Marcel's p.o.v.

Marcel was sitting in the speaker's room and was grinning evilly. Everything was ready for his showdown with the twins.
"You wait Jaden! I have a nice little gift for your sister when we are gonna duel, and I think you will like it". He grinned evilly again.
"Since that day that I crash landed on earth, I have been trying to fix myself, and get my revenge on you Jaden for sending me away! But first your dear sister! When she is gone Jaden, you would have felt just a little of that pain you have caused me". Marcel smirked evilly and clenched the demon arm. Soon very soon Jaden will be all mine again. 

Tara's p.o.v.

"So this was not just a trick from Marcel?" questioned Tara. She was leaning toward Jaden and was looking at him, while he was arranging his cards for the duel.
"Nope I don't think so" Jaden said and sighed. The others sighed as well.
"Even if it is a trick, Marcel has our friends in his palm Tara my dino queen" Hassleberry said and sighed "Poor Syrus, being a ghoul is not easy".
"Yeah and not to forget mates, he has to reach Marcel in less than 40 minutes" Jim added. The others sighed. Tara looked at his brother. He looked pretty serious.
"So lets go up and find that rainbow dragon" Hassleberry said. Bastion nodded.
"Yeah and figure out how to use it's power, if only Eisenstein didn't break the connections, I could have got more info" He said. He was scribbling in an old paper notebook. Tara looked at him. He looked like he was trying to find a solution. Ember and Alexis was trying to tell Jaden, that it was all a trap and that Marcel couldn't get trusted. Tara was agreeing on the trusting part, however she also knew it was pointless to argue with Jaden right now. He had made up his mind. Secondly Marcel had hit Jaden on one of his weaknesses. His care for his friends! He would do anything to save them. Even if he had to go into a trap to do so.
"I am sorry you guys, but that's a risk I have to take" Jaden said and placed his deck back in the deck case "I can't stand losing more or more of my friends. It is already bad enough they turned into ghouls, I don't want to lose them forever too!".
Tara placed a hand on his shoulder to tell him, she was right with him.
"Yeah that is right Sarge" said Hassleberry and smiled "And therefore we will all go with you! We will beat the hell out of this guy!". All their friends agreed. Jaden looked up and smiled at them, but seconds later, he shook his head.
"I am going alone!" Jaden said, but Tara coughed a little. Jaden sighed "No I mean me and Tara are the only ones going. You see Marcel is just to powerful! It is not that I don't believe in your skills to duel you guys, but Marcel has the sacred beasts now".
"Secondly Jaden and I are the only ones who has faced the beasts, and therefore knows the danger, and are more likely better prepared than any of you" Tara added.
"Yeah but you two beat them!" said Hassleberry "So you just have to do that again".
"But last time, we had a special card" Jaden said slowly and sighed "If we hadn't had that card from Banner, we could never had beaten them". Tara nodded in agreement.
"That's it!" yelled Bastion suddenly and got up on his feets "I have figured it out!".
"Figured what out?" questioned Hassleberry. Bastion smiled in triumph.
"I have figured out how to get us all home!" He said excited "The rainbow dragon has to go up against the three sacred beasts. Just think about it, if the dragon goes up against the beasts, then maybe it's secret power would get activated and we will all get home, however first we should get the card". The others nodded. Jesse decided that he was going to look for the card, since it was his. Axel decided to tag along for protection, but before the team could agree, Ember had yelled out loud that she was going with Jesse and that's final. They had all sighed and agreed. Tara knew Ember could be pretty stubborn, when she first had set her mind to it. Just like herself. The new plan was that Jaden should stall Marcel until the got the card, then Jesse would join them in the duel. Jaden nodded. Tara bit herself in the lip. She was not doubting that Jaden couldn't stall whatever was possessing Marcel. Tara was more worried what it would do to him. She had not forgotten these lustful eyes, and she hadn't told Jaden that. She had decided, he had enough to think about. Tara had a feeling that it wanted Jaden from every means necessary. Not like it was love, okay maybe a little, but Tara still had a feeling Jaden was some kind of trophy, or maybe best friend. That was what she got out from Marcel's eyes. She just hoped he would be careful.
"Um hey fellows, we got visit" Jim said and pointed down one of the tunnels. The duel ghouls were on their way towards them. They were in every tunnel and was about to close in on them. Tara and they others sneered. Their friends Hassleberry (Hyper hammerhead) Alexis (C.a benten) and Jim (F.w skullgios) summoned monsters and tried to blast their way through the ghouls. Tara was about to summon a monster as well, but the others told her to save her strength to help Jaden duel Marcel. They rushed beside the unconscious ghouls and began moving up to the surface. They need to get up to the surface.
"I will stay behind and stop these ghouls mate" Jim said and blocked the path when the duels came up on their feets. He had summoned his "F.w skull knight" to the field. Tara looked in horror.
"Jim!" she yelled. The archaeologist smiled back at her and lifted his hat a little from his head in a greeting.
"Go Tara! Jaden needs you. However when all this ghoul war is over, you have to keep your promise to me right girl" He said and padded Shirley. The alligator growled in agreement. Tara nodded. Jaden grabbed Tara's hand and they all rushed up to the surface.

