Anxiety
Sometimes it's so bad I'm afraid to face my bedroom door.
Sometimes it's so bad I can't keep it together during class.
Sometimes it's so bad I spend hours just sobbing.
Sometimes it's so bad even my favourite things scare me.
Sometimes it's so bad my whole body shakes. Violently.
Sometimes it's so bad I can't do the simplest things like walk down the street or answer a question.
It's okay if you haven't noticed.
No one does.
