said in a low voice "They stick together even when they are send to the grave!". Tara nodded impressed. 

"Your Jesse is impressive!" Tara stated, and noticed that the girl suddenly was looking at her with a creepy look. What's with her? Thought Tara confused. It was now Jesse's turn and he summoned "CB amethyst cat" to the field. Then he played the spell "Tempt to the crystal". With it he was allowed to summon another monster and Jaden could draw a card. Jesse summoned his "CB topaz tiger" and made it attack Jaden's Aquas. However when the tiger attacks, it's eff makes it 400 att stronger. So Jaden got dealt a lot of damage. Then Jesse made his cat attack. It also had a special eff. By cutting its att in half, it could attack directly. It jumped on Jaden's chest and had a wild glance it its eyes. 

"I am gonna scratch your surface!" I said and scratched Jaden's face. Tara looked away. It wasn't a pretty sight. However Tara figured that all his Beast was spirits, since everyone Jesse had summoned now could talk. He had a big family. Jesse sets a card and let Jaden go. Jaden summoned "Flip" to the field. Neos and Flip makes contact Fusion and are now "Flare Neos". Then Jaden plays his field spell "Neo space" and Neos gains a lot of extra points because of its eff and the field spell. Jaden attacks Jesse's cat, however Jesse is ready for him. He activated his trap "Last resort". With this he can now activate a field spell on his own, called "Ancient city-Rainbow ruins" and of course it destroys Neo space. Secondly if Jesse has 2 crystals in his trap and spell card zone, the damage is now cut in half. However Jesse's cat gets destroyed and places itself in the spell and trap Zone also. Jaden sneered a little and switched his "Mole" into def mode. As soon as he end his turn, Neos returns back to his deck again. It was Jesse's turn. He played the spell "Rare value". By discarding "Emerald turtle's" crystal to the grave, Jesse could now draw two more cards. Then he summoned "CB Ember mammoth" to the field. Jesse's tiger attacked Jaden's mole, but because of it's eff, both monsters returned to their owners hands. However Jesse's elefant was still gonna pumpel him. Tara had to look away. It was not fun seeing Jaden got stamped by an elephant, even though it was a hologram. 

"Uh it doesn't look good for Jaden ehh!" said a voice suddenly. Tara turned around and saw Aster standing behind her. He was also watching this duel. 

"Um what in the world are you doing here Aster!" asked Hassleberry suddenly, but Aster ignored him completely. 

"Hi Tara!" He said and waved at her "The pro's has been lonely without your pep talks you know! So how's it going!".Tara sighed inside. Aster has given up on claiming her, but that didn't mean, he didn't value their friendship at all. She was the first one he was going to greet no matter how many people there were around. 

"Um It is actually going fine!" She said "But I um think Hassleberry asked you a question!". Aster looked at the others, like he first had noticed them now. 

"Oh yeah right!" He said and smiled. "I am here to see this match of course! These crystal beast are legendary! I am still a student here you know! When I am not a pro!". Tara looked confused at him. 

"Wait they are legendary!" she said. Aster smiled and nodded. He was about to say something more, when someone interrupted him. 

"Of course!" Ember said in a angry outburst "These cards picked Jesse! At a tournament some years ago! I was there! And later Maximilian Pegasus was telling me that the suitcase with the cards was glowing! Jesse even broke the seal on the cards! He is the only one who can play with these cards!". Tara looked surprised at Ember. She had bin so shy a minute ago. However Tara figured, that as soon it had something to do with Jesse, she was no longer shy. She had witnessed that when she hugged Jesse. Aster nodded in the background.

"Correct!" He said "You must be Ember! Jesse's close friend! Pegasus has told me about You. Your family is partners to his company right!". Ember just nodded. She was staring at the duel now. Tara sighed. 

"Well Jesse seems like an interesting guy! I like him!" She stated. She was about to say a little more, when suddenly Ember was staring at her with cold eyes. 

"You take that back!" Ember said cold. Tara looked confused at her. 

"What! Take what back!" Tara asked confused. Ember sneered angry. Suddenly a bird spirit appeared behind Ember, and it sighed. 

"My lady not this again!" it said "You get Jealous to fast!". However Ember didn't listen. She was staring angry at Tara and suddenly attacked her. 

"Take these words back!" She said "Your puny little weak girl!". The others looked shocked at Tara. Hassleberry was about to cover his head under the seats, and Chazz, began slowly leaving his seat, who was next to Tara. Tara sneered.

"What did you call me!" She yelled and then attacked Ember in fury. "No one called me weak!". A fury and fiery girl fight began. (I won't comment on the words they were saying. However it was loud!). Everyone in the arena was looking at them now. Even Jesse and Jaden.

"Um sis!" asked Jaden worried "What are you doing!". Tara sneered angry. 

"I am beating her up!" She yelled "No one calls me a weakling!". Jaden facepalmed. 

"Um Ember! Not again!" Jesse said and facepalmed "Why are you fighting this time?!". Ember sneered like Tara. 

"Because she annoys me!" she yelled back and hit Tara some place on her body. Tara didn't actually notice, because she was trying to hit Ember. She didn't care where. 