Normal p.o.v.

When they arrived, the twins noticed the pyramide building, or it looks like a pyramid without it's top. Jaden looked at Tara.
"I have a feeling Marcel is up there" He said and took her hand "Let's keep our promise to Bonaparte". Tara nodded and squeezed his hand.
"Ah Ancient gear golem right in front of us" Bastion said out loud.
"I will take care of him with my dark driceratops" Hassleberry said and summoned his monster "Sarge, my dino queen keep going and leave this one to me!". The twins nodded and rushed towards the pyramide. They got stopped yet another time by a herd of ghouls and Syrus, but Alexis and her "C.a Dakini" took care of Syrus's drillroid. However she was about to get cornered, by Chazz's XYZ dragon canon. Luckily Jim showed up again and helped her out in the pinch. The twins was again getting cornered, when Bastion stayed behind. He summoned his three geddon's and attacked the ghouls. The twins and Blair rushed up on the pyramide. Hassleberry leanted Basion a hand and had summoned his "Dark tyranno" to the field. A giant battle began around the school.

Ember's p.o.v.

Ember, Axel, and Jesse had rushed outside in the desert and was searching for the "Rainbow dragon" card. They had decided to split up a little. It would go faster. However Jesse had summoned his "Cobalt eagle" to help searching from the air. Ember had summoned "Haya" to give her company and to protect her if a duel monster spirit ever showed. Haya was gladly accepting his mission. Ember knew that the bird warrior would never let her down.
"My lady watch out" Haya told and placed Ember down in the sand while covering his lady with the armor. A low bird spirit had attacked, but it couldn't get through Haya's armor. Minutes later Haya slammed the spirit with it's claws.
"Are you okay my lady?" Haya said and was holding a hand towards her.
"Yeah thanks Haya" Ember said and smiled "I don't know what I should have done without you". Haya actually blushed. It was not good with comments.
"Thanks my lady, you are a true friend" He said "Lets keep going". Ember nodded and they both continued looking for the dragon. Suddenly Ember notice Jesse's eagle. It was circling around in the sky. Ember had a feeling it had found something. They rushed towards the spot and found a broken missile . Ember knew it had to be the missile dr. Eisenstein shot in here, and when she saw a blue capsule, she knew it had to be the dragon card in there. Ember looked at Haya now.
"Haya go now! Go get Jesse and tell we have found the card" She told him. The bird spirit was not fond of leaving its lady, but it was trained in following every command. That was some kind of warrior codex. Haya sighed and left. Ember looked down at the capsule. It was down in a hole. She could at least get it up from there. She wanted to give Jesse the card as well. She wanted to see him smile. She climbed down in the hole and grabbed the capsule, but that was the worst thing she could have done.
"Who is there?" said a voice who sounded ancient and powerful "Are you the chosen one? Hmm no you aren't! Anyone who is not my master, will be terminated". Ember looked in horror and let go of the capsule.
"I am so sorry mr. rainbow dragon sir" Ember said quickly "I just wanted to give you to my boyfriend Jesse. He is the chosen one! I didn't mean to make you angry". The dragon sneered and suddenly a glowing light from the card appeared. Then a powerful white dragon with jewels at its neck was standing in front of her. Ember would properly be impressed if it wasn't for the fact that this dragon was trying to kill her. Just like that! She was frightened.
"That is the worst lie ever girl! You were trying to take me away from my true master. I will never forgive you! Die!" said the dragon and screamed. A beam began assembling in the mouth. Ember was paralysed with fear and couldn't move.
