So for anyone who reads this book of arguable garbage things I want to ask a question. Why do people role-play? I really want to know. I've seen it around on this site and on other stuff and I just want to know what is the big appeal to it is. I don't mean to sound rude or anything. I just genuinely want to know what the big draw to it is. Also I am asking about role-playing where people pretend to be someone in a series or fan created character for that series not rpg video games. I know about that and some of my favorite video games are rpgs. Side note I guess it is kinda redundant to say "rpg video game" when the g in rpg stands for game. Oh well back on subject. I just want to know the appeal to role-playing so feel free to leave a comment if you want. Again I am not trying to be mean or condescending to anyone I'm just curious.