"Will someone break them up!" yelled the chancellor. He was looking at their close friends. Hassleberry sighed and together with Aster, they tried to stop them. However Hassleberry sadly got hit in the stomach by someone's foot and lost all air in his lungs and Aster got pounded in the face by someone's fist and fell to the ground. He was still conscious though. The others looked at each other and moved even more away. They didn't want to get hit. 

"Make room mates!" said a voice suddenly and Jim and his crocodile Shirley appeared and entered the fight. After 5 minutes, after Shirley growled a couple of times, Jim was holding both girls. One in each arm. However they were trying to hit each other still. 

"Let me go!" Yelled Tara "I am not weak!". Ember sneered something as well. 

"Well you look at that!" Said Jim impressed "You two are more feisty and fiery than the tasmanian devil, and Shirley on a really bad day! Right mate!". He was looking at Shirley who growled in agreement. Jim gave Hassleberry one of the girl (Ember) and Aster the other and bowed. 

"My job is done!" Then he left that part of the tribune. Hassleberry placed himself between the two girls, who was now sitting on a chair and was looking away from each other while sneering. 

"Behave girls!" Chazz said "However you can fight over me if you want!". Tara snort. Ember did the same thing. A little bit after the duel continued again. 

Ember's p.o.v.

Ember sighed. She had done it again. She had let her jealousy get the best of her. 

"My lady you did it again!" said the spirit "But this girl was strong! She has the spirit of a great warrior! But she is also Tara Yuki!". Ember sighed and nodded. She had heard a lot of the famous Yuki twins, and apparently the rumor was true. 

"My lady maybe it is the time to tell Jesse the truth! You know, then you wouldn't get so jealous all the time!" the spirit suggests. Ember sighed. 

"You know I can't do that Haya! Jesse is that goofball, he don't know I am fighting for him!" she whispered. She looked up at the exit and the top at the tribunes. She saw Adrian up there. He noticed that Ember was looking at him and waved. Ember just snort at him and turned away from him. She decided to follow the rest of the duel. It was apparently Jaden's turn and he had apparently figured out, that Jesse had a secret monster in his deck. Jesse said he has to wait, but Jaden couldn't, and now he was trying to force Jesse, to play it. Ember sighed. If he just knew! Jaden plays the spell "Convert contact". He discarded to spacian's from his hand and deck, and could now draw two more cards. Then he played the spell "Cocoon party". For every spacian in his grave, Jaden now got a cocoon on his field. They he played the spell "Contact". Now by sacrificing the three cocoons, Jaden could now summon "Air" in def mode, "Dark Panther" in att mode, and "Glow moss" in def mode to the field. Then he activated Air's eff and gains 1000 more life points. Jaden plays the spell "Neos energy" and equipped it to his panther. It gained 800 more att. Jaden attacks Jesse's elephant and it goes to his S/T zone. (Spell and trap) Because of Jesse's field spell, he only loses half his lp's. It was Jesse's turn. He summoned "CB sapphire pegasus" to the field, and it's eff activated. Every time it is summoned, pegasus can place a CB from the grave in Jesse's S/T zone. He chooses his "Ruby". Ruby's effs activates. It can summon itself to the field, and since it was special summoned, Jesse is now allowed to summon as many CB from his S/T Zone as possible. He summoned his "Eagle", "Cat" and "Mammoth" to the field. Jesse attacks Jaden's panther with pegasus. They are having a double ko, and pegasus goes to S/T. Then he uses his cat's eff and attacks Jaden directly. His Mammoth and Eagle destroys Jaden's other monsters and Ruby attacks Jaden directly. Jaden's turn. He plays two spells. "Fake hero" who make him summon Neos from his hand, and "Contact soul". Jaden can now summon "Air" from his grave. He makes them contact fuse into "Air Neos". Since Jesse has more life points, Jaden's monster gains 1200 more att. Jaden attacks Jesse. Ember facepalmed a little, when Jesse began telling that it was time for his ultimate monster! The rainbow dragon! 

"Um aha!" Jesse said suddenly "Um I am just kidding!". Which made everyone, beside Ember, do a anime falldown. Jaden attacked Jesse's ruby and won the duel. Ember sighed and left her place to go down to Jesse. He was smiling awkwardly and told them he didn't have the rainbow dragon in his deck yet, since pegasus hasn't found its tablet yet and turned it into a card. Ember sighed. 

"You shouldn't have bluffed with dragon in the end Jesse!" Ember said and highfived the boy when he left the duel field. Jesse just grinned. 

"Oh yeah! What about you then Ember?! Why were you fighting with Jaden's sister!?" He asked and gave her a hug while tousling her hair. Ember blushes lightly.

"Um she just annoyed me!" Ember stated. Jesse sighed a little. 

"If you say so Ember!" Jesse said and let go of her. Viper suddenly appeared in the arena, and Ember and Jesse, quickly grabbed a seat. 

"Well that was the first lesson!" Viper said and smirked "I told you I like action more than studying! So from tomorrow morning, you will all participate in something called a survival duel! It will determined your grades! So duel, duel, duel! You are all my students now!". Ember looked confused at Jesse, who was confused as well. This couldn't be something good.