"No rainbow dragon, she is not an enemy. She had spoken the truth" could she hear someone scream and Ember saw Jesse at the sand crater. "She is my girlfriend and I am, or I hope I am, the chosen one". The beam from the dragon disappeared.
"Who are you? A boy! A boy who claims to be my master, that is nonsense! Not a mere child will be my master! Prove you are the chosen one" the dragon said and snort coldly. Jesse had rushed down to Ember and was hugging her a little.
"I am sorry Jesse" said Ember "I should never have taken the capsule. I just wanted to make you happy". Jesse smiled and brushed her hair a little.
"You already are Ember" Jesse said "But whatever happens, just trust me for now". Ember nodded confused. Jesse turned towards the dragon. He tells the dragon, to Ember big shock, that it shall fire a beam at him. If he really is the chosen one, the dragon couldn't hurt him right. The dragon agrees and fires it's beam. Ember closes her eyes and wait for the blast to hit. She could hear something smack towards something, and hoped it was not the sound of Jesse getting pulverised.
"Ember you can open your eyes now" could she hear Jesse's voice say. She opened surprised her eyes and saw Jesse. He was surrounded in a crystal colored shield. Every color resembled one of the crystal beast in Jesse's deck.
"You are my master! You have the power of the other beasts." it said and moved its head down to meet Jesse's eyes. Then it looked at Ember and sighed. "I am so sorry master, I am deeply sorry for attacking your girlfriend. I was just a little angry to have been awaken! I am sorry!". Jesse smiled and patted the dragons head a little.
"Ah it is okay!" Jesse said "Nothing happened! But please don't hurt her again! Ember is my beloved girlfriend, I love her as much as I love the crystal beast deck. Oh and stop calling me master! My name is Jesse and no one in the deck are considered my servants you know. We are all equals and friends. Please leant me your strength in battle". The dragon blew with its giant wings and then it placed them around both Jesse and Ember. Then it moved around with it's tail and slammed a duel spirit, who looked like a scorpion away. Ember was really surprised.
"As you wish master Jesse. I will leant you my powers and protect you and your girlfriend forever if I have to. Take care master" the dragon said and disappeared into the card. Ember, who was holding Jesse's hand, followed him over to the dragon. Jesse was smiling like it was christmas or something. Then he lifted his hand.
"I did it!" He yelled "I completed the crystal beast deck!". Ember grinned as well.
"Well how long are you gonna stand there looking at the sky" said a voice suddenly and Ember noticed Axel who was on the top of the crater. "Let's go help Jaden!".
"Yeah" said Ember and Jesse in unison.

Tara's p.o.v.

In the mean time

Tara was stunned to see how many people who was ready to fight, so that her and Jaden could get to the duel. Even through they had to duel against their former friends being ghouls. Tara had noticed Bonaparte in the fight as well. Bastion had just sacrificed his three geddon's to summon "water dragon" to the field. Alexis told the twins to continue, and since Blair wanted to save Marcel, she was going with them. They were rushing up the steps to the pyramide, when Syrus was about to attack them, but luckily Hassleberry saved them. He activated the trap "Jurassic impact". Every player on the field got their monster destroyed and all the players got slammed with 1000 points of damage. They all could now not summon anything else before next round. Tara, Jaden and Blair just hit the pyramide buildings top before the others got slammed with the blasts from the trap card. Tara landed on the ground really hard.

