I don't blame those who use cigarettes to numb the pain,
I can understand how the smoke keeps them sane.
I don't blame those who use drugs as an escape from reality,
Why not if it's the only thing they can do happily?
I don't blame those who use alcohol to forget,
I think it's worth waking up with regrets.
I don't blame those who take a chance when they see it,
They say you gotta make your life worth living.
I don't blame those who break the promises to themselves,
They never thought they'd go through this hell.

I don't and won't ever blame,
Because I know I'd do the same.
