Alice and Rhydian then ran into the woods Alice was ahead of Rhydian this was some kind of race between the two when Alice looked behind her to see if Rhydian was still behind her but what she didn't see was a lot so she tripped and landed hard on her back she could barely move so she didn't try to get up. Rhydian then came running over to her as fast as he can to see if she is alright.

Rhydian: are you alright

Alice: I'm fine but I think when I fell I twisted my ankle

Rhydian: here let me help you

Rhydian helped Alice up to her feet then he picked her up and carried her back to middy's house.

At middy's house

Rhydian: Maddy

Maddy: what happened

Rhydian: we were running and she tripped over a log and she twisted her ankle she can barely move it.

Maddy's mom came into the room

Emma Smith: she is going have to shift for it to heal

Maddy: are you sure that's going to work

Daniel Smith: don't know until we try

Emma Smith: what's her name we didn't get it before

Rhydian: Alice Summers

Emma Smith: Summers

Rhydian: yeah do you know her family

Emma Smith: yeah but now she has to shift to heal here give me a hand

Rhydian picks her up to take her to their den 

In the den

Emma Smith: Alice can you hear me

Alice: yes

Emma Smith: ok I need you to shift of me it's the only way that it can help you heal

Alice: ok then stand back