"Tara are you okay?" asked Jaden and helped her up on her feets. Tara nodded.
"Oh how sweet you both made it in time and arrived!" Marcel said and smiled "I have been longing to face the famous Yuki twin's for quite some time now. Or should I call you the wheeler twins!". Jaden and Tara looked in horror.
"Wait how do you know us under that name?" said Jaden worried "No one beside our friends should know us under that name!". Tara nodded in agreement, but she had a really bad feeling about all this. Marcel grinned a little.
"Oh my sweet little Jaden.. and Tara, don't you know your past is catching up to you.." he began. He properly would have said more, if it wasn't for Blair who was interrupting him a little. She had walked a little forward.
"Marcel you can't duel them. I can't let you do this. Please just come home with me" Blair pleaded. Marcel sneered and pointed the demon arm at her.
"Don't come any closer girl. I don't want you! I only wants the twins, so Jaden make her leave!" Marcel said in a cold tone. Jaden shook his head.
"No you are done calling all the shots" Jaden said angry. Tara nodded.
"It is not Marcel Blair" Tara said "Something has taken him over, and it is time we find out what it is". Marcel laughed a little.
"I can see you have become smarter Tara! And don't worry everything will be revealed in duo time." Marcel said and his voice suddenly changed. It was no longer a voice combined with Marcel's. Now it was a third voice. A child's voice. Tara didn't feel so good. Her head was aching.
"Starting right now! Wouldn't you two agree" Marcel said and smirked. Jaden was rubbing his head as well and looked at Marcel. They both took each others hands.
"You are that child voice from our dreams" they said in unison. They both continued.
"You were the one who played games with me" Tara said and at the same time..
"You were the one who said "I am your best friend", What does that even mean?" Jaden said, and then in unison "Who are you?". The child voice grinned.
"Like you said Jaden, I am your old friend! As yes Tara we were playing games inside your mind! Wasn't it fun? Don't you want to try another one" Marcel/the eye said and grinned. Tara shook her head. One of these creepy games had been enough.
"Wait games in the mind?" Jaden questioned and looked from Tara to Marcel "And old friend? I don't understand what is going on here?". Tara told him about the game in her mind, and that she couldn't wake up in the hospital that time, because she had to beat a eye monster, or she could never wake up. The child voice grinned a little.
"Yes it was so good times, wasn't it dear Tara! I had hoped to play with you a little more, but I doesn't sadly have the time right now". Tara didn't feel better at all.
"Okay I don't like what I am hearing here" Jaden said angry "No one does this to my sister! I want some answers! What is this all about?". The child sighed deeply.
"Oh my dear Jaden and Tara you have grown up and forgotten about me. You are both so mean! But that is okay, you two were only two silly little kids back then. However I didn't forget, how could I for what you two did to me, but since you are here I will make you two remember everything, especially the ending, where you Jaden listened to your sister Tara and abandoned me" Marcel said in child voice. Tara and Jaden looked at each other. Tara had no idea what he or that child was talking about. They couldn't remember that they ever abandoned someone. Jaden was having the same face expression, but a minute later, he sneered and clenched his fists.
"I don't know what you are talking about, but you are gonna be sorry" Jaden yelled and pointed at Marcel "You messed with my sister! You messed with my friends and no one gets away with that". Marcel smirked and activated the creepy arm duelist. Jaden activated his disk as well, but when Tara did, Marcel sneered angry.
"No! Only Jaden is dueling here" he yelled "If you don't agree on that Tara, then I will send one of your ghoul friends away. But I am fair, you can support Jaden if you like. I have nothing against you being close to him, for now". Tara looked angry at Marcel, but sighed deeply then. She lowered her dueling arm a little.
"Jaden" said Tara and looked at him begging eyes "May I duel with you?".
"Sure sis" Jaden said and smiled "It is no fun beating a bad guys without you anyway". Marcel grinned a little evilly.
"Perfect!" He said and smirked "You have both agreed! As a reward little Tara, I have a little gift for you later. For your good workmanship". Tara looked in horror. This couldn't mean something good at all. However the duel began.

Jaden: 4000Lp.
Marcel: 4000Lp.

Marcel had the first move. He summoned "Chaos core" in att mode and then sets a card. Tara is a little confused. Marcel had summoned a monster with 0 att and def points. It must have a awesome eff. Jaden also looked a little suspicious.
"You want to have the first move?" Jaden asked. Tara shook her head a little.
"Nah it is okay, I think Marcel wants you more than me. So just give him what he wants the hard way" Tara said and smiled. Jaden grinned and nodded. He drew and summoned "Sparkman" to the field. Jaden looked at the monster. Tara knew what he was thinking. He had to draw this duel out, but not so it was noticeable. Jaden attacked with Sparkman. Marcel smirked and activated his monsters special eff. By removing the sacred beasts from his deck and sent it to the grave, Marcel's monster can't be destroyed three times in battle and got no damage. Jaden sneered and placed a facedown. Marcel's turn again. He only sets a card and end his turn. Jaden gives Tara her cards and drews. She looks really confused at Marcel. Why would he set the beast to the grave? It doesn't make any sense unless he somehow is gonna summon them to the field. Tara looked at the cards in her hand. She knew Jaden just had placed a facedown who prevented summoning from the grave, so the only thing, Tara should do was destroying that monster on Marcel's field. She played the spell "Tag request" which made her summoning a E hero from the deck to the field, like old "Necroshade". She attacked with the two monsters on the field, and two times the monster gave 0 damage to Marcel, but now he couldn't stop any attacks any longer. Tara then plays the spell "Instant fusion" and fused the two monsters on the field into "Darkbright" and attacks Marcel once again.
"Oh you two are so predictable" Marcel said "You both duel similar, almost identical. Your power have grown, but still no match for me!". He activated the trap "Chaos burst". With it he could tribute his monster and destroy theirs. Tara also got slammed with their monsters att points as damage. 2000 points to be exact. Tara could feel their life points drain away, and that blast hurt her body. Marcel grinned.
"It hurts right, my dear little Tara" Marcel said and grinned evilly "Well the best is yet to come". Tara sneered. She felt weird for some stupid reason, but she shook it off as the pain from the attack. She has to make a move Jaden could use on his turn. She played the spell "O-oversoul" and got at least sparkman back to the field.
"I can beat that move" Marcel said and smirked. He summoned "Phantom of Chaos" to the field. It was also a monster with 0 att and looks like a vortex of some kind noticed Tara. Marcel activated it's eff. Apparently this monster can take on an eff from a monster in his grave, like "Hamon, lord of striking thunder". It also gave Marcel's phantom the att and def points of the monster in the grave. Tara smiled and activated Jaden's trap, but sadly it was quickly counted by Marcel's counter trap "Dark shrine bribery" and destroyed. Luckily Tara could draw a card. A phantom form of Hamon gor summoned and it destroyed Sparkman. Luckily since Hamon was a phantom, it's attack didn't give the twins any damage. However it's eff sadly did. Tara lost 1000 life points. She let out a scream when Hamon's thunder hit her. However she was still standing when the attack was over. Since it was Marcel's end phase, his phantom returned to its original form and Marcel placed one facedown and ended his turn. Jaden looked at Tara and quickly grabbed her after Hamon's attack.
"Tara don't worry! I got you" Jaden assured her and smiled. Tara smiled as well, but then something really weird happened. Tara's leg was tottering and her sight got blurry. It was hard for her to see Marcel straight. If it wasn't for Jaden, Tara would properly be sitting down at her knees right now. She was also suddenly getting tired. Tara couldn't remember that she ever had felt this way before. Not even when she faced Kagemaru and his three sacred beast (the duel in the 1 year). Was it because it was a phantom? Or was there something really strange going on?
"Tara! Tara! What is wrong? You don't look so good, you actually look pale and what's with your legs?" Jaden hanked up in her. Tara inhaled a little.
"I feel.. I feel so tired Jaden" Tara said weakly "I can't see really well at all and..". She couldn't continue. She felt like dead weight in his arms and had a hard time talking as well. She was still conscious, but only barely.

Jaden's p.o.v.

"Tara!" Jaden yelled and looked in horror. She suddenly got heavier in his arms and she just stopped taking as well. Jaden also had this weird feeling about her. Being Tara's twin, he could feel Tara, or at least a part of her. It was that part who made them take damage, share energy with each other and all the other stuff they had learned during the years. Right now Jaden could feel something really strange going on with Tara. He had never felt this way before. It was like she was.. Jaden just couldn't say the word. However he knew it had something to do with Marcel. 

"What is wrong with her? What did you do? This is not part of the duel, I just know it!" yelled Jaden "Now tell me!". Marcel grinned evilly and he was staring at Tara. Jaden had never seen such hateful eyes. Even at that time Chazz hated him and his sister, that hate was nothing compared to this, he was seeing in Marcel.
"It has begun! It finally has begun!" Marcel said in child voice "Can't you feel it my dear Jaden?". Jaden shook his head. However it was a lie to himself. He had a good idea what was going on here, but he really, really hoped he was wrong here.
"She is dying Jaden!" Marcel said smiled a wide cold smile "And when she is gone, you will feel the sorrow and pain you caused me, when you discarded me these many, many years ago. We will be reunited again Jaden, and this time your meddling sister will not be there to well meddle. You will be all mine!". Jaden staring at Marcel and had widen his eyes a lot. Tears were falling down his cheek now and he fell down on his knees. He made sure Tara didn't get hurt though.
"You.. you're lying" said Jaden slowly in a harsh denying voice "She is not dying! No there is something different wrong with her! I just know it. She can't die!". However deep down he knew it was true. That feeling he could feel, was Tara's life force draining slowly away. She was really dying!
"Yes Jaden you are beginning to feel my pain! My sorrow!" Marcel said in childs voice"But look at the bright side, you will never have her as a burden to tie you down. To make you weak! To take your time with pointless assignments like taking care of her or protect her!". Jaden froze. Tara was lying in his arms and Jaden noticed she still was conscious, but only barely. She got placed on the ground. Jaden got up on his feets and wiped his tears away with one of his hands. The other one was clenched into a fist and he was shaking it like hell.
"How dare you.. HOW DARE YOU TALK ABOUT MY SISTER IN THAT WAY!" Jaden yelled or more like screamed in the face of Marcel "She is not a burden! She will never be! I have sworn to take care of her and I will gladly do it, because I love her. She is my sister! You don't know a thing, so tell me how to reverse the eff".
"Oh Jaden you have no idea what you are talking about" Marcel said "I know more than you think, and your concern about your sister is a distraction you don't need. You will see when she is gone! Do you feel the pain you caused me Jaden? Do you remember me now?!". Jaden sneered. He remembered nothing! He was not about to either. Not when whatever is possessing Marcel is hurting Tara. Maybe if he won the duel he could reverse the effect. Suddenly Jaden heard a voice.
"Jaden! Jaden we got it! We got the rainbow dragon!" the voice said and Jaden knew it was Jesse's voice. He turned around and saw Jesse, Axel and Ember rush towards the pyramide. Jaden sighed relieved. With Jesse there he could properly win and Tara's life would properly be saved then. He hoped that was true.

Jesse's p.o.v.

Jesse and his group rushed to the pyramide. However a little bit after they split up. Jesse needed to help Jaden, but the others, ghouls or no ghouls were pretty badly hurt, so Ember stayed behind with Axel to help them. However just before that Ember took Jesse's hand and made him stop up.
"Before you go up there Jesse, I need to talk to you" Ember said. Jesse looked at her.
"What is it?" He asked. Ember was rubbing her hands for a minute, then she suddenly placed her hands around Jesse's neck and kissed him on the lips. Jesse was stunned, but quickly kissed her back. Her lips where soft and warm. She pulled back.
"It's a good luck charm" Ember told him and blushed a little "Now I know that whatever happens, you will return to me Jesse!". Jesse looked at her and then smiled.
"Of course I will" Jesse said and kissed her this time, which made Ember blush a little. Jesse grinned inside. She was so cute when she was doing that. He pulled back.
"Wait for me okay" He said "When I return then maybe I could get one of these hugs and warm kisses of yours?!". Jesse blushes a little. Ember did as well.
"Um I um sure" Ember said and turned her back against him "Now go up there and help Jaden! I will take care of the others". Jesse nodded.
"Make them all assemble into the school. Then when Rainbow dragon opens the portal everyone is ready for transport" Jesse said and rushed up the pyramid and was standing beside Jaden now with a happy grin.
"Jaden we did it, we found the dragon" he said. Jaden smiled a little, but Jesse noticed he was not his happy self. He wonders what was wrong with him.
"Jaden you are okay? Something happened?" He asked. Jaden nodded a little.
"Tara! My sister is dying!" Jaden said and bit his lip. He began telling everything that happened. Jesse's eyes widened when he heard what had happened. He looked over at Marcel. The boy didn't look happy at all for some reason.
"Hey you there, inside Marcel" said Jesse "Tell Jaden he can save his sister".
"Who in the world are you?" Marcel asked. Jesse smiled and placed a hand around Jaden's neck. Jaden began smiling a little.
"I am Jesse, and I am best friends with Jaden. Now tell him Tara still can be saved" Jesse said and removed his arm "Jaden still has life points so Tara is alive right".
"Yes you are right!" Marcel said "The duel connect to Tara's life. That was the gift I gave her. When Jaden loses, she will die". Jesse grinned a little.
